Thanks, man you really broke that down and into step-by-step for people that are new to mounting their own scopes. You saved me a lot of headache and hassle and probably a lot of ammo money.

This is a very good, basic tutorial. The factory trigger return spring makes removal of the trigger group difficult. I recommend chucking the barrel with trigger group face up in a vise with soft jaw inserts. Use an appropriate pin to depress the plunger and lightly tap the drift with a small mallet. The trigger group should come out fairly easily.

If ya shoot anything at "Point Blank" .....its 01 foot or less from the muzzle. Otherwise PB takes in all sorts of meanings....25...35...50...100 or even 200yds.....which are all just a "Point Zero".....!!! Much like WOKE has perverted the Term "Woman".....the military has altered the meaning of POINT BLANK.....just call it Point Zero & STFU

I took apart a mark 2 about 10 years ago and found it almost impossible to put it back together. Luckily for me youtube had videos on them. I've took apart plenty of guns before but this one gave me the most trouble.

Get real, people. Everyone here is afraid of accidentally dropping their mag during a "firefight," rendering the gun useless. 😂 The REAL disadvantage to a magazine disconnect is that if you're carrying an EXTRA mag (as you SHOULD), then your gun will be disabled for the second or so it takes to reload when the first mag runs dry. Considering how so few defensive encounters go past 2 or 3 shots, this isn't all that likely either.

Thank you for this video. I’ve been trying to figure out how to clean the barrel from the receiver side with a carbon fiber rod, but I was afraid to take the barrel off since it looked a little intimidating. The extractor alignment part is key 🔑. Great video!

A story from someone is one thing that works there trying to save their ass. Maybe someone brought this gun and it worked better than the nerf version and would question why there is a difference if they found out. I think someone tried to take a tool to that gun too but it wouldnt have been nerfed as much as shifted tooling from that. Your whole collection of guns are nerfed and someone and multiple people there are trying to sell against you.

dont forget to hold down that top for me while you test. hard nerfed. Ahh, who was trying to take a tool to Mike's gun to nerf it to match that of the nerfed newer versions? Jim! He is bought by you but can be bought against you by israel. Why throw israel under the bus when they work so hard to trying to befriend me on appear on my side. They Ohhs! If you wanted to help towers and this they would do it anyway.

They did go over this with a trick saying France was running it. This is fail. I am unsure why france would step in and take ownership of buying ruger and then telling me with the powercrew there. Doesn't seem likely. France, the powercrew and Mikeal all present..saying it was france buying ruger.

Awesome step by step tutorial! I had been wanting a .45 caliber 1911 to add to my gun collection for a while. It had to be .45 since that's what they where initially manufactured as. It had to be identical to the original 1911's used in WWI & WWII. My mom's husband had given me a Ruger 10/22 and later on that same year a Landor Arms Gen 2 BPX-902 12 gauge Bull Pup. After taking him to the country and him seeing how much i love my guns and that i know what I'm doing with them he asked what gun i wanted next. So i told him the .45 caliber 1911. He said he would keep an eye out for one at a reasonable price. So i found one in sale at Academy for $325, a Tisas 1911A1 Army with a 5" Barrel. The sale price i sent my mom and her husband was cheaper than all the pawn shops and private sales they had found. They travel the country house sitting for people through a company that arranges everything so they are literally in every corner of every state and travel 10 months out of the year. I told them that if they could like a Colt, Springfield or other well known brand for $500 or less then it would be a good deal if it all worked right. But i do my own gunsmithing so if anything was actually wrong with it i could fix it. But when i found the Tisas and saw that it had good reviews and the bad ones seemed to be personal preference or a fluke and had been taken care of my the manufacturer i decided to tell them to get the Tisas. It was my payment for watching their house, babysitting their dogs, watering their plants, making sure their yard was ready for 5 hurricanes that threatened the area and cleaned up after a category 3 that had power out for a week and so many trees down that i started buying used broken down chainsaws, repairing them and selling them and haven't looked back. Hurricane season is June through November so i have decent side money coming in for half the year. So that got me the Tisas i sent the link to that was on sale for $325. I have had it over a year and it's been a great gun. I finally broke it down and cleaned it. I love the step by step way you did your video. And how you took the time to explain it. And then besides simply breaking it down you actually went through putting it back together. This has got to be the best field stripping video i have ever seen. You did a fantastic job with this. Thank you.
