No that guy is a cheater. I was inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt before this e mail. His "teacher" giving you this big life story for him is way sus lol and his "cooking rice" story🤣🤣🤣 there is an old Shakespeare line. "Me thinks doth protest too much" lol

I can get the Kindle version of this book for cheap. Has anyone done this with the Kindle version of this book? It's the 2018, not the 2022. Just wouldn't want to get the book and then get lost trying to digest the videos with it if it is off.

I don't care how long your videos are because I watch as many games as I have time for and then stop until I'm ready to get back into it. Actually, if you had made this "slowrun" one huge video, it would have been very convenient for me.

But when you trap the bishop on b6 and he takes your pawn, either you take him with your rook but then lose a rook with the knight on c6. Is it not better to wait for your bishop on c5 to move because you can take it without losing a major piece?

I wonder: Would positions like 9 and 10 actually be possible if each side had, say, 3 rows of pawns?

At 2:55 it's also worth mentioning you can lose your passed pawn if you play carelessly. c5 would allow bxc5 and your advantage is lost. It seems obvious but maybe something a beginner may not think about.

at 38:00 in game 4 did you consider bishop d5? it attacks the rook and the knight can't take it because of the pin on the queen. I may be missing something there but it was unexpected to not hear you talk through it as an idea at least

I'm not the greatest chess player in the world, but if your opponent's attack or his position is so strong that you have to use your queen for defense, it seems your opponent has the advantage. You want to force your opponent to use his queen for defense while yours attacks. Just sayin.
