To avoid the oil separation that happens with natural peanut butter. Natural peanut butter needs to be stirred first, then kept in the fridge. I use simple truth organic pb with just peanuts and sea salt.

I have dawn phenomenon. My morning fasting blood sugar is usually around 109. A small amount of peanuts or some peanut butter before bed has brought my numbers down to 90 as long as I don't have a high carb dinner. 😮

I eat a tbs of almond butter and it helps me to fast all the way to 1:00 I have type 2 diabetes, I was at 140, them my appendicitis trauma brought it up to 300, I’m trying to bring it back down with meds🙁

I will often take a tablespoon of organic natural PB with 70% square of dark chocolate chopped, a little unsweet coconut, a little Greek plain yogurt some banana also. It's a nice treat.

Are you aware also that peanuts contain aflatoxins which is not good? He didn’t explain that. People don’t know so many things and they hear things that suits them and just want to do it. Go and look into aflatoxins before continuing to eat peanut products. It is possible to kill off the aflatoxins through roasting and high heat. But you’d have to roast your organic peanuts then create the peanut butter from scratch. All very time-consuming.

I have recently got into making a healthy peanut butter and cocoa powder bar. I also have chopped peanuts in it. I have tricked my brain into thinking its chocolate (I am a massive chocoholic that wouldn't ever stop eating it). Its declivous and fudgy, packed full of fiber. I should also point out, I make my own peanut butter, it is so easy. Typing this is just making me want some peanut butter

@@angiepattillo3599 so peanut butter is so easy. I lightly roast them in the oven (if they are raw), and then put them in a food processor and blitz to a paste. It will go crumbly first, just keep blitzing until you get the right consistency (and crunchiness) for you. Salt to taste. I also make cashew and hazelnut butters this way The bars, they are a copyrighted recipe from a book called Wholefood Simply. Its an Australian book from a few years ago, and has fantastic natural recipes in it

Thank you for educating the public about health. What a good idea for a bed time snack so long as I use natural peanut butter instead of the kind that has sugar and made saturated peanut oil to prevent the peanut butter from separating into oil and ground peanuts during storage.

Why has peanut butter allergies skyrocketed over the last 50 years? Unnecessary body Injections? Fertilizer (glyphosates)? Peanut butter was a good guy all along, but the powers at be didn't want that to be known? Dr Mandell: please address the issue of aflatoxins that are in peanuts. This wasn’t addressed and is important because people shouldn’t be eating peanuts without understanding aflatoxins. They need to be roasted at high heat first before turning into peanut butter.

Thanks for the info. I've gotten some natural peanut butter before, and it was absolutely disgusting, I just couldn't eat the stuff. I'll have to look again to see if I can find better, but if not, I'd rather just take my chances without all these benefits.

I have read many books, I listened to many KZbin videos by many of the world's leading gurus and health experts but nothing came close to “the hidden herbs” by anette ray. I recommend everyone giving it a read.

It’s depressing how many peanut butters are just as polluted with added sugar and bs oils. I stopped eating Peter pan pb and oats every day and feel better 😭 Now I need to find healthy pb and organic oats

My Bariatric Surgeon & my Bariatric Dietitian told me to AVOID PEANUT BUTTER . Im 2 days post Sleeve . Having hypos post surgery despite NOT having had my diabetic meds for 1 week and been type 2 Diabetic for 17 yrs now .

Smucker’s Natural Peanut Butter or Laura Scudder’s Natural Peanut Butter by Smucker’s both have peanuts and salt only. Note: have only seen Laura Scudder’s in California.
