Love these workouts. Had knee replacement surgery. These got me ready and then helped me regain full range of motion within 2-3 weeks. Now I'm doing these to build stamina. Love the newer music.

I loved all the energy and the music of this workout - thank you! That was so much fun! I found your channel at 5 months pregnant after recovering from a bad case of covid. I needed to very slowly and safely get back into exercise and to boost my mood, as I was feeling so low and my energy was so flat. I started by doing your "30 minute dance workout with 3100 fat burning low impact steps" twice a week, taking rests or slowing down during the workout when I needed to. From that starting point, I tried to stay consistent and added sessions weekly. Today, thanks to you, I'm 6.5 months pregnant and both my fitness and health have improved so much over the past 6 weeks that I could add this 1 mile walk/dance after the 30 minute dance workout, getting through both with no problems whatsoever! I'm so grateful for you and your channel!

We are in yet another heat wave (99 today, 100 yesterday) so I chose a short video (the bonus was my favorite beach scene) . So tempted to skip it all today but am glad I didn't because it was fast and fun. I'm planning to do the 10 minute strength video in a little while. Good for you for pushing yourself to workout despite the weather. A short workout is definitely better than no workout…and short is safer in those temperatures! Plus, I am assuming you had a/c or a fan on!

Loved this! I was looking for a short cardio for strength/weight days and this was perfect! I never thought I'd be modifying anything to make it harder, but I added intervals of jogging to the dance moves! Really got the heart pumping and rest of me is good and warm for my strength workout! The timers really help keep me motivated because I KNOW I can do 30 seconds of exercise and then when the next one comes up I know I can do 30 seconds of exercise and before long I’ve dove 10-20 minutes.

Hi Jules......did day 2 of the Kickstart Your Fitness program and this on, the One Mile Walk/Dance, so much as always. When winter comes around again in Wisconsin, all these classes are going to be wonderful because I can't always get out to walk and it is a nice change from the elliptical, but I do like too. I think I am going to pick and choose different workouts to go along with the Kickstart program until the one is finished. I am so excited to have so many choices to choose from. Hi Jules, I usually do your intermediate workouts, but now I’m at about 9000 feet for the next 4 months and I needed to take a step down to beginner until I fully acclimate, which can take a couple of weeks. Even this easy workout was a challenge-for now! Thanks!

Lol, I love your comment. Okay, so the fact that you are here looking for exercises is a great first step! I have lots of gentle and beginner workouts so maybe start with those first and then over time you'll be able to do the intermediate workouts. No need to apologize! This was great! Please don’t change Anything! I went back and did it again and before these two times, I did a half-hour one! I have my timing all backward, though. I’m usually in here exercising at around midnight or so. 🙃 But I’m a night owl who’s attempting to have a more reasonable, “normal”, schedule. So far it’s not working out very well! There’s just something about being up in the middle of the night that is peaceful. See you tomorrow!

Welcome to my channel, Carole! I'm not sure of your fitness level but if you can do this workout you would also be able to do the interval training workouts which I would like to recommend. If you go to my playlists, look for 'Walk the Weight Off' and start with series 1. Let me know if you try it. It's a 7 day program (x 4 weeks) so it helps to keep people on track.

Woo-hoo!!! This one was lots of fun! I added in a few Grapevines, did some Hustle-ing, maybe even a little bit of bump-and-grind'ing! Now about that Fit-Bit...I had me one---once. It gave me a FIT, I cursed it a BIT, and then I put it back in its box and I returned IT.
