Its funny Real fans live jim and pam to the core thats why producers of the show spent 250000 dollars on fake gas station proposal without hesitation knowing the payoff and their two weddings episodes are most expensive because real fans of show love them more than anything on the show..fans laugh so hard on jims pranks they are the most talked of tv show.these online haters are not real index of what people love about the show.nitpicking on some sitcom character is funny to me .if jim did not pull prank who would watch tge show..come on its not real population of fans its cool nowadays to hate on something which was loved so much originally..its just funny to me i am even typing this😂 i love everycharacter on the show bcs they are written to be funny not to be morally correct.if the pranks don't happen who would think jim is funny its not that deep you watch them bcs they fill heart with joy for 20 min straight. Just reduculus to talk on hate of character😅

I say keep it the way it is. Also, are perception changes over time on how we look at it as we age. I just bought the 4k version, and it's beautiful. Also, I have a tv with an Ai color upscale. Other than that, still the best movies ever made.

I have never been provoked to laugh at the office. Not a single episode. I estimate that Ive probably watched about 15 of them over the years it was on network tv and then through syndicate, but there was never a plot line or joke I found amusing . Same goes for Seinfeld. Although there were at least a handful of times that I actually did laugh watching Seinfeld. I've often wondered how both of these were such a massive hits However, I am able to appreciate that this cast got together and made some kind of magic ,even if that magic isn't anything I can bear witness to Great video

His motive is curiosity and love. Every one of these questions can either be answered by; he wanted to know what would happen, or the inconvenience of the passion he has for will. He couldnt control with respects to whom he fell in love with or the curiosity he has to what might happen in any given situation.

This guy complained like a wimp for 20 minutes yet didn't balance it with ending with a review of his best solution. I wasted 20 minutes listening to a perpetual victim stuck in his own self induced trauma, over a a movie series. Dude, at LEAST get into the solution, or get help.

Watching my 4k's now, for the first time. I'm watching these videos as a reference. I just recently bought a new 4k TV, and with things like color grading, I'm not always sure how much of it is the actual video and how much is the tv. But now I can at least be sure that they definitely have juiced the colors, and the relationship to the Hobbit Trilogy validates that.

If they wanted the vicodin to cause the breakup, it shouldn't have just been 'house takes vicodin and cuddy breaks up with him', because that makes cuddy seem too harsh on him. But it could have been that the vicodin caused him to miss picking Rachel up from school, or that he was supposed to be with cuddy for a scan, and then missed it. That way she breaks up with him for showing she can't rely on him because of the drugs, not just that he did drugs

24:13: when house says ‘you want to be like wilson? i prank wilson all the time’ it struck me as meta textual. theres a lot of idolization around house, clips of him being quippy, outsmarting everyone. and as the show keeps emphasizing, you can’t have house without wilson. so this finale being spurred on by foreman trying to be the ‘new wilson’ as house puts it, and that resulting in a prank not only greatly upsets foreman but also gives house a fatal consequence that he cannot stop, i think it could be a joker 2 style condemnation of ‘hey, stop trying to replicate house and wilson. you can’t do it.’

I had the 4k steelbook release but i got rid of it. It just didnt have the ethereal look and the vfx looked so old and blurry next to crisp live action so clear you could see wig lines. Ive stuck with my extended blu ray, even the tint is worth it over the 4k, but i didn't know that fan edit was a thing, I'll definitely look into that!

I think the fact that house does change over the course of the show but also not really is some very realistic character growth. He doesnt pull a scooge and become a different peraon over night but he internalizes his issues and eventually faces them himself.

incredible video man. thank you so much for making this. i've been obsessing over this ever since watching the dvd special features section on the color grading of the films and finally understanding why all the formats i've watched since never quite captured what i saw in the theater (or even on vhs via my full-screen tv at home as a kid). a number of other youtube videos have discussed or tried to correct the ugly green tint color grade on the blu-rays, but not a single one talked about the grain of film and its relation to mood, nostalgia, etc. thank you for connecting this final missing piece. part of what made these movies so great was peter jackson quite literally requesting that sets and shots look almost identical to illustrations by john howe and alan lee - the storybook quality you mentioned, which was then additionally carried over into the original color grade and textured softness (good oxymoron) of the overall film. in this case, certain things really need to be obscured. i'd rather see some grain on the screen than be able to count all of denethor's nose hairs. ultimately went back and bought the earliest copies i could find of the initial dvd releases in 2002, 2003, and 2004. i know many people can't compromise on not having the extended scenes, but i'm willing to sacrifice for what i feel is the most nostalgic (yet still imperfect) color grade, along with the whimsical storybook quality.

the green tint in the blu ray doesn't bother me for this 1 reason, that's just how the full, uncut movie was released for the first time, as (according to IMDb) the blu ray extended edition, has 20 more minutes of movie than the DVD extended edition

Holy christ, I forgot about that Beatles documentary. First time I watched the trailer, I knew it was all denoised and ruined. Everyone said it looked great and loved it. People just don't know what they're talking about. We're so used to the digital age where movies are shot so clean. I absolutely love grain. Even if they kept the grain, they wouldn't have done it justice with proper bitrate and encoding settings. Peter Jackson just isn't what I thought he was. I'll still watch the extended edition but live with the green tint. That was the era so many remasters got a green tint. I remember there was a few Akira Kurusawa movies that got a green tint for the Criterion collection. I remember playing with video myself and converting the bit depth from 8 to 16 to do some fan editing and then when I converted it back to 8 bits, it added a green tint. I was using a free and open source NLE that goes by the name of Avisynth+ (a fork of Avisynth). The greent tint issue when downsampling the bit dpeth has been fixed. I feel like that's where the mistake for green in every remaster comes from.

IDK why I thought Wilson just hallucinated House meeting him on the steps & saying he switched the dental records (because it's an over-the-top explanation) & then taking the end-of-road trip (which is logistically impossible for all the reasons mentioned).
@ogcipher496711 күн бұрын
Thinking that House knowing Wilson is dying would fk up his chances to spend his time with him to "solve a puzzle" makes me think after all of this you still don't understand the character.
