does baking the strawberries change its taste? also does the strawberries lose their moisture once baked?

Yes, baked strawberries are expectedly different than fresh ones. I actually really like the taste, the water evaporates, and you're left with wonderfully sweet fruit, almost like candy. it goes beautifully with the brownies:)

I know this was hella long ago but I wanna know if cutting the strawberries into tiny pieces and mixing it with the brownie mix affects how it bakes. If it doesn't then I'm gonna do that instead so I can just put some chocolate chunks on top. If no one replies then i guess we are gonna find out if it does or not

You can use buttermilk or banana to substitute for the eggs. Go to Gemma Stafford's page and watch her egg substitution video. She even teaches how to make your own dry cake mix and then into a cake. You should definitely watch her videos :)
