I'm a little late to the game, but I enjoyed this gentle walk after all my Thanksgiving guests left my house. I am thankful for good health and a strong body. I have a sister with MS, so I am reminded that being able to walk -- just walk -- is an incredible blessing. My goal is to be fit, healthy, and strong while living a BALANCED life -- hard for us working moms. For me, that means a healthy, active, low stress life with lots of fun and laughter with my family.

I am grateful for my wonderful husband who has taken care of me over the last year while I battled breast cancer. I'm also grateful to be gaining back my strength and to be able to exercise like I used to. I met one of my big goals yesterday. I ride a stationary recumbent bike and for years I have been trying to complete 10 miles one of the 30 minute preprogrammed routines. I did that finally after 6 years of trying. Whoohoo! Now I'm moving on to a harder routine on my bike and the goal remains the same-10 miles in 30 minutes. I'm still in disbelieve that I couldn't do it before cancer but managed to meet that goal after. Pretty cool! Thanks for walking and talking with me, Jessica!

Thank you so much Jessica! I will be turning 60 years old in November and i'm so grateful for my health such that i can walk one or two miles daily. Last week when i went to the eye doctor he asked if i worked out. I said yes (since i do cardio miles through KZbin:-). He said he could tell because the oxogen from regular cardio exercise clears all the "junk" in back of the retina and that the back of my retinas were completely clear. I am so grateful for your channel Jessica; these walk and talk videos fit in so beautifully with my fitness level. God Bless You:-))

These are the perfect little walks for what are happening in my life right now! I have so many things to be thankful for, but the one thing I am most thankful for today, is the ability to continue my exercise regimen so far throughout my pregnancy. I am going on 16 weeks, and I've been blessed to have NOT had any morning sickness, or a lot of issues that have set me back....and THIS leads me to my goal, and that is to maintain as much strength and cardiovascular endurance as I can, to keep my pregnancy weight gain within acceptable limits, and allow me to bounce back quicker in the spring after the baby comes. GOD BLESS YOU AND YOURS on your journey to begin your own family.

I am grateful and proud EVERY DAY for the 150 pounds I have lost since I started this journey almost 3 years ago. A goal/project which I am currently working on is a home gym since my husband and I bought a condo this summer. This is something that I have dreamed of for quite a while. Before we bought this place, I would workout with Jessica in our tiny apartment, LOL! So I guess I could say that I am grateful and proud that I can do this too.

I needed this today. I've worked out for two years with the wonderful Jessica Smith on KZbin and have most of her DVD's or streaming videos. I am extremely grateful that, at 65, I can do the vast majority of workouts, whether I follow Jessica, Debbie, or Raquel. My goal is to be as healthy as I can, mentally and physically, for the age I am. My family is going through a very hard time right now, and I ask for positive energy and prayers if you're so inclined. And I am going to add another goal: to continue to focus on fitness, even when my world is chaotic. Thank you all.

I am grateful for this day. I accomplished a lot at work, socialized with a coworker at lunch, had a good laugh with my boss, saw the sun shine on the way home from work, got in a great 30 min. Strength session with you followed by this walk, I hugged my dogs and ate dinner with my husband! Nothing out of the ordinary but together they made the day extraordinary! One thing I wanted to add about gratefulness. It goes hand in hand with perspective. Anyone can change a situation by changing their perspective I believe. As for my goal, I have many but right now one of my goals is to give myself five minutes during the day to meditate or stretch, or listen to relaxing music or journal, just something for me!

Thank you (again), Jessica! It's good to be reminded of the importance of conscious gratitude. My husband retired in March & today we found out that his former employer WILL continue to subsidize our health insurance premiums--I am most certainly grateful for that! Also in March, I had minor surgery to remove a cancerous spot on my leg. The wound became infected & I was sidelined from my workouts for 3 months. I'm still not all the way back to the strength & fitness levels I had before the procedure. So my #1 goal is to keep plugging away at getting back to where I was (turned 60 in August--recovery doesn't happen as quickly or easily as it used to!). Your workouts (YT & dvds) are a big part of my fitness regimen, Jessica. I know I'll get back to where I want to be.

I am most grateful for my family. We had a lot of loved ones pass away last year, and this time of year can be difficult for me, so I'm very glad to spend time with them all. My goal, which is hard for me to measure and work towards, is learning to accept myself as I am. I'm trying to have a better, healthier, self-image, living a balanced lifestyle (instead of restricted myself and beating myself up over every little thing I do "wrong"). It's a work in progress!

Wonderful topic, very relatable for me as it's something I struggle with, finding that balance between goals and gratitude. Exercise has helped me with gratitude, as it's relieved stress and given me a more peaceful frame of mind. Trying to find joy in the little moments, while making plans for the future, is what I'd like to do. Good luck with your family goals! I had a med-free, natural birth at age 41, and I credit a lot of that to exercise and healthy eating.

These walk and talks are great! I struggle with mild depression and have found that a little dose of cardio every day can really help but pregnancy has made that really hard to get. These walk and talks get my heart rate up a little higher than a regular walk and the positive attitude and quotes help boost a little beyond what the exercise does. I know they aren't meant to be a workout, but for me right now they are what I can do and they make a difference! Thank you!

I am most grateful for the ability to participate in these walks! A couple years ago, I was so heavy and had such poor cardiovascular health that even these short walk & talks would have been a heck of a challenge. One goal I have is to participate in a 5K within the next year. Difficult on multiple levels, but I know I can do it! Even if I walk the whole way, it will still be a major accomplishment! Thank you for these walk & talk sessions! They are an awesome, positive way to begin every day!

I am currently under "walk only" exercise orders after having breast cancer surgery. This seemed like a great way to think about the incredibly deep feelings of gratitude I have while going through this. My family and friends have been so amazing. This is going to be a long haul, so my goal is going to be to continue to "work out" in whatever best way I can over the next few months while in treatment. To push myself to exercise to the level I can and maintain as much of my strength and energy as possible. I've come a long way from the smoking, 60 lb heavier, never ever exercised lady I was 4 years ago. Not gonna let this get me down! KZbin is the perfect companion for choices of all levels of workout. Thank you, Jessica, for being a steady companion to me for the past couple of years!

Thanks for this, Jessica. I've just done this walk plus the one on happiness and busyness. Today I'm grateful for my overall health, since I can walk fast, and even run, I'm not ill (here's kudos to Susan Hoppe for looking after herself so well despite her cancer) and when I'm active I feel relatively fit. I'm also very grateful to you for all you do on KZbin! In fact I have a huge number of things to be grateful for! My immediate goal is to lose the horrible flab that has crept up on me in the last 6 months or so (since I turned 61 in fact) because of my very sedentary job. To do that I'm upping the number of your videos each week, and every couple of hours, I'm walking up 5 flights of stairs, to get some activity in and break up the hours in front of the computer. Plus walking and gardening in the great outdoors, which I love.

I LOVE these Walk n Talk videos; this one is my favourite, and I have done it several times. It's great for a day where I am not feeling up to a heavy workout, but want to get some steps in and can't get outside. Plus it speaks to me every time. Topic Idea: Listening to your body. I am working on listening to my body each day in terms of what exercise/movement to do, but at 100 lbs overweight and just getting started (again), it's often difficult to tell whether I am just being lazy/procrastinating/finding excuses, or whether I really do just need to take a restorative day. I'm also trying to tune in to what kinds of foods my body wants to eat, and it's tough to really listen and not just follow (old/bad) habits. Thanks for everything you do!!

I am thankful for your Walk n' Talk series ... and that you have a nice sunny day for us to look at outside your window because it's been raining here for the past several days, so it's wonderful to see some sunshine! Beautiful nature scenery is definitely motivating for me! =) One of my goals is to complete the whole Walk n' Talk series because I am so enjoying making this a regular part of my day ! =)

My goal is to move a little each day and to give myself grace in that. If, for example, I'm slammed and can only do a 20 minute video vs. an hour long class, it's still better than nothing and I should be proud that I still put some work in!

I am so grateful to have my body. Although I’m not in the best shape (yet!) I can still completely this walk. I have air in my lungs and I’m about to snuggle my kidlet. I find that all incredibly wonderful!! My main goal is to feel better in my body. I want to feel healthier and more active. I want to chase my toddler around without getting winded. I want to teach her how to love her body as she gets older. Thank you for doing these videos and giving me a place to feel good!!

I am grateful that I did this walk n talk, I know Jessica doesn’t count it as a workout yet I have been suffering from a major migraine for the past week and this was the first movement I have felt like doing.... so I am counting it as my workout. My goal this week is to make it to work the next four days......

It has really motivated me today, I am coming down off a binge and struggling with feelings of shame and guilt - but I did this workout and another of your walk and talk workouts and feel better about the situation. You have really put perspective on my situation - thank you!! Please do more of these walk and talk workouts - pretty please!!

I am grateful for free workout videos because I restarted my fitness journey not too long ago and it helps keep things fresh! Right now my goal is to finally say goodbye to the 200's! I have been close before but never quite made it.

I really enjoy these Walk and Talk series. Great topics! It's so nice walking with you and learning during each session, and love the motivation and uplifting quotes. I'm most grateful that I'm healthy and I am able to be active. My main goal is to remain healthy, active, and work toward a strong, toned body. Thank you for all you do!

I am so glad I found this channel. I did Look Better Naked years ago and loved it. 2016 has kicked my butt. I have gone through some health issues, marriage issues, and worst of all; I lost my mom in July. I feel like I owe it to her to keep myself healthy. I lost 15 pounds before she passed and now I've gained it all back. So I suppose one of my goals is to re-lose those darn 15 pounds. One thing I am truly grateful for EVERY day is my ability to walk. I saw my mom be bedridden for almost 2 years and the fact that your health is not guaranteed is not lost on me. Thank you Jessica!!!

I am grateful for my family everyday. Even though all but one have spread their wings and left, we all manage to keep in touch on a regular basis. One of my goals is being able to be there for them if they should need it.

Thanks Jessica for this series of creative inspirational videos you are putting out. I am grateful for God and the hope and faith He's given me to live forgiven, free and with purpose for Him. I can struggle with a lot of attacks on my mind and I am always so thankful when I can get back to a place of surrender, healing and peace. I'm grateful for music, season changes (esp. the fall one coming up after a south Louisiana summer), thankful for funny and sweet friends & family, that all I have to do is think of them and they bring a smile to my face and joy to my heart. Over the past few years there have been times that I really have just so appreciated and enjoyed coming home after a super long day and having one of your workouts to do and how you have lifted me up just by being you. One of my goals is to save up enough to one day get a charming fixer upper home and make it my own little oasis to come home to each day. : )

I really do enjoy these videos. It is a great way to get up and get motivated for the day. Regardless if it is an off day or not it is nice to have that encouragement first thing. I have struggled with weight my whole life and now that I have two little ones at home, finding that "me" time is even harder. I love that I can jump out of bed and get a quick mile in before anyone else starts their day. It is also great to sneak one in at nap time as well. Thank you so much for all of the options on your channel

I am really appreciative of you today. I am feeling really down with my body. I have an auto immune disease called Hashimoto and it effects my energy, weight etc... I have always been able to diet and exercise and lose weight but this isn't the case at the moment. I need to work on shifting to thin equals beauty and instead be healthy and fit. My goal is to move 5 days a week for 30 minutes. Thank you and peanut always makes it easier to be motivated to move, he brings a smile to my face.

Love this! This was a great cool down :). One thing I am grateful for is, my husband's health. We have been going through a pretty major health situation with him and still have a ways to go in his treatment and recovery. But I am so grateful to have him with us. One of my goals is to gain strength in my upper back. I have been dealing with a fair amount of neck pain and have ended up in physical therapy because of it. I am determined to get my strength back.

Just completed this one while watching football! I'm am so grateful each day that I can get up and move, and that this channel and Jessica encourage daily movement for health wellness and attitude. I do gratitude checks each day for myself and this is a routine for our family at our evening meal. My goals right now are twofold, 1. I am lifting weights daily in order to tone, define, and sculpt muscles in order to use up some of the extra skin I have from a 140 lb weight loss. 2. I am moving and walking strong each day to maintain my weight loss and stay healthy and active. I share all of Jessica's information, videos, and motivation with my secret Facebook health and wellness fitness team! Jessica, you are the best!😍😍

I am grateful that I was able to do this video today. As I struggle with a health issue, there are days when HIIT and strength training and even steady state cardio are not possible. These little walks, though, are something I can do. They got me up and moving today, and I feel so much better for having done three of them :) My goal is to do some kind of workout every single day and not let my cancer stop me. I am stronger than it is; and I refuse to let it interfere with what I want to do. Oh, and I am also grateful for Peanut. How can watching her and her funny antics not put a smile on your face. Thank you, Jessica, for including her.

Jessica I just found your videos and I'm so happy I did! I've been dealing with an autoimmune disorder and haven't been able to be physically active for months. I'm Finally feeling better and I'm grateful for being able to actually move without being in pain! My goal is to get myself into a routine that makes me happy and healthy. Positive thoughts can overpower any negative feelings I have. I'm hoping that I will continue to be on the mend and continue this positive change for my body and mind!

I am grateful that I am surrounded by smart, energetic people in my professional and personal life. My friends and family and colleagues keep me youthful and excited and willing to try new things! I suppose my goal is to shut out the negative thoughts I have about myself, especially when it comes to fitness. I am quick to judge myself harshly, and I am simply trying to stay active. A little more personal positive reinforcement will probably make me more productive!

I love this series! And I appreciated this session. It made me slow down and think of what I should be grateful for each day. I am grateful for my daughter and that for 15 she's still affectionate and kind. I am grateful for being able to get up and move after having been down for so long. And I was really grateful for a warm bed on a nice cool morning hahaha and that first coffee. My short term goal is to try to get down at least one dress size during this month, maybe down at least 20 by March when Phantom Of The Opera Tour is in our area; and to work back up to the distance I use to walk. Long term and more permanently I just want to be a healthy person, be a good example for my daughter and have more energy.

After 4 1/2 years of TTCing and a miscarriage, I'm 30 weeks pregnant with a much prayed for child. Even though it's been a rough road, so grateful that baby seems to be doing really well! Relationship with my husband has strengthened exponentially while going through this together. My current fitness goal is to remain active, strong, and as healthy as possible for a great delivery and a healthy baby. Mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, to not allow paranoia and fear of the unknown to take hold. And a big goal for after baby arrives is cloth diapering, which is very exciting but also a little daunting. Thanks so much for the walk and the inspiring topics. Blessings to you as you start your family!

Jessica, coming back to your videos after a long hiatus! Thank you for these 1 mile walk and talks. I'm thankful for my strength to give birth 9 weeks ago and to be feeling energized enough to try these videos again today. One of my goals is to begin to incorporate a fitness routine daily once again now that I'm feeling well and baby is here. Thank you again ❤

This is just what I needed! Winter came in the form of a snow storm today and I have been having screaming pain in my joints. I normally would have gone to the gym for a step and cardio & sculpt session, but I doubt I would have been able to work them. I can barely lift my arm up never mind lifting a weight. Still being able to walk I am grateful for. With having RA since age 6 and five artificial joints, coming close to being in a wheelchair means any kind of movement I can still do is golden. Love your workouts, thank you Jessica!

Hi Jessica, I just got back from a holiday and wanted to resume my workout, but totally lazy to get started! :/ (I've been following your Barre exercises and I love them). So, here's the one thing that I'm grateful for today: Your 1-mile wall & talk video, with the topic on 'gratitude'. And one of my goals: To have one new post daily on the 'Three things that I'm most grateful for today'. With that goal, I hope it will be a domino goal of helping me to-1. Reflect daily on God's goodness. 2. Build my blogging habit. 3. Build a habit of counting my blessings. 4. Be thankful, less complains. I appreciate what you are doing. Thank you.
