Also, Capitano has something going on with souls. This whole time I’ve been very confused about the broken/damaged/incomplete soul thing, because they never seem to give literally any info about that when it’s mentioned. But now that we see the Sage specifically talking about taking human souls to create Ochkan and human “masks”…… maybe there’s a connection there?

Phanes was the first descender but why? the only way to discover the true of teyvat is to discover the past and story of Phanes himself, we only know that he invade Teyvat to save humanity so hes postulating himself as the Kevin of Genshin but for what purpose? what made him so desperate to invade a world, he change the world to make it habitable for humanity but was really necessary and what happen to Phanes and humans native world?

the problem with plato thesis is that the reason Phanes did all of this is because humanity was not compatible with the world of teyvat and he made the world adapt to humanity, in fact as the dragon human say, humanity is the apex of existance and everyone must become human but at what cost and in the end wasnt even worth it? And why is important the existance of descenders? like Phanes are the only people that can fight the Abyss and manipulate the world of forms?
