I'm starting to do this challenge today for my new job!! I'm currently 73kg and a 5'2 right now depressed and have a bad relationship with food. Now I'm having my time to do at least something for myself. I will surely update every week to see how it goes. ok, so here is the thing: i did this today and i was breathing heavily and drenched in sweat! all because of you Joanna! :D I'm going to do this 30 days but i think i will give myself one day rest per week. I'm excited! It's just 12 minutes but i think i am going to see very good results from this! i never skip warm up and cool down too! :)

You could start with low-intensity workouts for starters then increase it bit by bit? She has a bunch of low intensity beginner workouts (for suckers like myself lmao) so you don't hurt yourself by pushing yourself too hard at the beginning. All the best on your fitness journey!!

Been watching your videos since when you were still live in UK (if I'm not mistaken), follow clean eating diet, thanks to you, been loving your recipes especially 2ingredients dark chocolate muffin and choco mousse from tofu. I started this today I always start wourking out and challenges but never finish them so this time I decided to write here and update for you to encorage my self to be decipline and feel responsible to update for you every day my goals are to have smaller thights and tummy but mostly ( because I'm not so fat) to be more active and stronger PS: excuse my english I am arab DAY 1: was so hard but I finished the wourk out with my own pace also I did some modifications ( I replaced the bicycle crunshes with sit ups ; the kneel to squats with slow virsion without a hop and rock planks in the end with 30 seconds simple plank) it was really really tought for me especially the abs exercices because my core is so weak ; I also pause the video to take a short break or to finish the reps with my own pace hopefully as I progress in the challenge I will be stronger and faster but right now I literally feel like dying
