For me this works: - not being stressed - no screen time after 8 PM - mobile phone on flight mode - no sweets for dinner - relaxing evening: jigsaw puzzle, Lego, reading a book (no screen, a physical book), chatting with friends via telephone ... Then, I can complete 8 or even 8.5 hours
