Great review we bought the EQS 580 the other day for a great deal. Still learning some of the abilities, but must say the comfort of the drive is fantastic, and the overall feel we are very happy with.

That looks like any other truck with modern front end and expensive oversized battery. I like the rear seat to bed setup though.

Chevrolet equinox is way better. It’s bigger with more range but Tesla has the edge on software.

This is PRECISELY why Tesla needs to make good on their promise of fast-swap packs. Every EV needs to be made battery modules that can be easily and conveniently swapped out. This would open up a huge market for their batteries as well. It's a no-brainer.

If he needed a truck with an 8 foot bed, sure. I’ve got two trucks. I’ve got a 2019 GMC 4 door with the 6ft bed that I daily / tow behind a motorhome. I use it to go fishing, hunting, tow trailers if I need to, buy feed, grains, etc for my homestead. It’s awesome. Holds the entire family and serves multiple purposes. And for the very rare occasion that I actually need to do serious work that requires an 8ft bed and no cab space, I’ve got a 1981 GMC long bed single cab 1/2 ton truck. It’ll hold enough supplies for me to build an entire shed.

For those of us who have a need to occasionally haul 1 or more sheets of plywood, that would nice, weather permitting. When I converted our master closet from wire to a custom organizer, I went through 14 sheets of plywood. Yes it is a large walk in. Talking about trucks, read where a cybertruck owner, carried hay in the back, but there is an opening for the compressor to adjust height, the hay fell into this area and cause the compressor to fail. May need the engineers at Tesla to redesign.

What they don’t tell you is that the google assistant and navigation is an extra charge over $100/month for the wifi that is required after your free initial trial. That makes the Equinox and any other GM products much less attractive.

Except people tend to only charge to 80% capacity so that limits how many additional miles one would get from the gained efficiency. Given that, you may as well just use what you think looks the best.
