BTW, If we apply the same cheating criteria on you, you would be cheating in most of your wins😂😂

Hey Nelson. Please play the Latvian Gambit. Would be interesting to see 👍

the highest Blitz ratingof the Dutch player you accused of cheating "Haizoum1" is 2040. check their highest ever rating not the current one. Also, even if the move is so obvious, you need to take to your time. You yourself do that when the move is obvious especially when you have advantage. You are promoting an unacceptable attitude among the community. You justify your loss by cheating accusations. If you genuinely believe someone is cheating report them silently or after the stream is over. I love your live streams but I am sick of your constant moaning

In the past I've looked at how you could get this mate but I always assumed it wasn't possible.

This is so true. Many people act like it's some trap after black accepts fried liver when it's only maybe 0.7 at best for white. Even with perfect play, white still will be down material until the endgame where maybe white can get pawns going for some chances. I would much rather prefer to be black here and parry the threats rather than being white and finding some ten move tactic with maybe a pawn going in the end or hoping my opponent blunders a mate. White cannot get the piece back, period. Engines can get a few pawns and play. For humans a piece is way better than some pawns.

57:15 from their perspective you take 40 seconds to find the easy tactic, of course they accuse you of cheating, you are cheating. 😂

In the analysis you should go over the missed wins, I've noticed you often skip over them, perhaps it's just obvious to you what you missed in retrospect but I'm always eager to see those.

I saw some other comments saying this but a Nelson guess the elo/ low elo chess analysis content would be very fun and would get back to the basics on chess education which is also why I love the rating climb series so much, I learn a lot from chess games around 1000 elo and intermediate players

This is an awesome way to mock the Person who won't call a game. And then an even more epic way to lose. If these are the rules it's not a controversy at all. The rules are the rules and nothing should be changed about this game- it's been around FOREVER and you can bet this has happened before, but we've only had the net for a short time relative to how long Chess has been around. Dude with White should have won but his hubris lost him the match- I am rusty now, but 4-5 games against a skilled player will bring my fire back- I was VERY good at chess for a while when I played regularly, I only ever ran into on person who could beat me more than I beat him- he'd win 2/3 and I got a really nice compliment from the guy- dude was really good and was hunting for a challenge- I got to give it to him even though he was better. Man, I should get back into chess, it's such a great game- these Days I'm more addicted to poker though, which I'm quite good at it seems.

I’ve went from 600 ELO to 950 just from watching Nelson play. I literally imagine I’m him and think in his voice during my games. I need to learn more than just my 3 opening theories though. And calculate more than 2 move lines.

Nelson, in the last game I was just checking what happens after pawn to h4 after Bishop to e7. Looks like we get a totally different and much safer game. King can castle in the next few moves and the pawn centre remains robust. Although stockfish thinks it isn't as good I just couldn't understand why?! They can't push the pawn to attack the rook pawn (as it will also open up their king side and delay castling while doing little damage to us), developing a knight doens't help them much either. So it looks like at the lower level black will not be able to figure out the best move and that gives us time to both attack the centre while being able to castle and then launch an attack if they castle king side. Could you explain why is pawn to h4 a bad defense?

It's called "Danger level" yes he is threatening taking the rook but ee treating to take his queen so he has to move his queen and then we can deal with the rook attack It's like in between move but you gotta be careful when using this tactics you can easily blunder

2:00:00 Can't get a brilliant move for an instant attack on a more valuable piece. The sacrifice has to be at least one move ahead. Nice win though!

I learned something from watching Witty Alien: to farm brilliants, you have to play sub optimally and be willing to lose, a lot. No shade meant for Witty, I love the guy.

Is there an oposite video? I feel like its super hard to come back from a bad position. Also i get the idea behind the video but in practice how do you determine what is a good time to take long on the clock? I feel like that is a very hard skill in itself to get right.
