Day 1 ✅ done all exercises. My arms aching lil. Day 2 ✅ done all exercises. My arms really paining a lot Day 3. ✅ damn my hands were like broken in last 2 exercises. But still done all. Day 4 ✅ done all exercises.My arms were paining a lil less than it used to pain earlier. And amazingly reduced 1.3 cm. Will continue Till at least 7th day Day 5 ✅ done all exercises. My arms almost broken 😂 Day 6 ✅ done all exercises and was sweating today. Day 7 ✅ done all exercises and my neck was paining. In total lost 1.5 cm.

For me..This is the most effective exercise in this chanel .I did this a long time ago and It was the best for me. I lost a lot from my arm and got slim arms. Now I 'm doing it again😊.Thank you for this video. Now my arm is 32 cm. I'll do it twice a day.

My routine....at 5:30 to 6:00 jogging 6:00 to 7:00 exercise after exercise just 5 min skipping,then i drink lipton green tea then brrakfast i had 7 chappathi ,lunch i had dosa with egg and evening snack carrot juice, before snacks i did 10 min jogging 30 min exercise 5 min skipping and dinner i had 5 chappathi that solve i am not only doing these exercise i did whole body exercise also.. I have loss small weight in 2 months...

I will be doing this for the next two weeks! I will update you guys! DAY1: I did both rounds, it takes a lot of patience and energy but it's worth it! DAY2: I did both rounds again, my hands do hurt but i can see they are getting stronger! DAY3: My arms are thinner and since i got used to doing the exercises it doesn't hurt much! Hello guys! It's been a while! I do these exercises every day, I have build up muscle and got much thinner arms! I really recommend doing this, because your arms will not only be thinner, but they will have some muscle in them too! Good luck everyone!

Day 1: (yesterday) it didn’t hurt I did both parts Day 2: I was sore I only did the fist part Day 3: only did the first part, I haven’t noticed any change Day 4: was easier today, my arms seem a little slimmer and more toned Day 5: couldn’t do it today I was busyish, I’ll try and do it two times tomorrow Day 6: it’s getting easier, I recommend trying this my arms seem slimmer, plus the only reason my arms hurt this much is bc my shoulders dislocate easily so it might not be the same for you.

Voy a estar subiendo mi proceso :) Día 1: ✅ Día 2: ✅ Día 3: ✅ (he disminuido 4cm) Día 4: ✅ (ya no duele tanto) Vale aclarar que no estoy haciendo dieta, solo tomo mucha agua y me cuido mucho, si me llego a sentir cansada no voy a hacer ejercicio ese día. Día 5: ✅ Día 6: ✅ Día 7: ✅ Día 8: Estaba cansada así que descanso Me enferme, pero cuando me sienta mejor retomo (hasta el momento he disminuido 4,5 cm) CHICXSSSSSSSSS pues si me sirvió, como saben me enferme pero los retome y me sirvieron, los voy a seguir haciendo como ejercicio normal :)

Doing this for 1 week Day 1- Done! Easy Day 2- My arms were aching but done! Day 3- Somehow it was easier than yesterday. Done!
