I watch your videos and I like your videos very much. You have many videos on your channel but very few views on the videos. Your videos are not serving the right audience due to SEO issues. I think you should focus on SEO so that you can get a big fanbase.

My GP sent me this link. I found this very helpful and informative. Now begins my journey to find a good Pelvic Floor therapist in lower mainland BC where I live. Thank you for all the information. The two therapists you had on here were nothing short of amazing.

Dear, I saw your KZbin channel video and understood it was Very nice. I want to be a regular viewer of your channel. But your channel has something, I want to show the problems. You have 1.16K subscribers but the video doesn't get more views and subscribers because your video is not SEO. It is responsible for: 1. Channel videos are not properly SEO 2. Videos are not reaching the people 3. There is no rank tag in the Video 4. Video SEO score is 00 out of 100 but SEO score should be 95+ to rank video 5. channel & video tag not used If you want to see the problem of your channel, you can contact me. Social media links are provided on my channel. I can tell you how to solve the problem.

I had a whiplash injury over two years ago. I still have a stiff, crunchy, achy neck. Will doing these exercises bring me full recovery, even though it has been two years? Would appreciate any replies. Thanks!

i got hit with BPPV about 5 months ago - the doctor tried the Epley - and there was a mild improvement - enuf for me to go home - - they recommended the Epley - so I looked it up on KZbin - and came across Carol Foster's Vertigo Treatment - since the Epley wasn't a perfect success - i decided to try the Foster treatment for a problem in the right ear (i thought that was what the doctor told me) - and it worked wonders - altho there was a vague sense of unsteadiness - and i still would experience spinning while laying down - and a couple days later - the dizziness returned when i stood up in the morning - so i repeated the Foster Treatment - for both ears - and when i stood up - i knew i was completely cured - my old steadiness returned - and i could lay down and move around without initiating any spinning - it not only hasn't returned - i only think about it when i read about it in some article - and i'm never worried about it returning - i can handle it

@Lifemark Health Group Please could you kindly provide a quick guideline to use as a patient. I had suffered 5 acute vertigo episodes for the past two years and my doctor says there is no test or cure for it just to wait and see. When I have the attacks it is so debilitating, literally become disable overnight and each episode seems to last longer. I don't know what to do anymore. My doctor just gives me anti nausea medication but no solution.

If you would like to consult with one of our vestibular therapists, we recommend you book an appointment (either in-person or through Virtual Care) at www.lifemark.ca/book-online.

I had my accident November 2021 hit stopped at 70 to 80km n hour by other driver. Went straight into Physio n Chiro , while I have good movement I’m still not holding n have a lot of pain. Thinking the key is going to be resistance exercises to build up my muscles n ligaments but 4 to 6 weeks I wish. I’ve had problems swallowing n nerve pain in tops of arms , effects my wrists at times. Nerve pain in shoulder blades it’s a horrible injury
