Doing a reset on my life was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I simplified everything diet, routine, and mindset. I picked it all up from the book called Unveiling Your Hidden Potential

Bro, thank you. I'm working hard on getting out of my depression after a relationship with a covert narcissistic. It destroyed me, but the good news is I can restart who I am from scratch, holding myself accountable at every step. And I'm listening to you. Keep up building your great legacy to this world.

I agree with all those points but I have a question. How do you avoid being around negative people when the most negative people are your family ? I mean I don’t blame them for being that way, one of my parent is sick and it does makes me sad for sure. But I also try to live my life on the side. I go to the gym. I surround myself with friends. I try to cut unhealthy partners asap. But I can’t just cut my family because they are negative you know. So yeah, theoretically this could work but also it depends on your environment and circumstances.

I related so hard at the point where you constantly blame others. Cannot stand those people anymore.

The sad realization I've had is I pretty much have to cut off contact with my friends and family in order to lose weight and improve. Most people live incredibly unhealthy lives, and a lot of them get away with it better thanks to superior genetics I suppose. I'd say I should try to spend more time around healthier people but I find most of them to be insufferable narcissists. And they always have girlfriends/wives so you inevitably end up playing 3rd wheel anytime you're around them. Monk mode it is I suppose.

How to be miserable, Step 8: Ask yourself if it's a thing in Korea too having random German words on the wall (1:36 "Impfmüdigkeit" = "being sick of vaccination / not wanting to think of vaccination anymore") 😹

"you eat healthier when you are with your family" ....so that must be a cultural thing, because it's not true for my family XD
