To anyone reading this, please repent and believe the gospel! There is a loving God who wants to save you. And because He loves us, He (Jesus) died on the cross and resurrected 3 days later so we can be forgiven of our sins and be saved. Please think about the state of your soul, don't let this chance pass you by. Believe in Jesus and follow Him so you may have salvation. Life is short, please make the right choice today before its too late. Jesus loves you.

this is such a quick, clear and informative way to discuss storyboarding! what program did you use to draw over the top of the screen during the discussion of the Fae scene? seems like a handy way to keep things quick and loose.

Weird how cars and mecha seem (or seemed to me) harder, but my god, the human is a pain. Even though I can draw people just by looking, trying from imagination is significantly harder. Mecha and other machinary? No problem.

Question: Do you bother with perspective grids when doing large projects drawing a mech? The rotation of the volumes and their irregular shape due to joints really confuses me in terms of getting perspective right and would love to hear how you think about it.

I´m having some troubles with the spinning balls. I draw the same amount of balls as in the video, space them like in the video (one breakdown and 2 inbetweens between A and B) but the end result, instead of looking like one ball spinning, is several balls next to another one. Is the video done on twos? Does anyone know why that might be? Are my drawings maybe too small for the size of the space between kay frames?
Thanks for this!! As educational as the other videos.

hey so just a quick question, I see in the video that the frame rate is set at at 24fps but the animation is a steady natural pace, I'm using dreams and when I set it at 24fps with the same amount of drawings per frame its coming out really fast...anyone know why? when I put it down to 12fps it looks more natural but then its much slower than in the video
@lovkartsАй бұрын
You need to use hold frames. Holding a frame means the drawing will continue on the screen for a determined amount of frames. The way you're doing right now, all drawings stay on screen for only one frame each, so by increasing the amount of frames the drawing stay on screen, you can adjust the speed to make it look more natural without having to change the frame rate :v Generally, most animators like to animate on two's or on three's, that means each drawing will be held on screen for two or three frames.
