All relevant resources mention that the 10 most important languages globally are: English, Spanish, French, Mandarin Chinese, Russian, and Arabic - undisputably Top 6 - and the rest are Portuguese, German, Hindi, and Japanese. Most would also agree that Italian, Korean, Turkish, and Vietnamese follow as the most important languages beyond the Top 10, after these any ranking starts to be difficult without bias, but Indonesian and Persian should not be overlooked either. I suppose we are going to witness the increasing importance of now much-ignored languages from the Indian subcontinent such as Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, or languages of Africa such as Swahili, Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, Oromo or Amharic as the populous regions where these are spoken will start growing economically. BTW: I hope Vladimir will resume his YT career soon.

Native Italian here. I’ve never heard anyone non Italian speaking Italian language so well. Actually that was perfect as there was not a single mistake! From what I read in the comments you make no mistakes in pretty much all the other languages you speak which is insane. I can kind of have a conversation in French Romanian Spanish and English and studied a bit of German but especially between languages with same roots I can’t help but mixing words 🥲

Most jön a kommentem magyar része.

Každý kto sa už raz učil čo len jeden cudzí jazyk, vie koľko námahy to dá, nehovoriac o gramatike a správnej výpovede bez akcentu. Napriek tomu ze sú niektoré slovanské jazyky podobné, nie je možné sa ich naučiť hovoriť za tak krátky čas. Je pravda, ze v detstve sa učí ľahšie, ale bez talentu a vynikajúceho hudobného sluchu to nejde.

I really got impressed by your talent Vladimir. Thank you for your video. As a Turkish Iranian whose second language is Persian I should say you spoke Persian fluently and accurately but there is a little pronunciation issue, because there is a letter in Persian that doesn't exist in most languages even my first language, Turkish!!! That letter is "ق" which is pronounced somehow like "G" . I wish you all the best. Prajem vám, aby ste niekedy navštívili Irán. ❤

Dutch should have been the 2nd language right after the introduction in English because Dutch and English are the prettiest and most refined languages ever with the most pretty and poetic words, and the most superior languages must always be first! By the way, one cannot technically forget a language if one has seen and heard the words enough times for them to become part of the permanent memory and automatic memory, so one should keep revising the words, until all words can be automatically remembered - I learned Spanish in childhood and I didn’t forget it, and I’m still learning new words, since I started learning languages on my own, about 8 months ago! Hungarian, German and also the Latin languages (Portuguese / Italian / French / Spanish) are also pretty, and I am advanced level in Dutch (over 8.000 base words) and native speaker level in Spanish (I learned it in childhood by watching a lot of movies and TV Series in Spanish, so I learned it 100% passively, without even trying) and, now I’m learning over 50 languages, including all Germanic languages and the 6 Celtic languages and Hungarian and Slovene and the pretty Estonian words and Latin languages etc! I am intermediate level in Norwegian / German / Swedish and Portuguese (anywhere from 3.000 to 3.800 words, maybe more, and I can actually understand over 95% of the words I see in Portuguese because I know Spanish) and beginner level in Welsh / Icelandic / Breton / Frisian / Hungarian / Faroese / Occitan / Gallo / Aranese / French / Burgundian / Manx / Irish / Scottish Gaelic / Italian / Galician / Catalan / Danish / Cornish / Luxembourgish / Guernsey / Limburgish / Norn / Gothic / Old Norse / Old English / Old Dutch / Vandałic / Slovenian / Afrikaans (by Frisian, I meant all three Frisian languages, namely West Frisian / North Frisian / East Frisian, and I am also learning all languages based on these languages that are referred to as dialects, but they are in fact different languages, especially the Italian-based languages and the German-based languages and the West-Vlaamse Dutch-based languages and the French-based language that’s spoken in Wallonia / Belgium and Yolo and the Scots Doric language etc) and the other pretty languages that are on my list of languages I want to learn and improve, which is extremely overwhelming! However, some of those languages are not a pretty language, so I don’t understand why would someone learn them - I highly recommend the prettiest languages, such as Dutch / Norwegian / Icelandic / Welsh / Breton / Cornish / Gallo / Venetian / Galician and all other pretty languages that I listed above, which are so gorgeous, with almost only pretty and very pretty words, so they are too pretty not to know, and pretty languages are easy to learn, as one tends to remember the prettier and more distinctive words faster!

Dutch words are just too pretty not to know, and 83 of the prettiest words in Dutch are - ver, vlinder, verloren, feest, adem, vaste, veel, verdween, heel, het, heen, voorbij, vandaan, verven, domein, verwaald, drijfzand, lief, leegte, liefde, heerst, einde, zonder, weet, avond, vult, gekomen, centrum, moment, pad, loop, overheerst, vallen, twijfel, vinden, kelde, wald, ter, geweest, vrees, grenzen, verleg, rein, van, stellen, wilde, steeds, verstreken, evenbeeld, bleef, steile, vrede, stem, wens, net, tijd, stille, verwenst, zalig, ochtend, zilverreiger, weer, overwint, heerlijk, zin, hart, beweert, vanaf, kwijt, wolken, mes, verliezen, dwaling, verlaten, rede, trek, tuinhek, brand, verdien, blikje, vertellen, verder, vertrek...

Some of the prettiest Welsh words are - derwen / nest / afon / talar / adeilad / helygen / afal / hyd / lolfa / enaid / bedwen / neithiwr / ynys / nos / sydd / noswaith / ers / mynd / rhosyn / eistedd / gwych / tân / fawr / telyn or delyn / ynddyn / llaw or dwylo / doeth / fewn or mewn / gwar / bys / ffynnon / swrn / tew / blin / mynydd / braich etc, and Welsh reminds of Dutch (Dutch / English / Norwegian are the prettiest and most refined languages ever with the most pretty words) because they have a similar intonation / vibe and they both have the CH sound and many of the words have similar types of letter combinations!

Slovak and Slovene probably have many similar words - I’ve been learning Slovenian and a lot of Hungarian over the past few days, and I found some similarities in pronunciation and words with the same root! Hungarian isn’t as hard as ppl think - it’s a category 3 language like Irish and Scots Gaelic, and the pronunciation is very easy, and most Hungarian words are pretty, so they are easy to remember and learn, and the verbs are easy to get used to, so only the spelling is a bit harder, but it isn’t that hard, it’s like the spelling of many French words with different accents! I haven’t seen or heard many words in Czech and Serbian before, but they’re probably a bit similar to Slovene! However, the language before Dutch is one of the most non-pretty languages I’ve ever heard, it has very non-pretty word endings and it sounds so uncouth with mostly embarrassingly funny words, I don’t understand why would someone learn such languages, that aren’t pretty, instead of learning gorgeous languages like Dutch and Icelandic etc, and, the tonal languages are also very non-pretty, especially in pronunciation, because tonal languages are so annoying, and Vietnamese words aren’t usually pretty, even in their written form, and most Japanese words are also non-pretty with too many KOKO and TASHI and NAKA sounds and too many repetitions of the same syllable which is a sign of pöōr word construction that doesn’t follow logical patterns like Germanic languages! When it comes to languages learning, one should definitely choose wisely, based on how many pretty words the language has, not on how many native speakers or learners it has etc - there are some very pretty languages that aren’t that known, like the three Frisian languages and Limburgish and Faroese and the older languages like Old Norse / Gothic / Norn and the 6 Celtic languages etc that should definitely be included in languages related videos, instead of the non-pretty languages!
