I've searched ways to play this other then TABs and think this most right by ear! there is some other fills very briefly in the intro but on the album it could be dubbed or two guitars listening very closely. I play it this way also. great lesson my friend.

This video has to be a joke. Man seriously you don’t have to say every fret. Just play it and explain the lick. You’re like way over explaining and making this video painful
@TheSmellyTele2 ай бұрын
Uh, not a joke. Good news is, you're probably an advanced player and can pick up things by just watching and listening (with little need for explanation). That's an awesome skill that most people do not have, so you're one of the lucky ones 😎👍 Keep playing and have fun! Sorry the video let you down 🙂

@@TheSmellyTele dude, let me relate a story…About six years ago, I had a stroke and lost the use of my left hand for about six months. I’d been playing guitar for over thirty years, so I was pretty bummed. I finally have part of my dexterity back, so I wanted to learn this song for my gf, who’s my muse. Your concise, no bs presentation got my attention. I’m still struggling with it, but at least I can make it sound like music. I literally cried. Thanks, brother and rock on

Gday mate, appreciate your time and effort in putting your videos together. Absolutely love how you do the lead and rythem parts to the songs you do. Would really appreciate it in future videos of you could show what amp settings you have. Nice Telecaster and Sg too sir 🤘
@TheSmellyTele4 ай бұрын
That SG has been with me since I was 16. Spent every dollar a kid could scrape together 😂 And yeah that's a great idea! I get tone questions all the time, but this is the first time someone has said, " Dude! Put it in the video!" Amp for this one was a Twin Reverb model in the Line 6 Pod ProXT. Wish I saved the settings, but they should be very clean (maybe, just maybe a hair of break up) and the tone knobs can all be set to 12 o'clock to start. Every amp is a little different so tone knobs will need tweaking to dial it in. AND! Never forget how powerful it is to roll the tone knob back on the guitar! Makes the sound so much warmer before it hits the pre-amp 🤠
@s2studlys24 ай бұрын
@@TheSmellyTele but aren't you glad you saved up and got your Sg? Thanks for the amp setting tips I'll keep tickering 😎
