What synchronistic timing! Incredible. I spent the afternoon making huge life changes and when I arrived back here was this video showing me how to incorporate them. I want to add that I especially love his calm presence, lack of rushing and repeating of process so we can really learn. How lovely to learn quietly without pressure.

I have always loved that delicate line that separates the earth from the sky, the line called " horizon " ; this idea of opening my whole being to or towards the horizon makes me very happy. I will include these exercises in my daily routine, imagining that I am there, merging with its light and its infinite beauty. Thank you, Jefrrey Chand!

Thank you so much for this practice, Jeffrey!!! Adding the side to side twist to the opening movement unwound a twisted muscle/nerve in my right trap that had been causing excruciating pain. I’ve been adjusted by a chiropractor, received shiatsu massage, done a variety of yoga asanas and it was this simple set of movements that released the congestion and emotions that I’ve been holding onto. Downloading this video so I’ll be able to take you, the birds, and the movements with me. Thank you again. ❤

Hey there, can anyone explain the reasoning behind qi gong and why it was/is used in traditional Chinese medicine? I've been practicing it a few week and my goodness I've noticed a massive difference! I'm just very keen to understand the history and the science (use of meridians). So fascinating!

This practice can certainly be helpful when combined with your primary care givers recommendations. There are many useful ideas that your counselor and therapist can provide, and this type of practice can certainly help relax body and mind 🙂
