First child’s pose was difficult and felt uncomfortable. But the final (the same) child’s pose felt so much better! Thank you, Kassandra!

This was exactly what I needed, thank you so much! I also wanted to say, I’m so glad you do so many 10 minute practices. Even when I’m really really not feeling like doing yoga, I can manage a 10 minute practice, and it always feels SO much better. Any longer though, and I couldn’t convince myself to do it. So thanks again! :)

I could barely do the first child’s pose… the second felt wonderful. Thank you for so many 10-15 min practices. When it’s late, I’m super tired, and have had a rather bad day, I can always count on you to make me feel better before bed! Any longer than that and I might fall asleep on the mat mid-practice. :)

Excellent for evening. I was just not too energetic and was tired but I do some yoga every day. This was perfect. Not too strenuous at all. Just enough movement.

Ohh my! Love this! 💜 I have had zero motivation for weeks, and I haven’t done any yoga for a while. I really couldn’t be bothered tonight but I knew that I’d instantly feel better if I did! I honestly feel so much better after that 😊 thank you so much Kassandra. After stepping away for while, I know 100% that I NEED to continue doing it! Favourite yoga teacher!

So I just completed your Malasana tutorial right before this class and I noticed a remarkable difference in my ability to do the move in this video - I was able to sit taller because my hips were looser...so exciting to see immediate improvements!! Thank you!! 🙏💚

Great class! I just finished it and am off to bed now and feel very relaxed and ready for a good night sleep. I like the sequences, they flowed well and were easy and gentle, good for the evening and before bed. I love that we chanted OM at the end, it helped to ground, calm, connect to Self/Source and solidify the practice. Thank you Kassandra for doing this class and all your classes!
