I haven’t even seen this yet and I’m not bored!!! You’re never boring Anita🤩 This journey for health is not one bit boring with a curious mind and being tuned into ourselves. I think food can be drugs for a lot of us so “boring” is such a layered and complex idea. You are so kind and thoughtful to help viewers in all stages of their journeys! If meat on a plate is boring, then I’m very boring! But it’s easy and it makes me feel good. I still don’t think it’s boring. Great comments for you this episode, dear! Just a special comment about my Mother's way of cooking ground beef for many years is simmering in a big pot with salt to taste, but can be seasoned later. I do it too. We get 2-3 products: the tender ground beef, the gelatin broth, and fat after separating if wanting to use. My Parents will be 92 in a few days! They live in their own home and my Mother just passed her driving test down here in Southeast Texas near Houston. Dad is too busy sonetimes for his own good! But, i feel they eat a keto diet overall, even though they don't really know what it is. They grew up on beans and corn bread with greens. She makes lots of soups. If the time comes for me too stay with them, I will use what i learn from you and other carnivores to keep us all going as long as possible. My Husband is my project right now! For me Im going carnivore to combat my recent diagnosis of Osteoporosis. But, i still move and plan a joining a charity walk the day before my 70th birthday in April. I have reached my goal weight, so now trying to maintain for health against a persistent Autoimmune Diabetes and the bone issue. Thanks for sharing your journey! Texas Gal 🤠

How timely this is . This morning I was thinking how delicious , satisfying, healthy and easy, the carnivore way of eating is for me. I eat all animal products and do allow some Dairy and don't have problems with different spices, but I was thinking how I don't count anything, I don't measure anything, and I don't weigh anything , including myself and at the moment, I have not been exercising because of an injury, but I am still experiencing all the wonderful benefits! In a matter of fact I was worried because I like to cook and bake and thought that I wouldn't be able to do that anymore and not true at all, I'm just making different things differently now. 😁

Hay! At last, another Canadian! I live in southern Ontario and it can be frustrating sometimes to follow American channels. Love your down to earth approach!

I use the strawberry equip to make ice cream, my husband loves it. You're right about being overweight as the boring part. Not thinking about what to eat all the time has freed up my brain to concentrate on fun things and activities not what am I going to eat.

I love your recipes and don't think they are boring at all. The more simple the more likely I'll actually make them!
