1.) Drink more water/ be hydrated (it will help with mental clarity, focus, and joint help) 2.) Eat Mindfully (without distraction and slowly, taste the flavor and be conscious of how much you’re consuming) 3.) Wake Up Early (that first success of waking up in the morning as opposed to pressing snooze will set a great tone) 4.) Take Care of your “down there” (wipes are your friend no matter what!) 5.) Exercise (you’ll not only be healthier and feel more attractive, but your mood will be increased. Make this attainable; don’t be sedentary all the time) 6.) Hygiene/self care (yes, brush/floss your teeth, wash your face, get changed every morning, do whatever makes you feel good!) 7.) Use Sunscreen DAILY!! (It will prevent aging and skin cancer) 8.) Find Emotional Outlets (this can replace old habits like stress eating, smoking, drinking, etc. it will take time and effort, but you can do it!) 9.) Have a rest day once a week (mentally) to rejuvenate yourself and be ready for the rest of the week 10.) Think Positively (for obvious reasons) I hope this helps someone, and just remember, you can do ANYTHING you set your mind to!! I’m cheering for you from my corner of the earth!! 😄🥰🤞

As much as this video is inspiring, I feel that people need to also remember that you don't have to immediately make a change. it's small, baby steps that do the job. If all you can do in the morning is wake up and brush your teeth, that's okay. Changing bad habits is a process that can take a while. It's okay if you feel lazy and stressed and unmotivated some day of the week. I don't think a lot of people will see this comment, but for those that do, remember that making a positive change, no matter the size of it, will take time and effort but will almost always have a reward.

When i wanted to make a change in my life i had an image in my head of who i wanted to be. Each day i slowly made adjustments to myself, My appearance and personality. If i did something i would ask myself is this what the person who you want to be would do. I made the mistake of thinking i would change over night. Not possible. You need to tell yourself that its ok to make slip-ups. Spend a day in bed. Just get up and try again . I started making myself get up earlier and although its hard at first it really is amazing being up to watch the sunrise like the video said. I made myself excersize more and go on walks. And started taking care of my skin. I took time for hobbies. Just like she said herself i replaced eating with playing instraments, taking a walk or just write something.i even made time for my family and friends. I made myself text them more and compliment more. Making others feel good will make yourself feel much better too. Stop the self depreciating jokes and replace them with other things. Say that your hot to yourself in the mirror. If you find yourself thinking bad about yourself stop and try to find the things you like about yourself. The things other people actually notice. Anywayy this helped me and im now the person that i would have killed to be just a few months ago. Everyone around me has commented on how im a completely different person and changed more in 2 months than i have in 5 years. Ofcourse im still improving myself every day. Self care becomes addictive. And remember to do this for yourself and what you want to look like and be like not on anyone else. Change for you :)

It is full of negativity depending on what you tune into and who you listen to. Things have been good for me because I wake up every day and tell myself I am going to have a good day. Even if I am tired and have to work at 5am, I still tell myself I am going to have a good day. I struggle with depression and anxiety, but I have mastered the ability to fight through it by changing my perspective on life. Guard your heart- stop listening to the toxicity and you will see yourself change. Think of your mind as soil and what you watch and listen to as seeds. What seeds are you sowing in your head? Negativity(weeds) or flowers...?

It’s definitely important to go to bed early if you wake up early (i would know since i wake up at 4am on the daily) but what happened to you is not that. It was only for a few seconds meaning it was just your blood pressure dropping as you got up quickly. It happens allll the time for me. When you black out and head hurts and feel dizzy for like 10 seconds. I know the feeling. Its usually nothing serious and actually quite normal! If it’s constantly happening though, you should look into it which is what I’m trying to do.

For those who say "I can't eat healthy because I live at home", here's my take. I am a 22 year old girl living at home with my family. In 3 years I convinced my entire family to indulge in healthier lifestyle. I started by cooking breakfast every single day for my entire family so that I can set an example that they appreciate. Whenever I was home, I would also cook dinner. My mother used to eat a slice of cake everyday, and now she will only have one slice a week. My dad and 16 year old sister used to love chips and now they walk 20,000 steps a day early morning and will reward themselves once every 2 weeks with a bag of chips. I go to the gym (strength and cardio train) 4 - 5 days a week juggling work, school and videogames. We are a Chinese family so my mother will occasionally cook high-carb meals. However, we have all properly learned to portion our meals. We know eat more = love, but we also know that eat right = also love.

Just a reminder : its okay to have negative thoughts sometimes and it doesn’t make you an unhealthy person. What makes you « unhealthy » (since apparently everything is about health and not well being) is suppressing and ignoring those negative thoughts instead of processing them and trying to understand what’s wrong You have the right to complain You have the right to have bad days It’s okay to struggle with self care and « positive thinking » Mental health is important and you don’t have to feel guilty for struggling with it

Change 1. Hydration- increased alertness and productivity by 30% (linking happy feelings to stuff you don't want to do, like drink ice tea) 2. Eat Mindfully- freedom (eat slowly and savor it, without distraction. Prep meals beforehand to prevent overeating. Have balance.) 3. Wake Up Early- develop mental toughness (wake up and chase your dreams while the rest of the world sleeps) 4. Down There Care- prevent infections and bad scents (don't wash your vagina, thoroughly rinse your vulva without scrubbing) 5. Exercise- significantly elevates mood and develops mental toughness (live to move, move to feel alive. Try to walk more) 6. Hygiene- feel good in your own skin, life more put together, better health. (self and surrounding cleanliness) 7. Sun screen- prevents skin cancer, age gracefully (cue, trigger, reward habits) 8. Emotion outlet- relief (replace emotional eating with something else, same rewards and problem) 9. Rest Day- build strength in recovery, improves mental health (to take your mind off stress, re-energize you for the rest of the week) 10. Think Positive- a better life (positivity equals happiness equals health)

Mmmmmmm that last one seems a bit problematic to me I used to have that mindset, that I can always do better even when I'm already at my current best. The pressure I gave myself with that mindset nearly made me take my life, and am now actively trying to get rid of that mindset through therapy. Not always being able to do your best is okay. Not being able to go further than your best is okay. Failing is okay. As long as you get up again, and keep growing as a person.

in early 2020, my life was all together. i'd wake up at 6am every morning, workout, take a fresh shower, have a nice & healthy breakfast, go to school... and i was feeling really happy, i had a lot of energy... and trust me. waking up early and working out right in the morning is one of the best feelings in the world. then, when we started quarantine, i was feeling really motivated to change. i used to workout every day, i ate a lot of healthy food... and i felt like i was finally change my life for better. but then i started losing all my motivation, and rn, all i do is watch netflix all day long and eat junk food whenever i'm not feeling ok. a few days ago, i had a huge mental breakdown. i felt like my life was a mess, i felt like i had to give up, i felt like i wasn't worth anything, i felt like no one cared about me, i felt like i wasn't enough. i even had toughts of suicide. but i finally realized that every moment in our lives is worth. i cleaned up my tears and started over. i created a playlist of songs that bring me back great memories, i went for a walk in the nature, i put my life together. i've also decided that i'm gonna stay away from social media. for me, social media can be either helpful or a really toxic place, and even tough i stopped following over 100 people that were not giving me great influence, there r stil some little things that make me feel bad about myself. i just wanna thank u for this video, it really helped me realizing how i can change little things in my life and have so much more happiness and peace

First things first: Your English is incredible. I am very happy that you are doing better again. Please just don't give up! I pretty much went through the same but started working out when quarantine already started. After a month or so, things started to go downhill and because when I "changed for the better", I pretty much became a homeschooling- workoholic and didn't ever relax. Now I really want to change (holidays started) but I'm so tired all the time. I will still make the best out of it. Greetings from Austria!

I'm so happy you shared your thoughts in here. You have no idea how much you have motivated me. The past year, I spent all the time crying bc all of a sudden I too lost motivation & couldn't just get up. But now, even though I fail sometimes... I just start over & never give up. And listening to you just made me feel much better that someone's out there who felt the same way I did. Thanks a lot! And dw, your English is perfect!

Don't worry, you're not alone. I've became like that as well... I was okay in mid-2019 until quarantine. BTS taught me how to love myself, I felt like everything was going to be okay. But then quarantine came, I was fine in the first 3-4 months, but because I was such an outdoor person - I felt like my world was breaking down. I then started to neglect myself and get negative thoughts... I kept hearing voices in my head, and slowly started to get more and more depressed. Everything I learnt, felt like it had disappeared into thin air. I kept thinking too much, I just felt like I wasn't even living. It's like I was stuck in my brain crying for help but at that point I didn't even know how to save myself anymore. BTS are so precious to me, and then when I kept hearing voices in my head from haters about them, I got more depressed and sometimes even thought about throwing everything away. BTS was the only thing that kept me running to see the light at the end of the tunnel, because deep down I knew that everything was going to get better. “I have to keep running. Don't stop now.” honestly, if BTS didn't find me in the pitch black hole I was in, I would've ended my life by now. I am truly grateful for them, so I'm going to try and take better care of myself now. Because I'm worth it, and I'm a very precious person to many people, including ARMY and BTS ☺️

Honestly just love yourself and try to be a better version of yourself for yourself. When I say love I mean stop looking at yourself and saying you're not good enough. If there is any body part you are ashamed of forget about how you look to people and start accepting it because your perspective of life matters more. Try to understand yourself better. It'll help when you want to know why you did whatever you did or how you got whatever you got. I'll be honest 2020 isn't a bad year for me. 2018 held most of struggles. Quarantine has actually helped me a lot. I needed time to find love and peace. I actually got to focus on me emotionally without breaking down or crying. So stay positive no matter the situation. You can't always control what happens but you can control what you are going to do about it. Whether persons understand you or not what matters is if you understand yourself. I hope you don't compare yourself to others because from your comment I can see you are already beautiful. Don't stress hun and I hope anyone else who reads this find encouragement. You are all wonderful people who made mistakes but find forgiveness in your heart for yourself and learn from your mistakes.

I stay up late at night and wake up real early resulting in not having enough energy. 2 weeks ago, I decided to go to bed at 10 pm and I've been consistent since then. I wake up every 5:30 am without alarm or whatsoever, go on a jog and just walk outside for 30 minutes and then go home and do my home workouts. It definitely improved my health. Being brown and seeing people speak about how just wiping with a napkin doesn't do enough is killing me. Can I please introduce you to a lota. It is pretty much like a watering can for plants. Except it's shaped a little differently sometimes. It is SO easy to use and much safer and cleaner than anything else. All you have to do is fill it with water, use one hand to steadily pour it, and another hand to lightly scrub ( and I mean lightly because water does wonders ) and then you're cleaner than EVER. I am so desperate for every culture and society to adapt this omg.

Whenever I'm feeling low, I go up on my terrace and just stare into the sky. It's really therapeutic. At least for me. Just watching the clouds move in the slowest pace, the sky dissolving into many colors just calms me down. And if it's night time just staring at the moon and the stars gives me the same relief. All that time staring into the sky gives me clarity and hope. It reminds me of all the blessings that I have. To begin with, there are so many people who aren't even able to SEE the sky. So yeah hope this can somehow help at least one person reading this. Find happiness in the little things. Have the best day:)

Although the wipes are labeled as “flushable” they’re actually not!! I used to use wipes like those until I went to a water plant that flushed waste products. They say that’s one of the worst things to use as it doesn’t actually disintegrate and actually clogs pipes. Just thought I would let you know!

I remember when I was in high school how much I dreaded waking up early. But when I started going to the morning classes, I appreciated the morning chill and how refreshed it made me feel, and some old soft nostalgic kind of music to put me in a good mood, I started liking early mornings more and my productivity gradually increased in my last year of high school. Don't know how I would've put this in words, but thank god we have you 💙

I'm an extremely light sleeper and I forgot to close my curtains last night so today I woke up at 5:04 with the sun shining directly in my eyes. I looked on my phone and saw the notification for this video and I watched it. Everyone in my family was still asleep and I made myself some lemon water with apple cider vinegar and a bowl of oatmeal with strawberries. I just basked in the sunlight streaming through the blinds in my living room by myself and read childhood books and it was the best feeling ever. Thanks for this!
