Excellent selections! I've got about 72 hours in now, got to base expansion and settlement admin and stepped back to explore for a while instead. I'm about 2/3 of the way through your list with my character and everything mentioned so far has been invaluable. I'm now in the process of salvaging sentinel ships for units and farming contraband for nanites. I need a Walker brain for the conflict scanner and then I'll be able to hunt that S-Class dreadnought.

Subnautica. Basically they need to make under water like subnautica (Deep water up to lava levels, submarines and cyclops, giant livayetheths under water monsters, items to unlock for under water needs like submarine depths and oxygen tanks, pysical hand swimming for vr players, etc).

I agree woth you on the low gravity on smaller planets and moons, I also with planets would rotate on axis and revolve around their star. Also wouldn't mind being able to fly along a stars photosphere

Perfect rating for Syndicate IMO. Not an S-tier game, but it's dang good.

I go back to this game just for the Disocvery Mode. Blew me away and me snd my kid would watch and study it, hit the museum and eatch vids, movies, the educational aspect was awesome.

A personal tip, Find the weapons you're comfortable with and get them immediately on other ships you use. I swear when I first started I hated the normal shots of the ship since they felt so pathetic, then I got Infra-knife which is basically a Laser GAU-8 Avenger, and I now only use rockets when the shield is down and I am a bane to any AI who fuck with me. On the ground I use Neutron Cannon since it's basically a Laser Shotgun making the need for the Scatter blaster only a "if needed" and not a "When needed" and pairing them with Paralysis Mortars just turns any enemy that isn't a boss into a 2 year old vs a chapter of Space Marines who are all pissed kinda fight real fast, wether it be monstrosities or Sentients.

Man coming back from when it was first released there is so much more and it is almost daunting to get into now I remember when I saw the end of upgrades back then now on a new save there is so an insane amount of things to do and ways to go about it all

Not sure if this is an easter egg or just well-thought-out game design, but I did a mission recently that required taking photos of a planet's environment. When I landed, I took a selfie with a valley behind me, thinking it would be funny to include myself in the photo. But, the mission did not complete, and I got a new prompt saying that I must take a *landscape* photo. I had to make sure I wasn't in the next one to complete the mission. Pretty cool.

"Skill up" needs to skill up. I just started playing blind 2 weeks ago, and I have over 500m units and over half of the possible exosuit storage unlocked with 3 rows of technology slots unlocked. I just figured it out on my own and now I have everything I want. Only took me 15-25 hours to figure it all out.😅

A planet does not need to have oxigen to have rust. Take for example our beloved Mars. The rust explains where the O2 went.

The rarest thing that happened to me was when no man sky updated (the update where you can get a dreadnought freighter) and 1 day after the update after my second freighter fight I found an S class dreadnought 😂😂😂

On all airless worlds you can find Oxygen, Rusted metal, and hopefully salt, sodium, magnetized ferrite, or cobalt. I love them as starter basses because of all the building material available. NRAProphet, 9500 hrs ingame,

also the personal refiner mk 2 is an absolute essential when I play, you can use carbon and sodium to make dioxite in it, dioxite and ferrite makes phosphorus, and phosphorus and ferrite makes uranium, basically, if you get a new material and have any medium refiner, put it in a slot and then put all the basic elements into the other one, just to see what they make, and, any recipes you find will be in the catalogue tab right next to your mission log tabs, so you can easily make more later, without having to travel all the time to get stuff to fix salvaged ships. Like, oxygen and silver make parraffinium, and silver and gold make platinum.

I'm a permadeath player and the first time I saw the alluring light I knew, just knew something bad was gonna happen, but I needed the money and hadal cores are a bit lucrative, so my curiosity led to trying to mine it, and it was truly terrifying. I was sure that was gonna be what ended my save this time. I survived, but I'm not going anywhere near one of those until all of my upgrades are s-class because that was terrifying.

The teleporter for the ship is....useless, it have nearly no effect, the freighter one works fantastic.
