Cheapest is per gallon from your local Loves, Pilot, Flying J truck stop. Boxed is about 4 times the price per gallon

What is hilarious is you can use it as fertilizer but when the dnr inspects our fuel bay and sees our def hose leaking on the concrete that's bad! Wtf?

Dog rocks have definitely helped us. People need to understand there's rarely a silver bullet and it takes a multidisciplinary approach to really make something work. Our girl has wreaked havoc on our previous property's lawn. So much so that in winter (S.E Queensland's drier period), it effectively killed off the entire lawn becaus there wasn't enough healthy lawn remaining to spread back. In the new place we accidently delayed using pet rocks. We got about a half dozen burn spots. But after that first week we got the dog rocks in and we've been here for about 5 weeks now and still only have those same initial burns. We DO however, see the large dark green areas where she's still weeing, and no burn marks. There's some strong lessons in the use of dog rocks: 1. They are NOT recovery tool, they're preventative. If your lawn is too hammered like ours was, dont expect any miracle return of your coverage. 2. It takes time, the water needa to interact with the rocks so try to avoid letting your dog dive in to a freshly filled water bowl. 3. They are sensative to the water:rock ratio - you have to make sure you have enough rock to interact with the water (too much water and too little rock and it wont have the desired effect). And yeah.. i guess 4. All of the other above points you've mentioned (watering/diluting) particularly first pee of the day would help. Ill try train her to pee in a special spot but all I can imagine happening is she'll just wander around trying to move away from where I want her.

Look at mowed fields. They have a variety of plants along with the grass. They need no fertilizer or watering unlike your chemical dead lawns.

When you showed the lawns of the day and said they were killing it you were exactly right. They killed the life in their soil by using toxic chemicals to kill so called weeds. Their dead lawns pollute our environment including our air and water. Grow a natural lawn and watch the wildlife foraging on your lawn.

Thank you for your wonderful explanation, any lawn plant has a nitrogen content requirement, but they only need 1% to 2% urea concentration. If urea particles can be purchased, they can be sprayed after water dissolution, which will greatly reduce the cost of raw materials.

So why not buy it in the bag which is much cheaper? Pour it in a 5 gallon bucket. Put some hose water on it and then use it on your yard. You still come out cheaper

New home build, recently moved in. The front yard was sodded, the back hydrosprayed. Grass is growing in, but there is still a ton of hay etc from the initial application. Would dethatching be recommended in my case? Maybe in the spring?

Do you think this will work with bermuda seed? I live less than a half mile from the greatest overseeding job of them all: Augusta National. I have a golf practice area in the back that my son and I use that is overseeded heavily with perennial rye, then starting May 1st every year I start filling in the divots with bermuda seed. It would be really great to get the bermuda to fill in faster once the warm season grass time of the year comes.
