Cant load a preset in my helix or fm9 that triggers a preset change to a new preset for each of my presets in my mx5 from my main units. Got an mx5 for sale cheap only $300. I will say this its fx for rotary is fantastic and way better than most. A neo ventilator would cost you over $500 and thats what youd pay to improve on the mx5 rotary. Rotary and univibe are my fave mods.

if I don't need to capture anything but just use existing profiles and modify them needing only a few of sounds. Is this solution better or another? and what do you think of the pitch shifter from the point of view of live or rehearsal room use? comparable to its big brother?

i had a flextone 3 over 15 years ago, and one thing i definitely remember is the pilot's handbook with descriptions and pictures of the amp modelled. at a time when i didn't know much about classic amps, that was really cool. but i think like an idiot i only ever played with the treadplate... while today i would probably prefer an ac30. it seems incredible today that they didn't have any 5150 model until much later. not until the helix as far as i know

Thanks for the demo. I inherited a combo amp Crate GX80. It looks like its in a good shape. I tested it, and it sounds like Nuclear Assault - Mother's day efin glorious!... but the pots are crackling, and in general it kinda sounds like a mess. Still though - NUCLEAR ASSAULT and nostalgia. I wish I could just swap the amplification for a brand new one, or is there a way to fix this up, replace caps and such. I don't know if its worth it. I want to learn the electric guitar. My heart goes to Bathory, Melvins, Monolord, My Dying Bride, Morbid Angel, Alice in Chains etc kind of sounds. Or maybe I should just get Laney 12 practice amp and call it a day? Is fixing that Crate polishing a turd in your opinion?

Man, I have no idea what people like about these amps. I used to play through them now and then because some band friend here or there had one and they’ve just always sounded terrible to me. It’s not even a tube vs solid state thing…there are solid state amps that I legitimately LOVE. My favorite practice amp of all time is this gnarled little Peavey from the 90s that somehow has this magical mid-high gain sound at bedroom volumes. Yet somehow, *these* amps are the ones that people remember. It’s just baffling dude lol

I bought that Reverb and a Delay from M-Vave, and they hissed so bad I had to send themback. Too bad, they had clever parameters. You remember the guitars at COSTCO 10 years ago, 20 years ago? I do. These are PRS Customs compared to those. Pleeeez. Try a GLarry. You'll be stunned. Try a Harley Benton and you may never need to buy another guitar.

I'm having trouble TODAY with TEMU and a guitar seller GLARRY. 01/21/2025 FALSE AD! They dont actually sell the blue 5 string jazz bass with the maple fretboard in the ads. Brown rosewood only. Very deceptive.

pertaining to you're firefly and repair in general, (former hoshino guitar QC, and repair room tech), it's tempting to use super glue, or a form of it, don't it's too brittle, wherever it broke is likely a weak spot in the wood and will be prone to breaking there, use epoxy , slower is better, ,,,CA glues are great for plastic

you know what i haven't seen on youtube is a cable collection, you know, for people who don't have too many guitars, so they don't feel left out,lol,, bullshit aside, show this video to new ,aspireing guitar players, and title it, "THIS IS WHAT'S COMING", man i wish i could find that first guitar cable i ever plugged in, man i miss that thing, wait i have it wrapped around my wrist as a bracelet, ok, where's my first pic ???,lol

whenever i have too many guitars , or i really don't need another guitar, or i have to pay the electric bill, (horrible, disgusting phrases that come out of my wife's dirty mouth), i show her videos like this jem, so thank you sir, and so you know, it's not a bad boy behavior problem, it's a sickness, that's what the psychologist told me, so it's OK, just appologize and everything will be good

I'm a bass player so I may be wrong, but I believe I heard those brass blocks are actually kinda inexpensive. Unless the floyd one is specific or something. It'll for sure work for the Fender shaped stuff tho

I think your guitars with the blackouts arent grounded correctly or mayb have some bad connections. Because my blackouts are quiter than emgs, even the mik Thompson blackout is quiter than a emg 81 (but the regular blackouts sound better) also why dont u have any fluence pickups?? Those are the best by miles
@rossauce1217 сағат бұрын
I would venture out from emg a little bit cause evey guitar u have with them is going to sound identical. Im guilty of the same thing i have like 5 with them. But also got plenty others

To tell the difference between set neck and neck through. Set neck simply looks like a bolt on without the bolts and plates and will be painted. A neck theough the neck goes through the whole body and the neck will be carved/sanded into the body seamlessly

I wholeheartedly agree with every one of your statements and thank you so much for this video and sharing a light on the other side of Temu.I recently bought my first item from them to be honest as I wanted a cheap phone protection case for a free phone I got from Optimum Mobile and coincidentally downloaded the browser Vivaldi a Scandinavian web browser that is pretty cool actually and had Temu as a preconfigured site on its preloaded favorites. So naturally I got curious as I had never really heard of them before that.. And was surprised to find that the same protection cases that Amazon sold for about 12 plus dollars without screen protectors which were sold separately for another 5 to 10 dollars, was available at Temu for under 3 dollars with screen protectors included! Obviously I gave them a shot and like you found the quality of the case that was delivered just 2 days ago fantastic... But did not know the other side of Temu that you pointed out.. Glad you shared it so I as a consumer know what exactly I am paying for... or not paying for as the case may be since I got it cheaper at Temu. My counterargument however to the capitalistic society we are unwittingly a part of whether we like it or not, is that our own companies like Amazon are no better.. They just do their bit to forced slavery by using loopholes in the law.. Ask the drivers that toil several hours a day to deliver products sold on Amazon for a meagre 10 to 20 dollars an hour using their own vehicles, own fuel, own insurance etc .. I guess what I am saying is, whether we like it or not, we as consumers have a choice of maybe evil over bad and not really that much of a choice of evil over good if you know what I am saying..

Use it like this. Guitar into a distortion pedal pedal with volume and tone controls. Then into the fx input. Only the presence and master volume should work. This is true for the MK2. It is sweet.

I'd be worried about the wiring system in them , I'm sure a lot only last a few months before failing . What's that on the end of the guitar nut ? I'm getting a guitar soon with a floyd rose and I'm not keen on putting a string bar on it. So I'll maybe put what you have at the locking nut area
