this was perfect. i’m on vacation and needed a quick arm workout i could do in my hotel room. my triceps felt it - in the best way- the next day!!

Just what I needed to start my day. Your breathing really helps me to oxygenate. Still can't get my left arm to do some of your moves. At the elbows back touch down position at 7:15 it is impossible for me to lift my hands up and down. You are inspirational. Thank you.

Question - I don’t understand why I feel tension in my upper thighs/psoas area while sitting in this position at 0:38. Any suggestions to correct my posture while sitting this way?

That's a very normal feeling when you have tightness in your hips and/or low back. Adding some of my hip mobility workouts could help!
