The entire business model for health insurance is to take your money, and then make EVERY SINGLE EXCUSE to not give it back when you need care! Yet somehow this is how it's supposed to be and any other way is "evil Communism".

Isn't the question between the various effects and interconnection between the individual and the society obsolet, because the mind which creates the thought has been shaped by the society itself and is furthermore limitied by the Nature. ( individum) Therefore, we should acknowledge the those interconnection and realise that we might never be able to understand all modes of operation

I disagree to an extent. Two of the core tenets of capitalism is competition and customer choice. Corporatism does not have that. You CAN have large mega corporations that exist inside a traditional capitalist system. The big difference is that corporatism only thrives when the government fails to manage them efficiently. Basically when the corporations can make it completely impossible for any competition to exist. As soon as it crosses that threshold it’s not capitalism anymore. It has a similar structure but it is markedly different. For example the 90s had a massive influx of corporations in the USA, but it wasn’t corporatist. It was still basically the same as it was 30 years ago because they still had plenty of competition. Additionally corporatism is a core part of communism. It’s just a slightly different flavour of corporatism. Instead of being owned by a group of individuals it’s owned by the government. But it’s almost exactly the same structure. Large corporations with exclusive control of the market. Don’t like it? Too bad they will forcefully destroy of absorb any competition. Or more accurately in communism you’re just blatantly not allowed to start a business to compete. If the quality of the goods or service sucks you have no other options. Just like how it is in capitalist-corporatism. For example; windows and apple. Let’s say I want a computer. You’d assume I’d have a variety of options right? I could get a Mac, a Lenovo, Alienware, intel, etc right? Well no. They almost all run on either apple or Microsoft operating systems. Sure you could get something running Linux but the support and programs for it are few and far between. You only have two choices. And if you don’t like them well too bad, those are your only choices. You could try start a new computer company but to get the money to make it possible you’d have to charge far more than apple or Microsoft to be not losing money on it. But then if it’s just a good operating system you’ll get ignored by consumers because you’d have no compatibility with and programs that exist now. But let’s say you do manage to start growing a customer base, one that looks like it’ll actually become successful, then apple and Microsoft offer to buy you out so they own it. You say no so they just lower their prices to undercut you at a price you couldn’t possibly match. They kill off your company by making your product look over priced. They can afford the losses. You can’t. Now apple and Microsoft are again the only two options and you’re dead broke. Now in a communist-corporatist country it’s a little simpler. You have one option. Whatever the megacorp (government because that’s basically what it is) decides. You don’t like that offering. You try start your own business to make a computer you like and bam, you’re in jail, or they just forcefully took over your company and did whatever they want with it. You live in a communist country you have no right to private property. It’s exactly the same thing, just a slightly different flavour. It’s choc chip ice cream vs cookies and cream, it’s still chocolate and vanilla, just slightly different flavours of them.

Fantastically explained. When you start giving practical solutions, of how to hold governments in check, then be prepared to be pulled off the air. For you're getting close, Howard Bealing it. We gotta astral travel and talk to Kafka. This system needs to go. It breeds corruption. Those with new ideas of accountable system policy are continually headhunted and bought up, like top junior sports stars........we need the Gandhi's beyond the Vegas lights, legacy leaders. We become them to self first and hope the populous spot the true shiners from there.

So, I listened to her twice and still can't get past the accent. This lady must be an east coast college professor. Not really the best educated in the nation, those East Coasters... All pun aside, her thoughts on Capitalism can't be taken seriously...she's a professor at "The New School for Social Research." She wrote a book, which she sells to her students, entitled "The Capital Order: How Economists Invented Austerity and Paved the Way to Fascism." I read this book...it's pure garbage. It doesn't even make a good book end. Her timeline is wrong and, if her indictment in the title was directed toward Capitalism, it was meant to be the diversion from her true ideology: the "other-ism" of Socialism...which I think people are now calling "Tribalism." She hasn't a clue that her own ideology was, and still is, responsible for Fascism. Socialism was the handmaiden of Fascism; the differentiating factor between the two was - is, I should say - tribalism. Be this as it may, she's a loyal "-ism" follower...and she certainly is no thinker. As the unofficial spokesman for Capitalism, I have to make you aware that you have choices: you can take her at face value, or you can get her book on Amazon...$23 + tax and shipping...and you can go read it. Her ideas about the evils of trade are in her book, and what is in the book is what she is feeding your children while they attend "The New School for Social Research." She is as another conventional Marxist loudspeaker.

First, Mussolini wasn't father and creator of fascism. Fascism was created in church circles by clergy and laymen together, Mussolini was brought as suitable star of the show. Second, opposite of fascism wasn't ever capitalism and liberal capitalism, fascism is only step further. Opposite of fascism was socialism and communism.

_"Fascism was created in church circles by clergy and laymen together,"_ Wrong. It had nothing to do with church and clergy. On the contrary, Fascism as a political ideology was anti-clerical. Regarding it's creation, there were multiple Italian syndicalists involved, such as Alceste De Ambris & Filippo Tommaso Marinetti in the beginning, then later Sergio Panunzio, Alfredo Rocco, Edmondo Rossoni, Mario Palmieri etc. Finally, Giovanni Gentile was the one who formulated the latest iteration of the ideology with Mussolini.

_"Opposite of fascism was socialism and communism."_ Wrong. Fascism never opposed socialism, but it did opposed Communism and Marxism. As created by Mussolini and Giovanni Gentile, Fascism comes from a belief that the "Stateless and Classless society" Communism calls for after its dictatorship cannot achieve Socialism, and that only the State can properly organize a Socialist Society.

Re: the race question on the purported benefit to whites at the expense of blacks/browns-- I'd take it further and say that the tremendous focus of blacks/browns on race (or any identity, really) is to their own detriment, because not only are many whites also struggling and poor, but making it about race (1) just creates a larger schism between struggling races, and (2) takes our focus off of the fundamental economic issues at the basis of our problems. If I'm honest, I've gotten to the point that I detest identity politics because it's contributing to the problem, and doesn't see the forest for the trees. It's "get me ahead," instead of "get us ahead." Short-sightedness. Ego.

Money is many things. Money is a creature of law. Not natural law like physics, but it is a result of the legislative process. We can, via law, eliminate the antiquated, gold standard accounting requirements and do Overt Congressional Spending. We're in this mess because FDR vetoed legislation in 1935 that killed the creation of Greenbacks to placate the rebellion of the farmers and the WW1 veterans. As a result, fiscal and monetary operations were separated. We are now in almost a century long era of monetary silencing. You're getting there, though. We don't borrow nor convert other foreign currencies. The holders of US$ shift the dollars from their demand accounts to term savings accounts like Treasury Securities that pay higher interest. This actually reduces currency in circulation M1. This is not borrowing in any official sense. The system needs a patch at the legislative end. And we need an educated public on monetary creation. It needs to be in all civics classes. And we need to highlight that the Nobel economists didn't see 2008 coming. It is time for an economics reboot!
