Talk about stupid advice. My employer most definitely checked my educational history, including requiring transcripts. And they did a background check and drug screening. But on top of this, if you lie, then you have to remember your lies. And you also have to live with a fear that your lies will be found out, which can get you terminated on the spot. BE HONEST. Ironically, these clips are actually lean towards narcissism - like "I am exceptional, and noone gets it." I do agree that understanding can cause depression, but I often find that (1) the person who believes they can read people quickly can't (they are just apt to judge and jump to conclusions). (2) The people who believe they're empaths are not really empathetic (they have been victimized, are often covert but don't know it, need to feel needed/special, have built an identity on pain, and see the world oppositionally), (3) and ignorance doesn't actually bring prolonged bliss. I work in a Medicare call center and it is so DEPRESSING!!!!! For the past two years I have had panic attacks around AEP and recently this year, I’ve contemplated just ending it because it feels like a dead end. The job market is terrible and there’s so many people who can’t get a job and it’s damn near impossible to get one. I am the only provider for me and my kids and being stuck in between working to make sure you and your kids are okay and knowing this same job, you can’t easily replace, is the main reason for your depression and anxiety is the worst!!!

I've found my people! Yes to all this! I think as someone who has been on this journey and seeing things as they are and embracing the truth and not turning a blind eye to it, I think within all of us - and hear me out, what if we are the solutions to society, and the world? Our "reality as we knew it" is now changing. What if the world being in shambles is merely an over haul of ignorance that's run rampant and can no longer be ignored. To the point society and all its systems as we knew them are now corrrup, falling etc... what if the next phase of awareness, is humanity solutions and we've already done the actual work to see and now have/find the solutions, that the fustration is that but also preparation we aren't just aware of it just yet? What if the very self awareness and critical thought is whats been missing? Stupidity, and ignorance is easy. BUT what if hyper awareneess and possession of critical thought is essentially a gift one we will use to transform humanity and do so with integrity? Its like we are the "glitches" in the matrix. I hope this makes sense.

The second girl is funny. Us old ppl and past generations know that we're never going to be millionaires. This is life. It's hard, stressful and full of happiness if you are open to it and don't base your happiness in material things. Success isn't about money. Money helps, but no matter how poor you are, you can find joy. Even when i was homeless, i was still happy. The thing this girl and the rest seem to be missing is God and a good sense of reality. They're not ppl who know too much. They're actually the blind ones. 🤷‍♀️

We have raised expectations? Sure. But we should also have raised awareness. It might be we just aren't able to be as lazy as we want or as comfortable in life as early as we want. Most folks got to figure it out and grind 😢.

Agree. These days, there are only handful degrees in US college that's worth any level of student loan burden - Healthcare, Engineering, Finance/Business, and IT/Tech field... that's about it. Even then, Some of these STEM fields are as bad as liberal arts.
