I think Episode 7 actually shows that at least some of the universes we go to aren't branches of off 616 but full on other universes. Peggy calls it Xandar-625. I think she means universe 625 simply on Xandar as oppose to earth. So if they were on Earth it would be Earth-625. Like wise you can go to Xandar-616. When they have a number they are different trees like Earth-838 so Xandar-625 should be a different tree universe. I think your model still works, but this is post Loki so the 616 probably isn't Isolated from he forest of other trees anymore. Dr strange said it was impossible to travel between universes. He had to have meant travel between trees because he obviously knows timelines exists. But he must simply have been wrong because obviously the TVA does it. And now the Exiles can do it as well. Either their own tech or TVA tech has allowed them to travel between different trees.

Biggest reveal of the entire series was that the Watcher broke his oath to help (or possibly hook up with) Madisynn? This girl's life gets crazier and crazier by the show, and I am all for it.

This Paint Universe thing has become an obsession for you, and you're drawing far-reaching conclusions from something that appears on screen for about one second. But if there's one thing we learn from the third season of What If...?, it's that alternative universes and timelines are the same. There aren't any "other trees"-what you see at the end of Loki's second season is the entire multiverse branching out from the Sacred Timeline.

Actually, the first episode, titled What If... The Hulk Fought the Mech Avengers? branched in the year 2014 and I still think Bruce Banner joined the Avengers in 2012, but then instead of Steve Rogers meeting Sam Wilson, Bruce Banner was living in Washington D.C. working for S.H.I.E.L.D. I think Captain Carter along with Kahhori, Storm and Byrdie the Duck traveled to TVA and stole the Reset Charges, but then learned about the variants of He Who Remains, so they traveled to the Quantum Realm and found Kang the Conqueror's Time Sphere, then teamed up with Deadpool & Wolverine and defeated the Council of Kangs including Immortus, Rama-Tut and Centurion. Hope you had a wonderful New Years! can't wait to see what videos you do this year.

I hope at some point we see Loki (the variant holding the Multiverse together) meeting Uatu I could easily see like beginning of Doomsday or something them playing chess together.

So many wrong turns in Secret Invasion-- killing talos and Maria Hill, Rhodey being a skrull (but for no greater motive), over powered Giah, the president going crazy, lack of interesting fights, lack of suspense...ugh! The one thing i liked was Fury having used Skrulls to secretly benefit his SHIELD career and peotect the planet. We really gotta get a higher being in the multiverse to confirm say its a branch so we can get a re-do of the Secret Invasion storyline

I enjoyed the season even though I feel like there is still so much lost potential by ending the series here but I guess it would be hard to write stories that don't conflict with upcoming Avengers movies Interestingly Benedict Wong did not return to voice his character for some reason, I wonder why? Also the idea of a child born during the Convergence being destined for greatness is an awesome concept I'd love to see utilized in the sacred timeline. And the concept of Strange Supreme becoming a sentient universe is also great (even though he didn't speak)- reminiscent of Dormammu's Dark Dimension (also voiced by Benedict Cumberbatch in the movie, interestingly enough). I think a Supreme Strange universe cameo could be possible for the multiverse MCU movies

And so ends the Sony Pictures Universe of Marvel Movies. Though there was some fun to be had, I don't know if I'll ever return. But if I don't, I may as well say this now. It has died, and I never saw it again.
