I just finished this whole series and really enjoyed it. I'm amazed that you still have ten fingers and zero tetanus.

Why haven't you bought a small excavator, it would make jobs like this much easier, just my 2 cents. It's highly respectable to dig it all by hand but you are not as young as you use to be, in fact non of us are, so learn some things can be easier with a machine and it might cost more now but it might save your health and body in the long haul. You do nice work so I'm glad you are finishing up these houses. Work smarter not harder. 😀✌❤

advertise next time for some people to dig it up for ya. Then you still put the piping in. Much cheaper than calling a plumber to do it for ya if you already know how to do it.

Would it have made a difference if you had backfilled the railroad tie wall with some fabric and gravel instead of dirt fill? Just thinking out loud. Don’t mind me. 😅

I really enjoy and appreciate your attention to detail. To think this was all self-taught is amazing. Well done 👏

I don't understand your fanication with gray. It's such an unhappy colour. Why not blue or some other colour? Copy the maritimers, paint your house blue, yellow, red, pink, anything but gray! Please! Although that aside, I think it would look better if you painted the repair the same colour as the house instead of white

Just out of curiosity, how much of this last touch up is fixing things that you were unable to do the first time around? (Lack of time, money, tools, skills?) Looks really good now.
