I absolutely love your workout videos, Rachel! The 10 min videos are nice for a quick sweat & the longer ones are killer! Challenging but not impossible, no annoying talking, good music, & beautiful imagery during the breaks. Super love!! ☺️💕

I love this little ten minutes format, being a lazy ass commiting to hour long work out is hard, but even if I'm tired annoyed or genery just done with the world i can still talk myself into this. It's only ten minutes after all ! Thank you very much :)

to anyone who’s interested: this burned around 46-50 kcal for me. I am 1,61 and I weigh around 46-47 kg. I jogged during the breaks tho
