Thanks, I loved the new challenges, but I gotta work on those snatches and hang cleans. I was trying to do them with one 10-15lb kettle bell which is pretty hard! lol. Day 7 done and ready for Day 8.

I spent 4 hours completely emptying, wiping everything down, and reorganizing my closet. It took me 4 hours! I was exhausted by the time I was done, but I had to miss yesterday's workout, and I was DETERMINED not to miss 2 days in a row. I really want to get done with this 12-day series before the 2023 12 days of Christmas one starts. It's all Christmas up in here, baby! 😂

I have a full day ahead of me today, including getting my Moderna booster, so I did this workout early this morning. Excellent, as always. I increased the weight when doing the hang clean as you suggested, and it made more sense and felt great. Thanks, PJ!

Another good one, PJ. I love that your cardio workouts also include strength moves. And I really like the power snatches - managed them with 12 lbs this time! But there was no way I could hold 12lbs overhead for the next one! Had to switch to a 5lb for that one.

Great, short, efficient workout, PJ. It was interesting when you shared your heart rate with us -147. Mine was at 125 on two devices. The difference? You were using a 15 lb weight while I was using a 10 lb. I gotta find myself some heavier weights. 😁 Cheers and thanks, PJ!
