Hey I did this for 30 days and trust me I'm proud of myself! I started doing this on 30th of December. Today is 6th of January and I have completed 8 days consecutively. For them who are searching whether it works or not I have seen the difference. And I'm able to do it more easily by passing days. It's all about consistency and you can have your desired goal. Will update on 30th day :-)

Hi from Canada - made it to 335 for day 1. Took 13 minutes - paused after the last 5 sets to get heart rate below max :). Sweaty and tired but amazed. I just got my BMI to overweight 2 weeks ago after being obese for more than 40 years - whooHoo. Will do Day 2 tomorrow to celebrate Canada day - however long it takes. I have been doing this challange for 4-days. Yes my muscles are sore, but every day gets better. I am 67 years old and not afraid of doing this challange. It makes me feel really great and strong. Please challange youself and try this workout! Joanna makes me really try and will motivate you as well. I did it and still continue on the 15th day today. 2nd and 3rd the were the worst sore. but I notices that my tights and stomach getting the size I want in a short time. I love this I've been doing this for a week my legs are so strong! The cellulite is starting to disappear along with the stretch marks from me gaining 60 pounds in a year. I weighed 110 pounds last year and was pure muscle. I am doing this along with walking for miles a day good thing I have two dogs doing push-ups sit ups and aerobics.

DID IT!!!!!! 😅 finished day 30 - I am so proud 👍 10,000 squats seemed insane but in 335 daily doses it is doable. I am a mature overweight women - so hang in there - you can do it too. My squats have gotten so much better in form and depth. Still not getting the 180 rotation fully for the 15 reps but getting closer.

We all have to start somewhere. Break it up into 4 sections, and slowly add on 1 extra section every week as you build up to the final week. =)

I am on day 8 and I love/hate this workout. it is amazing, I have lost 1/2" on my bum and 1/2 inch on my thighs. I am determined to do the 30 day challenge and perhaps even continue on. BTW, I am 57, so if I can do it, you can do it.

You guy, this is the fourth time I’ve been doing it and I’m still doing it like a daily routine. I take rest about the 30s in 3 parts of this squad. My butt and my legs get burning literally, I feel something change on my butt anyway I had a combine grow glute easy video( 10mins) before I did this challenge. Be patient with your exercises and you will be get better. I hopefully every girl watch this comment will have motivated to do it. I love love lovvvveeeee this workout I did it for around 2 months and i have found a huuuuuuuggggeee difference. As i have been doing it for quite a long time now i want to switch to other leg workouts but i get disappointed nd come back to this same video again after a break of wandering to search other workouts. This workout is very effective. I used to do it every day and I was in great shape. Last year I gained 20kg. So today I started doing it again. I also jog every morning during the week. I know I will lose the 20kg in a couple of months.

Day 2 done -335 squats. Took 15 minutes today - my quads and gluteus were still sore from day 1 :) My rotational squat was more like 120 degrees - so I did 5 extra. Still taking breaks to get hear rate down but having a blast - see you tomorrow for my day 3

Aroosha Z - hi I try a few different things to build my stamina. Squats are a bit difficult for me - I have a bit of a knee problem occasionally - so my most important thing is to do every squat in as good form as possible. To be able to get through 335 squats - I go at my pace - slower and not as deep initially. When I first feel like I have to stop- I do two more squats - because you can always do two more squats :) really you can :) Then I stop squatting but still walk around shaking out my limbs for say 20 or 30 seconds. Then I do 10 more squats and a short rest, then 10 more - you get the picture. As I get more tired or sore, I may rest a bit longer - never past 1 minute for me - and maybe do 8 more or occasionally even only 5 at a time. Never ever do this if you are in a lot of pain - this keeps you going if you feel too tired or sore - NOT sharp pain. I keep going till I am done. Then I stretch out - for 3 to 5 minutes - so even though I am sore the next day - it is not as bad as if I didn't stretch :) So start slower and less deep squat but in good form and short rests (and sip water if you want), and keep it up in exercise and rest periods till you are done - try it - even if you don't get all done the first time - you will get further each time - enjoy

happigail0903 what you should do to allow your legs to rest, but still do this everyday, is do it at the same time everyday so your legs can rest for a full 24 hours. so if you do this at 3:00 pm, do it at 3:00 pm the next day, for a 24 hour rest.

im getting a tighter bumb and legs already trust me im a swimmer and have very strong legs but even i was sore the first couple of days the more you do it the better you feel and the less sore you will be, day 4 here perservere!

Hi Joanna. I've been watching some of your videos literally everyday. I have toned my body for sure. However, i wonder if you have any exercise for lower back pain as i'm suffering this for quite long. I believe some here have the same pain with our daily life style. I mean sitting at work all day. Reading while sitting. Driving while sitting :) thanks anyway.

This really helps build up the muscle around the knees. Helps with my stability and endurance doing all sorts of physical things. I always come back to this year after year 👍🏾👍🏾

Beginners don't do this next day u can't walk first u do only 100 next week 200 and gradually increase it after 6 months u take this challenge with in 6 months u will get muscles some what strong so after gradually increasing take this challenge thank you

I've been doing this for the past 2months, at first u will struggle and ur leg will shake for a day or week but trust me after doing about a month u will be used to it and now I do this squad challenge both morning and evening I really feel my thighs 😊🥰

I just finished a 90-day challenge, it ran from Dec 28 to March 30, where I worked my way up to 1000 squats in one day. I tracked my daily squats on my SimpleNote app so this is a manual count, could be off by a few hundred either way, but it looks like I did about 25,000 squats in 90 days. Now that I hit my 1K in a day goal, I'm continuing with 200 to 300 squats a day. Not quite 10K in a month, but it's the most working out I've ever done in my life, so there's that. Also have added the 30-day plank challenge, so on April 30 I should be at 5 minutes to hold the plank, and then I'll try your 5-minute plank workout!

OMG ! You made it super easy , I just followed your pace and hell yeah missed fewer reps in a day 1 PS: I am not a beginner so it was not that difficult for me to follow her. Yes beginners need intense attention to do so as wrong postures in Squats can be critical for your knees & leg joints. Cheers !

That's why I do breaks in between at the moment. Just started doing this today and I watch parts of it, then do the exercise slowly and in between I watch more of the video, some parts I watch twice, then I go on. I guess I will do this in the first week and later on my body should remember the correct movement and I won't need to watch the movie each time. :) The challenge is really great.

Sore but awesome! Joanna quick qt, is it safe to these every day with no rest days? I’ve read in other channels that it is not recommended to do squats every single day. Let us know your thoughts.
