This game looks wonderful! I really am hoping we see a new round of innovation with touch and split screen inputs like we saw with the DS.

smh, they didn't even mention the best Chibi-Robo game on the DS... good video regardless, Chibi-Robo (and all of Love-de-lic's stuff) is really cool. Check out Okaeri! Chibi-Robo! Happy Richie Oosouji , it got a fan translation and I think it's the best game in the series.

I remember as a kid I didn't really care for Park Patrol as much. I absolutely adored the first one on GC, played it so much, beat it at least 2 times, which for me as a lot seeing as I didn't beat most games that I had. It has its charm, but it just felt very grindy. The world felt small, the characters didn't seem as interesting. Idk it just lacked a lot of what I loved about the first game. Maybe I'm due to give it another try. I just remember being so excited on my way to Walmart to get it, being excited as I read the back of the case over and over, and then the game was just.. not what I wanted. Idk. Your video is making me rethink how I feel about it.

I loved this game, I just replayed it last year. I think it's understated how brutal the early game can be with having such limited Happy Points to even stay alive with, especially with how hard it can be to get used to the "Music playing" system that actually lets you propagate flowers. I appreciated this aspect though, honestly makes me wish there was a hard mode that kept that same kind of difficulty throughout.

One thing I realized while watching this video is how the Chibi Robo energy system is a continuation of ideas present in Moon. In Moon your character only had so much energy that gradually drains as you walk around, so you have to plan out your day so you don’t pass out from exhaustion. This Chibi Robo system seems like a refinement and continuation of that system, which is really neat!

Despite wholeheartedly agreeing that this doesn't really feel like a Banjo Kazooie game, I still REALLY love Nuts and Bolts. The only sour note the game has ever left on me are the computer and space worlds. Which I dislike pretty strongly visually and for how cramped they feel. But I still really enjoy this game. I rented it originally, and would find it years later in a pawn shop for 15 bucks. I bought it despite no longer having the console, knowing darn well that I'd get one eventually to play this game again.

Instead of a remake. Wiah they would have released Re4 with non tank controlls with literally no other changes except maybe some better gun/environmental sounds. Besides that Re4 is a near perfect game.

My first console was an SNES. But I remember playing NES games and asking why can't I rather move between menu options using the D-pad? For me it was the most intuitive way to go. Well, I was glad that I finally could do that in Super Mario World, although one could still do it using the select button. I played a lot up until 2004 when my PS1 died and I can tell the select button was unused at least half of the time but when it was used it was very useful.

I wish this game was on PC and had mod support, being able to get new parts to use on your vehicles to feel them out would be fun. Also the game did create a framework for future games to exist like TerraTech, Scrap Mechanic, Trailmakers, and RoboCraft.
