老师可不敢当,我就是平时爱在家做饭,有点儿小心得的话,就拿出来跟大家分享,每播放一次,都觉得又交到了一个朋友,开心。馒头蒸出来不是很白,稍微有些发黄,我觉得是正常吧,我蒸了很多此馒头,每次出锅都不像卖的馒头那么白,如过口味口感都没问题的话,稍稍发黄没什么的,相反我倒是觉得卖的馒头那种特别白,吃起来倒是稍微有些不安。如果黄的很厉害,我记得小时候妈妈蒸馒头的时候儿有时候会放碱,碱放多了,馒头会黄的比较厉害。别的情况我就不知道了,没有了解,不敢瞎说。感谢您观看,留言,谢谢您。再蒸馒头包子的时候儿我琢磨琢磨发黄这个儿事儿,看能不能有什么心得,咱们再研究😀

應該會有一些不一樣,我的習慣稱尖椒就是比較辣的長的青辣椒,圓圓的青椒習慣稱大椒,彩椒,柿子椒

收汁的时候为什么不把肘子放回锅里?🍖

当然肘子再放回锅里会更好,但是这时候儿肘子已经完全进味了,而且火候也够了,单独收汁,肘子不再进锅,这样会省好多时间,而且也能更好的调味儿,调颜色。所以下次您做的时候儿,试试单独收汁儿,也很好的

Thanks for watching,I think it‘s a good choice. It can help yeast mix more evenly in the flour, and of course, it's also fine not to dissolve the yeast in water.

墙上按了几个图钉📌,然后找了几根透明类似鱼线的细线(宜家捆东西的塑料绳,抽出几股单股的来),底部固定在花盆上,顶部拴到图钉📌上,再把绿萝绕上去😀够详细吧😀

水和麵的比例是多少呢?

感謝您的觀看,麵粉和水的比例可以按照500公克麵粉220-230毫升水。酵母的話500公克麵粉正常配5公克酵母,根據麵粉和酵母活性可以做一些微調,如果您是第一次做,或者以前的成功率不太高的話,可以適當增加酵母用量,500公克麵粉可以配7公克-10公克酵母,會大大提高成功率,等成功幾次,積纍信心和經驗后,再適量減少酵母的用量,熟練以後,糖也可以免加😀

我从来没有试过用料酒的方法,你可以试试,我平时做饭做肉都很少用料酒,所以对料酒没有经验,而且我亲戚朋友我也没听他们说过用料酒。如果好吃,别忘了告诉我啊,好吃的话有机会我也试试。调干黄酱,水和料酒不要放太多,调匀有流动性就够了,太稀就会比较耗时间,就不快捷了。一次别多做,做好吃了再加变化😀

@@cookingguy2g 我尝试了,除了太咸,基本达到目标,感谢。放酱之后炒也挺花时间的,还有或许料酒也不一定要放。肉没有洗,直接拿来炒,炒的时候还是挺腥的,下次试试洗了再沥干做。

@@markhamRune 😄恭喜恭喜,做好后就不腥了吧?有时候儿跟肉也有关系,同样是Costco买来的肉,可能这次挺好,下次就腥,炒肉的时候儿多放两片姜会好些,炒到油清亮了再放酱。回头我再更新其他做法儿,你再试试😄
