thanks for a very interesting video. How many times a week do you recommend including this type of training? thank you for your kind reply
@TriformanceSportsTraining4 ай бұрын
2 times per week along with strength sessions (1-2 times per week) and speed sessions (1-2 times per week).

do you normally recommend upper lower or full body for building muscle for athletes?
@TriformanceSportsTraining Жыл бұрын
Depends on your schedule. In-season 2 full body workouts per week is great. Offseason 3/4 day splits are good. We have some videos on these splits to help you program your workouts.

Hi! Does the single leg drop (from box / height) hurt the knee (landing leg)?
@TriformanceSportsTraining4 ай бұрын
No, not if done correctly. If you are feeling pain lower the box or try different variations such as: double leg stick or split squat stick

If I have only 1 day / week for plyometrics, what split would you recommend for beginner athletes?
@TriformanceSportsTraining Жыл бұрын
A multidirectional plyometric workout. Choose 1-2 extensive plyometrics (lateral & linear line hops) and then 3-4 intensive plyometric exercises (broad jumps, diagonal bounds, box jump, sl hurdle hops lateral & linear).

Can we take 1 or 2 day gap between day1 and day2 ??

Yes! What ever fits your schedule. 📈✊️

Is this enough to do this workout 2 times a week for 16 year old or we have to do more ??
@TriformanceSportsTraining11 ай бұрын
Perform Day 1 & Day 2 from this video 1x per week. So that equals 2 training session per week. If you want to add more than perform 1-2 multidirectional plyometric days where you are training laterally or rotationally. Also add 1-3 strength exercises after the workouts and you have yourself a solid program. Have a plan and stay consistent! That will get you far with you athletic development. Good luck! 🤝

Can we do team training and gymwork on the same day we do these plymetrics ??
@TriformanceSportsTraining7 ай бұрын
Yes, if possible do power/plyos before team training and afterwards finish up with the strength portion.
