Nice PB. Always up for some randomizer runs! The beginning was great, but the last bits were unlucky with the spawns. Lost quite some time because of that. I'd say that sub 1 hour is very possible with enough luck and determination. 😄

What do you think are the chances of someone combining all the 3 games into one big whole in open goal? So that the moment you beat jak 1 you start 2. That would make trilogy speedruns pretty fun
@Paulo343437 сағат бұрын
Doesn't that already exist as 'Jak Trifecta' ?

Do you reckon you’ll do a video series like this covering Jak 2? This has been such a brilliant series that I just want more! Thanks for the hard work and effort you have put into these!

Satvara Should buy a drum machine seriously. That's the fun of electronic music is trying to break sequences and get whatever device using to do things that it's not supposed to. It's just learning the patterns the quirks of the device and it's software similar to video games. In their imperfections.

Out of bounce, voluntary glitching is in art form. And it should always be recognized if it ruins the game. Then the game should have been made with more care

Loved you rcontent for a few years now. Your skills in this documentary genre are top-notch. Earlier in your video, you were talking about, not knowing what to do with your life. You're absolutely sensational when it comes to telling a story. Especially when it comes to something you're passionate about. Keep up this great stuff, man!

Does anyone know how Rixer does these shots with the freecam? I know you can fly around with debug mode and other emulator methods, but i didnt know Jak could be loaded and actionable. (examples at 50:49) would love the answer lol

It is truly astonishing for me how much the speed running community is also a "archivist" community. The amount of videos, clips, discord messages, tracking the records of speedruns and memories over the years is amazing. I thank you for putting it together in such a enjoable format! Looking forward for the next videos!

Every video in this series keeps being more and more awe-inspiring. As someone that has been watching speedruns for a while but has never been an assiduous watcher of a single category/person, having you and other speedrunners recount the grind from the inside is amazing and really brings something new to the table. I love how you incorporate the way you and the others felt at the time. Your testimony on getting into the work/adult life particularly hit home as I'm trying to find my own drive after a few years in the work force. Thanks for this video and I can't wait to see the last part !

You've done so much for the scene as a whole and for individuals like myself. A living example of the dream, and honestly also very close to home in many ways (26 here too, looking to finally settle in with a full-time I can grow in, and loved the Jak games since I was a kid). It's truly inspiring, and I respect the time, effort, dedication, expertise, and experience you've gained and poured in not just the documentation but also the execution of all the runs. TLDR? Good fucking shit Ricky, you earned it.

I got a 0.00001 second GoW world record by hitting a specific input as soon as the game starts to instantly win every encounter fairly n glitch free. It won't even show up on video, the file size is too small to run. And I'm the only one who can do it, it's pure skill and noones even close.

I love you so much, thanks for keeping my favorite games of all time alive and well. I was blindsided by how robust of a community Jak has and I competed in a Jak X tournament a couple weeks ago and it left me shaking with adrenaline like no other game. I ended up getting to loser semi finals without having played that game in years. All of this makes me happy beyond measure, for years I always assumed the community for these games died down but I'm glad there's many more like me that have obsessed over this series for all of my life. Would be so cool to see you (guys) play live sometime.
