I let my job take the time that I should have spent with my son. It took years to build back that relationship. Don't make that mistake the car business will be there. I have learned a lot about the car auction world from you. Thanks a bunch......

I think some role playing videos of the good the bad and the ugly of actually purchasing used cars. The wife could be the customer, you could be the evil slimy salesperson and your salesman could be the crooked mechanic. I think that would be informative. A lot of fun. A lot of women are scared of that especially single moms of buying cars could probably be pretty helpful.

Burn out is a real thing. In my case. My 12 year old son died 3 days before my 59th birthday. I talk to my channel as if it’s a shrink. I do it for ME, for NOW. The loss of my son , is heartbreaking. Clicks , subs, is good but not necessary. Though I appreciate all.

I enjoy your content, the auto industry is a slow burn. In 2 yrs most of the CEO's will be gone. The price points will be lower, not sure they'll ever be normal again. Stick with the TicTok!

The grind down is actually interesting, seeing how these businesses work from large to small dealerships and dealers, the hard times are the best times. We see how much you love telling us about what is happening. Scale to quality weekly, the auction show and talking about the prices at the dealers is a good insight.

Yeah, dealerships are unpleasant. My next car is going to be a Tesla, so dealerships can get stuffed.

I'll be honest with you. There isn't any dealers in my state that even tries to sell cars in your niche. In a way, I wish you would give some of us info on where you are at, so even with travel costs, buying from you would be cheaper than buying local.

Just FYI, I always get CQA live videos in my "feed", but not the ones from the main channel. I am subscribed to both. I guess it's the algorithm at work..... Just a suggestion, get Alex to do a video on what he has to do to get cars bought at the auction up to snuff to sell. I'm curious on what has to be done to these cars, especially the ones that meet the under 5K resale price.

With buying and selling cars, and running a car dealer, I am surprised you find the time to do more than two videos a week. You should take it a bit easier, and cut down to two videos a week. Like you said, the car market has been largely the same for months now. I feel like the same video every day or every other day has gotten old. Two videos a week is plenty now that you have an established channel, and honestly even try just one video a week. Perhaps consolidate more content, and make one longer video each week.

In regard to the auction fees being higher to what I have seen is the fee is a % of the selling price. If the selling price is lower the % amount is a lower amount, and vice versa.

Like some have mentioned, i don't usually comment, because there's no need to, I've been in business dealing with public myself, my experience has been the most vocals ones are usually the extremes, they either hate you or love you intensely, and then there's the silent "lazy" majority who are just "content". Thanks for the videos, i enjoyed them, you need to do what's is best for you and your family. Nothing wrong with pulling back. Have to have a balance in life. Cheers

Brandon. I’ve washed you for years. I’m a used car dealer and let’s be real. The profit margin is the same off of a $3000 investment. (vehicle.) as a 15,000 vehicle. It’s all about wanting to look like who swinging the biggest stick!!!??… that is what I always like about you that you were always able to put the ego behind you and be smart with your money and not invest in those 15 and $20,000 vehicles. Good luck with everything. I’m sure it’ll work out fine for you, but it is also a lot more risk. Involved in those expensive cars.

Being transparent, honest, and caring is why we watch you. You are helping more people than you may realize. With current state of the economy and markets a small business channel would really help those that are wanting to get out on their own or loose their job in the upcoming recession.

Brandon, Really enjoy your videos. I watch you, ray and zach , and Scotty kilmer. I don’t know if you watch scotty’s vids but he has 6.2 million followers and puts out a lot of car content weekly. Id be interested to know what you look for in your cars and aside from price what makes you pass up a car. Some content on the mechanical side of things or cars getting repaired and what they need for sale would be cool. You have stated in your videos that some need more work than a detail and put on the lot . Viewers might like content on the steps your company goes to put a reliable vehicle on your lot. Just an idea to keep the videos interesting Thanks -Jim

You referred people to Lucky Lopez. I would be more discerning as to who I endorse. Lopez recently did an entire video endorsing Temu for which he was paid. Obviously, this means he will endorse anyone or anything if they have the cash. Everyone knows Temu products are junk and the company is a corrupt arm of the Chinese. By endorsing any of these, you too may become suspect.

Hi Brandon and "MrsCQA". Love your content. I found out about you watching Ray&Zach while I was searching for a car last year. So, the cross-pollination of the channels worked. Your calm and clear demeanor is one of your best assets. Work/Life balance is important so it is easy to see the steppin back part. I repeat other comments here: VACATION! Just a thought... Buying a house is more daunting than a car purchase. Filming that experience, with all of the unknowns, dreams, disappointments and gotchas would be interesting to see! Maybe the "train has left the station" on that one. Again, a BIG thanks for the content.

Brandon You sound so apologetic. You shouldn't. You have every right to grow and expand your horizons. No need for lengthy explanations. it's enough to say that you have made a decision to shake things up and that you have grown out of your current situation and its time to go in a different direction. More power to you and continued success in you next endeavors.

My two cents worth; People are interested in your content about the car market, but they are more interested in you Brandon. They are invested in your life & your personality. Fold multiple aspects of your life into your content, as much as you would like share with the world (your experiences with the house buying process, fixing things up around the house, etc.). You could quite possibly be talking about selling fruit & people would probably still watch your content. You are the product.
