I disagree. It actually shows his lack of passion. Now that he has left the Brewers we see what a gritty, passionate team looks like. They are energized, and our new manager takes chances and wins games. He’s a gamer. Look at Counsell’s record. He’s technically very good, and I would compare him to Aaron Rodgers. Good stats, smart as all get out, but not a gamer.

He lived across the street from me as a kid. An amazing and serious athlete all his life A seriously underrated and under appreciated athlete.

Seems like bad trades since they went from winning a World Series to being the worst team in the leavue

I do think that including Dee Gordon's trade out of Miami should have happened, since at the time Gordon was a major piece of Miami's roster, even if he wasn't that good after. Regardless, great video!

Why does this matter? He's not on the marlins anymore. The marlins like the A's and the Tampa Rays keep trading and developing good players

True he ain't on the team anymore but it is interesting to see how that one trade basically had a domino effect to now

Yeah but Arraez was then traded to San Diego for 4 players, we’ll see how they develop. Martorella is exciting, Woo-Suk Go is an interesting piece as well, this trade tree could keep going

I got recommended this video after I've been watching the channel for a while. I immediately hated it for the Trent Grisham miss for the Brewers in 2019. Still great video, underrated baseball content creator, and look forward to more in the future

Baez has a horrible back swing. Talk about no adjustments. He's losing .25 seconds to get flat. Wake up Baez. Tell me no one has coached you up. You just don't listen.

It's realy unfair to say the marlins made a mistake dealing away Yohan Santana cobsidering how awful he was in his rookie year and the fact he developed his nasty chabgeup entierly in the twins system. I thnik this video doesn't go deep enought in the trades and just scraches the surface of the value exanched.

I feel like this video doesn't do many of the trades justice. It sucks that the marlins don't spend but they don't so they can't keep player around for too long. It sucks that they had to trade players like cabrera and stanton but it makes sense when there owner doesn't want to spend and I think it's unfair to look back and say that a trade was terrible if the prospects didn't work out even thought it made sense at the time, and it's important to remember prospect's won't develop the same in two diffrent organisations, so I think a trade should be evaluated when it's made, not 5 years later. I also think it's pointless to look at raw war echange to evaluate a trade as it gives as much value to an innings eater who played for 5 years as it does for a player who had one or two exelent years, and it includes the years after a player was extended, like cabrera, when the marlins had no chance of paying him this much and therefore they didn't loose value for those years.
