Dr. Earl Mendell’s vitimin Bible changed my life 40 years ago. Your body is a miracle, but it needs specific nutrients to stay fined tuned. Natural food is great but don’t forget your essential vitamins if you don’t have time to prepare food. I spend $1200.00 a year or more on vitamins. Never had one malady. Never been to the hospital.

I love ocean caught salmon, but what about all the plastic in the ocean isn’t it going right into our food source.?
@B_Ruphe Жыл бұрын
The short answer is yes. But it is at present something that is unavoidable, since it is not ony found in top predators. Plastic particles of a range of sizes down to nanometre scale are now turning up in increasingly remote areas such as the profound and abyssal parts of the oceans, and in icecore samples taken from the polar regions. They are being detected throughout the food chain in marine biota, including abyssal and bottom-dwellers. There is growng research verifying this. (Forms of plastic are also being found in human embryoes and placentae.) Perhaps eating only fish low in the food pyramid might help (in the same way as it does to minimise toxins such as mercury, which get sequestered in the body's tissues. But I don't think so for plastics, because the density is probably of a muchness throughout the food chain, even as it is increasing everywhere over time.
@scottbegonias313 Жыл бұрын
@@B_Ruphe thank you for explaining to me everything I know about the ocean. I already know about micro ,macro , nano plastics ..and big fish . eat little fish. That plastic will always be there for now on and future generations. The only thing that’s gonna halt the progression of it ..is to stop making plastic.! We’re killing the planet with plastic

I don't think it's going to last that long as is. Especially given how many things are reliant on electricity now a days. It's a good thing you didn't turn on the Balrog or the Cyber truck would have been drained in no time. I've been near sided since I was 6yo. I only wear glasses to drive. It's a very low strength. I'm used to being in a blur. My old eye doc asked me how often did I wear my glasses, I told him. He was pleased, he said keep doing that because if you wear them all the time you will weaken your eyes Consequently my strength hasn't changed over 30yrs. I'm 61, I will continue this way. My only problem now is sometimes reading is blurry because I suffer in ridiculous pain which jack's up my BP. .
