After this 21 day lower body transform challenge, I had lost 10 cm of my thighs and 5 cm of my calves and also 4cm of my waist. Even I skipped some workout for each day . But I also did kpop cardio with this challenge. Thank u emi wong.I love u. And sorry for my e skills hehee

Yes i lost .i think im so easy to gain and easy to lose weight.after this challenge ,i had stopped all workout and diet for a week. and gained about 4 cm of my thigh again.

To all those on their 1st day : it’s my 21st day, the final day of this program, and here’s what i have to say: starting was one of the best decisions i’ve ever made. My legs are now visibly slimmer, i now have a visible thigh gap, my hip dips are still there but they’re much less visible, my booty that was like completely flat before is now rounder, and what surprised me the most is that i now have visible lines on my abs, my stomach is flat! Emi, I love you so much! thanks for providing us with this content for free, it’s actually life-changing ❤️‍🔥 For those who are doubting themselves: you can do this. I was just like you less than a month ago, but now i’m much stronger, both morally and physically. Don’t give up and you’ll thank yourself in 21 days, i promise ❤️❤️❤️

@@swatikudesia1137 I didn’t exactly diet, but i just ate healthy (mostly white meat, veggies, porridge, fruits and healthy sweets) and i also had KFC once. hope this helps!

Today is my last day of the 21 day challenge. Due to personal reasons I had to skip four days in between, and I am a generally thin person which thick thighs to begin with. my thighs are really toned now and it doesn't dance like jelly all the time, and it DOESN'T flatten like dough when i sit anymore. The toning is done and I love love the results, but the dream thigh gap is something I still haven't got, which is completely fine because thigh toning is HARD. But I am almost there, my thighs have started bidding goodbye to each other and yes the results are visible. I didn't measure the before and after results because the last time i tried doing that, i left the challenge midway. So I am going to take it again, this time, for that tiny bit of thigh gap and THANK YOU SO MUCH EMI FOR MAKING ME SWEAT, SCREAM, DIE AND THEN COME BACK TO LIFE AGAIN.

EDIT: I’M GETTING A LOT OF REPLIES AND IM WORRIED I MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OF THEM!! SO IF YOU HACE A QUESTION, TRY AND FIND THE ANSWER IN THE REPLIES BECAUSE I PROBABLY ALREADY ANSWERED IT!! 🚨 Sorry for inconvenience 😇 I’m gonna do this for 21 days... I’ll try not to die lol Day 1:☑️ - I was so out of breath and my thighs were gonna fall off🤣 Day 2:☑️ - Yay day 2 complete ummm it was a tiny bit easier but still burning Day 3:☑️ - okkk day 3 done! It burned the same as day 2. Wall sit really hurts but I’m fine Day 4:☑️ - Great! Another day complete! It hurts around 50% less👌 Day 5:☑️ - For some reason it seemed like a 10 minute work out. Also I think I got used to the burn so it doesn’t bother me as much. Yay 😁 Day 6:☑️ - Surprisingly the burn didn’t hurt as much but sumo squat pulse and hold/ curtsy pulse got me on the floor🤣🤣 Day 7:❌ - ummm might have been watching Netflix, KZbin and gaming for too long😅🙃 Day 8:☑️ - sorry for not doing it yesterday. But this time the burn hurt more than day 6. Maybe cuz I didn’t do it yesterday. 🥺🙃 Day 9:☑️ - okayyy if it burned I did not feel it at all (apart from sumo squat and hold). I don’t feel as out of breath as I did on day 1 😊 Day 10:☑️ - 10 DAYS OVER 🥳 I’m sweating more than usual but other than that it’s okay 👌 Day 11:☑️ - Let’s gooooo finished more than half of it. It’s summer right now so all the rooms r hot so I sweat like crazy 🥵👏 Day 12:☑️ - here’s some words of wisdom if you ever want to do this *never do cardio before this workout* trust me if u want to breathe then never do it. It makes you sweat like crazy 😓 Day 13:☑️ - didn’t feel the burn at all cuz I was use to it 🥳 but sweaty cuz it’s really hot. Each day closer to the end we can do this!!! Day 14:☑️ - 2 WEEKS!! yay did the HOW YOU LIKE THAT cardio in Emi’ s new vid before this but wasn’t that sweaty cuz it’s not that hot here any more. Day 15:☑️☑️ - Sooo I did this twice and I feel more out of breath 💯 Day 16:☑️ - sumo squat and curtsy pulse really burned/hurt a lot today 😅😎 Day 17:☑️ - didn’t hurt at all and am not sweating! Yayyy😊😌 Day 18:☑️ - another day DONE! I’m more sweaty today 😓🥳 Day 19:☑️☑️ - ohhh myyy gooooddd I did this twice today and it hurt more but we are so close to the end 😊🤣 Day 20:☑️ - I can see the end just one more day guyssss I am so excited 😆 hfhwhwbssnjahs 🤣 DAY 21😁😭:✅✅ - YESSSSSSSS THE END WE DID IT GUYSS WOOHOOO 🤣🤣🤣😆 First of all thank you so much Emi for making this and giving me motivation. I hope that I gave you all motivation to do this workout too😊 Sooo results: Both thighs - 53cm (Before). Calves - 35cm (before) Both thighs - 45cm (now). Calves - 25cm (now) Thank you everyone for the likes and replies. Hope you do this too 😎

Ok i'm gonna try this workout. Before: left thigh= 20.6 in Right thigh= 21 in Left calve= 13.5 in Right calve= 13.2 in Gonna directly update after 21 days. After: left thigh= 17in Right thight= 18.2in Left calve=12.2in Right calve= 11.8in

I'm 16 years old and i tried this 21 day leg program 2 weeks ago and emi i just can't thank you enough🤧I LOVE YOU SO MUCH you've helped me reach my goal i was always frustrated to wear jeans bc my thighs were too big according to my body, and with this i lost 1.5 inch on each side of my legs! I've been doing this workout with Emi's calves stretch workout and plank workout for nearly 3 weeks. And I lost 6 kg (56-50). I never been that small before, I'm going to keep doing these workouts. Thank you Emi, love you

I m have started the 21 days program yesterday. Please do remind me to update the progress!!! Before: Both legs :20.5 inches Both calves(L-R):14.6-14.7 inches Day1: ✅great burn but not very difficult Day2: ✅I didn't opt for the booty one cause I booty-full already😂 but did the other video along with a 10 km biking. Day3: ✅I skipped the optional full body fat burn cause I bicycled a long way through.did the rest videos. What a burn!!!! Day4: ✅did the whole exercises. It was kinda easy today. Day5:✅did the workout but skipped the optional ones. Day6:✅done Day7:✅done. Gonna try to do the optional workout in the evening. Past this week I have been not following a clean diet,so I have decided to go clean on it and get ready for better results, also I have incorporated a 5k steps walk in my routine for the extra work. Day8:✅ done it went smoothly today. Day9:✅ Day10:✅ Day11:✅ Day12:✅ Day13: ✅ Day14: ✅ Day 15: ✅ Day 16:✅ Day 17:✅ Day18:✅ Day19:✅ Day20:✅ Day21:✅ The entire journey went by well. I didn't do the optional workouts. Results: thighs both 19.5 inches For me thigh fat is the only fat that I can't budge so even an inch is a success for me! 😀. I was shocked but I saw changes in my entire body! I m better in shape now. But my thighs need a looooooooong way to go! If someone has stubborn thigh fat like me and has found a way to deal with it! Please help me 🙏🏼😭. I know I m beautiful in the way I m. But your girl wants to have normal thighs not chicken legs in their place.😂 Please show some love!! I get demotivated very easily!!

SHE IS ACTUALLY NOT HERE TO WASTE OUR TIME GUY'S ! *EMI* you are a legend , this video actually make difference in my life . The most difficult part was the sumo squat pulse , but the time you said ' you are one step closer to your goals and you are not giving up ' actually gives me sudden energy to complete this workout program . Read this if you're feeling unmotivated As Emi said you'll get to your goal without realizing it especially if you enjoy it. I've been doing Emi'a workout since April. It's not so hard unlike the other workout that's why I enjoy it very much. Haven't lost much weight but rather my saggy fats became muscles now ;) I lost 4 inches for waistline and Im starting to have ab line now. My thighs especially my saggy fats on my calves are starting to get toned. My arms are also building up muscles. Don't give up it may be a long progress but it's worth it. No pain no game

I started around May or so and yes initially you feel like a potato but then slowly start seeing some changes - it is hard in the beginning but doing workout at home I think the main thing is enjoying and then you'll realize the changes slowly but surely :) Not in weight unless you do a strict diet/workout plan but you feel SO MUCH stronger.

@@wiz_anime3077if you have a bad metabolism ( even drinking water will make you gain weight ) how about you stop eating sugar and fats , eat more rice and protein ( meats , eggs , beans ,..extra) and more vegetables in your food like onions that will help you in your weight loss a lot . Oh btw eating banana before workout will give you many benefits and super energy !!

I started Emi's 21 day leg programme on 10 Oct and just finished it on 30 Oct. And no, I didn't diet 😅 My thighs at the start were 58 cm and my calves were 37 cm. After 3 weeks: Both thighs are now 56 cm and calves are 35 cm. Even though I don't see much difference visually, I feel better when walking since my inner thigh fat doesn't rub against each other anymore 😅😅😅 (Well, less than before). I must say that you should stretch after workout. I used to underestimate stretching since it's less intense that workout but it really helps slim down my thighs and calves. I followed her programme day by day but I added some stretches afterwards - 20 mins if I had time, otherwise just 5 or 10 mins will do. I like that her programme has various exercises each day. Today I started her 4 week full body transform programme 🤗🤗🤗 Hope I can feel stronger by the end of the programme 😊

I have been really insecure about my legs and especially the calves, as they are FILLED with fat. I hope I'm able to see a drastic change these 21 days. I will be sure to update everyday because I am serious about losing all this weight before school starts. I am also using a thigh trainer and I'm trying my best to drink lots of water, going on a diet, and eating healthy. Best of luck to me and you! Measurements: Thighs: 57 cm Calves: 37 cm Weight: 126 lbs - also, I'm 15 and my body is like a pear shape. My upper body is pretty slim. Day 1: (completed) + another 15 min of kpop slimming down thighs workout. - i ate homemade pasta with broccoli and an apple ( i usually only eat lunch and skip breakfast and dinner because i wake up at 3 and eat lunch then ) Day 2: (completed) - i skipped the butt workout since i didn't feel like i needed it. Thighs: 56 cm Calves: 37 cm - don't remember what i ate Day 3: (completed) - i skipped the full body workout because i'm strictly only working on my legs. Thighs: 56 cm Calves: 37 cm - don't remember what i ate note: I was really tired and it was a hard workout, but I'm glad I pulled through. Day 4: (completed) - this one has got to be one of the most fun/tiring workout i've done. i loved it a lot Thighs: 56 cm Calves: 37 cm - i ate 3 meat buns + few slices of watermelon note: i also noticed that my skin is really clearing up! i've been drinking lots of water. i didn't have acne but i had a few small dots here and there on my forehead, and i noticed that they're all gone ^^ Day 5: (completed) - hehe kinda happy i was able to pull thru and do all 3 videos Thighs: 56 cm Calves: 37 cm - i ate some cabbage with spare rib pork without the bbq sauce. and then some small tomatoes for snacks note: the exercise has become much more easier to do, although i sometimes still get up here and there! there's not much difference in my thighs, but i'm not giving up! i always think about who i want to impress and what they'll say/how they'll react after they see my transformation and it motivates me! hopefully i'll be able to see some changes in weight and my legs soon. Day 6: (completed) - i wanted to push myself so i did the 20 min stretch + this video + 10 mins of calves stretch Thighs: 56 cm Calves: 36 cm - today i ate noodle soup with broccoli and an egg and watermelon for snacks note: i'm able to endure the burn much much more better now! Day 7: (completed) - i did the 3 workouts + 10 min calves stretch Thighs: 56 cm Calves: 36 cm - i ate some fried chicken with rice and watermelon for snacks note: this workout was tiring, and i found myself giving up during some excerises, but that just means i need to try harder the next time i come around and do it! I'm happy that I'm able to continue to do these workouts and that I stood around and finished a week of it. *WEEK 2* Day 8: (completed) Thighs: 56 cm Calves: 36 cm - ate eggs and tomatoes + 4 slices of pork with rice note: the stretch was intense lol my body was so sore! and tomorrow is my first day of virtual class, so hopefully i can get more exsercise in during lunch or right after school Day 9: (completed) - i really felt like giving up and was unmotivated today but i did it even though it wasn't my best effort. Thighs: 56 cm Calves: 36 cm - ate eggs and tomatoes again with rice + a piece of hawaiian bread note: i think it's because school started again that i feel really tired today. Also my stomach was hurting really bad during the middle of the workout. hopefully tmr i'll do better because today wasn't a good day Day 10: (completed) + 10 min calves stretch Thighs: 56 cm Calves: 36 cm - ate tomatoes and tofu with rice and watermelon as snacks note: i did pretty well today, and my motivation came back! my biggest respects to those who have abs because the abs workout HURTS. Day 11: (completed) + 10 min calves stretch Thighs: 55 cm Calves: 36 cm - ate tomatoes and eggs with rice + 2 fried chicken wings! as snacks i had mini tomatoes and watermelon note: i have a lot of motivation right now and i'm happy with doing these workouts and keeping to it for 11 days! also, i just want you you to know that these workouts are hard, and taking rests and breaks are OKAY. you got this, you will get the slimmed thighs you want. don't give up and work hard for yourself! Day 12: (completed) + 10 mins calves stretch Thighs: 55 cm Calves: 36 cm - ate noodles with broccoli and egg. note: i'm really sad that i haven't been losing fat, and i really do hate seeing the way my thighs and hips look every morning. but hopefully i'll be able to lose fat soon! Day 13: (completed) + 30 mins emi's abs + legs workout + another 10 min of another person's thighs workout + 3 min dance thigh workout video Thighs: 55 cm Calves: 36 cm - ate tomatoes and eggs with rice + half of a muffin (i felt so guilty biting into it so i didn't finish it) + watermelon as snacks note: even though i did all 3 of the workouts i didn't feel that tired and i felt like i could've done more. i might do some dance videos after this to workout more! Day 14: (completed) + 10 min of another person's thigh workout + 15 min leg stretch (emi wong) Thighs: 55 cm Calves: 36 cm - ate pork belly with bamboo + rice. (i really didn't want to eat pork belly because i feel like it'd make me fat but my parents made it today and i'd feel bad for not eating it) note: i was EXTREMELY unmotivated in workout today and i was so so tired, i feel so worn out for some reason but i still was able to do the workout. *WEEK 3* Day 15: (completed) + 10 min of another person's thigh workout (kzbin.info/www/bejne/kJasaJhjjt-NoZY) < if anyone wants to check that out Thighs: 55 cm Calves: 36 cm - ate noodle soup with eggs broccoli and fish ball (an asian food it's really good) note: like yesterday i was unmotivated and really tired today :( idk why i feel this way but i'm also upset that my thighs and calves are still the same and i'm not feeling as tired anymore Day 16: (completed) + 20 min stretch Thighs: 55 cm Calves: 36 cm - ate what i ate yesterday + 3 pieces of the pork belly from a day ago note: the 5 min workout was SO SO SO tiring. like i got tired from that more than the other two workouts. i didn't do more workouts today because i have school tomorrow and i wasn't that motivated today, i felt like skipping but i really want to see results fast so i gave in and did it, and i tried my hardest! see ya tmr. oh ya i also took a long shower after working out today and OMG that made me so much more motivated and i looked at my body for the first time in the mirror and my stomach/upper body was so much more in shape. although it wasn't what i was working for it made me happy :) note 2: after showering i did the 20 min full body stretch on emi's channel for fun! Day 17: (completed) + 10 min of another girl's workout + 15 min leg stretch Thighs: 55 cm Calves: 36 cm - ate tomatoes + eggs with rice (i lowkey eat the same thing everday lol) + half a muffin note: i am getting pretty lazy but i still am working hard and i will NOT give up until i get the type of thighs i'm striving for. i'm hoping that you reading this can help you have the same mindset i'm having and knowing that if you work hard and consistently for your goals, you *will* reach it. honestly, these workouts are tiring but you are not alone in wanting to slimming/toning down your thighs. anyways, i'm going to take a shower and i might come back to do another small workout. note 2: so idk why i never did this but working out and then taking a shower will give u so much more energy and motivation and it allowed me to do more workouts! Day 18: (completed) + 10 min calves stretch + 15 min fix posture stretch (emi) Thighs: i'm going to stop measuring for the last few days and on the last day i'll see if i lost any fat. Calves: ^ - ate tomatoes + egg with rice (yes AGAIN lol) + 3 pieces of beef jerky + strawberry yogurt note: workouts are getting less tiring but it's still fun but the 21 days are almost up soon and it's honestly been fun doing these workouts. Day 19: (incompleted but still did the time) - ate 4 meat buns + salad + one beef jerky I felt so tired doing the full body workout so i had only done 9 out of the excerises there were, but i did the other 2 but i literally threw up doing the workout and i had to rest a bit in between, but today i just couldn't bring myself to workout, i'm so just so tired and worn out. i'm sorry if i dissapointed any of you :( but to make up for the time of the workout i didn't do today i did coffee's thigh workout for 15 mins Day 20: (comepleted) + 10 min slim kpop thigh workout - ate salad, 1 blueberry muffin, and a mcdonalds bacon and egg breakfast biscuit thing (ill probably eat yogurt after this) note: today was a refreshing day but i can't believe tmr is the last day woah Day 21: (completed) - ate porkchop w steak + rice + salad and 4 small tomatoes + watermelon slices for snacks note: I CANNOT BELIEVE i did a workout for a solid 21 days!!!!!!! i was so unmotivated for most of the days but it still is like a "woah did i really do that" kind of feeling right now. it was a challenging workout for sure, and although the results still look the same from when i first began i can say i'm more confident and are able to do the workouts much better. thank u guys for being on this 21 day journey and for my next program i'll probably move to chloe ting's. or if not, i'll find someone else. i hope this workout will work for you guys and give you the confidence and motivation you need for your goals! and just like emi, i'm proud of you for taking time out of your day to do these workouts. you got this!! and i hope to see u guys around. *final results:* Thighs: 55 cm Calves: 36 cm thank you!

(hopefully i’ll get through this and update you guys on the results 😊) [Just a heads up, i usually workout at 4.30pm everyday, if not later in the evening, because of school.....so please be patient with me as i update this last-minute at night! 😅🤣] Before: Mid-thigh: 50cm Inner Thigh: 59cm Calves: 40cm Week 1~ Day 1: ✅ i was literally SCREAMINGGG during the sumo squats 😫😫 Day 2: ✅ inner thighs felt crampy and very sore, but NO PAIN NO GAIN AMIRITE 💪🏻💋 Day 3: ✅ done!!! I did the optional video and tbh that was quite tough because i don’t really enjoy doing cardio/HIIT (esp those with jumping) workouts but i was really determined this time because i used to do those workouts in the past and burnt a lot of fat + lost significant weight, but i stopped and regained most of it back 🥺🥵😭😢😩 today’s workout was really fulfilling because I BELIEVE THAT IT WORKS and cheers to more inner thigh fat burn! (the last exercise of this video made me feel like a pulled a muscle or smth HAHAH) 加油 everyone!!! 💪🏻💖 Day 4: ✅ spent about twice the time doing the workouts because i had to take breaks (and end up getting distracted on social media) but i completed it!! 🥵😪 Day 5: ❌ sadly, i only did half of the first workout because i was feeling extremely emotionally stressed. i’m so sorry 😔 Day 6: ✅ i did it!! :) I completed yesterday’s workout today instead!! 😜 (but i didn’t do the optional TABATA one 😢) I also completed the 20min stretching workout and it felt great 👍🏻 Day 7: ✅ first week done! omg!! i didn’t do the optional one tho cuz my mom is asking me to go bathe asap so that we can leave the house :”) happy father’s day btw!! 👨‍👨‍👦‍👦❤️ Update: mid-thigh: 51cm (+1cm) inner thigh: 60cm (+1cm) calves: 39cm (-1cm) oh nooo!! what?! in increased!! 😭 i hope it’s just the muscles building ahh :(( my calves decreased tho :) Week 2~ Day 8: ✅ great set of workouts/stretches to start off the week! ☺️😉 Mondays have never felt better ahah :”) Day 9: ✅ got sweat all over me though I skipped the optional workout but I'm happy to see Emi collaborating with Singaporean youtuber, Tyen!!! hehe SG PRIDE YALL

Ok so I just finished the 21 days program and here are some things I wish someone had told me before I started: ● Be super mindful of your form as Emi says. Look up the correct forms BEFORE you start, especially for squats and lunges. I wasn't careful enough and doing fast paced jumping lunges and squats ruined my knees so I had to take a break for a little more than a week towards the end. (Knees still hurt so I don't do jumping exercises anymore) ● You don't have to go as fast as Emi or try to do all the hard exercises as a beginner (this is where I failed by pushing myself too much) Start slow but make sure you're doing it right. You can speed it up later when you're more comfortable with the moves. ● Really obvious but warm ups aren't included in the program so add one yourself for every single day. (I did the 10 min vid of Emi's warm up routine) Also my results: I started this to mainly slim down my thighs, I'm not so concerned about my overall weight but I can't seem to burn those thigh fats. I ate as usual, my weight hasn't changed on the scale but my whole body is more toned and my stomach is noticeably more flat. My hips are rounder and look better so that's good. But thighs?? There isn't really a change in that area which is sad but that's just my body. I think I could get better results with a diet added to the program but I can't seem to keep up with diets so this will have to do for now 😅

I never knew that the rotations could be a thigh exercise just like I never expected my (inner) thighs to burn this much with such a small, simple move! Thank you, Emi! The pain was there, it was great, but I didn't feel like I was absolutely dying. I'd like to see more outer thighs & calves workouts!

Completed this challenge and so proud! It definitely wasn't easy but I did it :) I am starting to get more toned calf and thigh muscles and am really happy with the results. haven't noticed much of a difference to my inner thigh (my problem area) so I think I will do this challenge again and will hopefully see even better results. Thanks so much for this programme Emi !!!! I loved every leg burning minute!!

My nerves getting pinched from these workouts definitely makes it hard for me to love it... I wish she would talk more about being careful + stretching before these workouts. No point doing the workouts if people end up hurting themselves in the first attempt.

a small tip to slim ur calves, after doing the workouts do some calves stretch -Emi made one u will find it in lower body playlist- it made ur calves look so much smaller and it's fun. keep the hard work! good luck.

Just finished the 21 days. Between the 15 day ab challenge and this one i have lost 10-15lbs (my scale is not completely accurate). Ive lost 2 inches off my thighs and an inch off my calves. My legs look slimmer and my hip dips are almost completely gone. My stretch marks on my legs (from having a baby) are super small now, still a little purple but not as aggressive as they were.

Started this on 14.06. Height: 165 cm I meassured myself on Day 4 - hope i did it correctly 17.06. -> waist: hips:95 cm r/l thighs:61cm calves:39 cm Day 1 ✔ (Weight: 72,2kg) Day 2 ✔ Day 3 ✔ (woke up early and couldnt do the optional workout since i have a busy day) Day 4 ✔ (couldnt do some of the optional workouts, but could do the 30 min workout) Day 5 ✔ (kinda cheated today because of PMS 😤 still did the workouts) Day 6❌ -> REST DAY (wanted to stretch but wasnt home all day) Day 7 ✔ (i am on a bday party later so i will eat more than usual) Day 8 ✔ (Emi still didnt upload the 2 week video, so i only did the first video. Update: did the 2nd video later in the day) Day 9 ✔ (my sibling told me my legs look slightly slimmer// still struggling with PMS) Day 10 ✔ -> love the stretching video ( ͡• ͜ʖ ͡• ) Day 11 ✔ (kinda proud of myself bc i did every workout without struggling, only the hot weather was killing me 🔥) 🙋‍♀️was in hospital and couldnt do the workouts for 2 days, i will continue with Day 12 but skip the rest day because i did the stretching 2 days ago. I will add the missed days/ i wont give up 🥰💪 Day 12 (only did the stretching, so i will count it as Day 13 stretching) Day 13 (skipped 🏥) Day 14 [Day 12] ✔ (tried to do the leg & booty workout but i was so 😴 that i only did the slim leg workout with the stretching video) Day 15 [Day 14] ✔ (skipped the optional workout bc i have no time 😤) Day 16 [Day 15] ✔ (i kinda look skinnier 🤔) Day 17 [Day 16] ✔ (wasnt motivated but still did every workout - just skipped the optional bc its late and i cant do jumping workouts/ added an breast and arm workout) Day 18 [Day 17] ✔ Day 19 [Day 18] ✔ (the plank workout was killing me but still did it -> im getting better and fitter) Day 20 [Day 19] ✔ (skipped the last workout bc i felt nauseous) Day 21 [Day 21] ✔ (skipped the rest day, did every workout and also added an 10 min ab workout) Update: had a lot of snacks the last 2 weeks and didnt ate regularly because i was so stressed. The workouts helped me to get fitter and defined. I definitely feel more confident and i can see that i got a bit slimmer. Update Update: i didnt lost much weight but i can see that i build up some muscles (not bulky) and i definitely got stronger !! I will start with the 15 day ab programm combined with the 15 day inner thigh burn. I actually have naturally big thighs and a small waist/ belly. If anyone has a tip with getting slimmer thighs please tell meeee bc i am so insecure with my legs. I can see that they got slightly slimmer and it makes me really happy, i mean i only did it for 3 weeks i cant expect to look like a supermodel afterwards (they are also flabby but not as much as in the begging😂). Now i feel able to push harder. Also some people told me that muscles are heavier than fat hmmm maybe thats why i havent lost much weight. At the end the number on your scale is not important. Also i often went to my friends and couldnt resist with eating delicious food haha. About 6 weeks ago i was 74.7 kg and now i am at 71,3 kg, but i lost most of it with eating less and healthy in the beginning. Sometimes i will look in the comments and maybe i will do this challenge again but THIS time with every optional workout (i was too weak). Final measurements: hips: 92,5cm thighs: 58cm calves: 38cm

@@enricaparmigiani3687 I started with 87,7 kg and at the beginning i tried to do intermittend fasting since my friend lost about 20 kg with it. At first i didnt ate any kind of junkfood and i tried to cut sugar. For my body it helps when i cut it completly for 1 or 2 weeks to boost my metabolism. Also dont drink sweet drinks from the market, try to do your own juice or drink tea without sugar. I switched to some light products like light cheese or light cream, also used full grain products. The most important thing is a calorie deficit! i used lifesum to calculate how many calories i can eat, but i didnt use it so much since i struggled with an eating disorder when i was younger. Now i dont count calories but i eat healthy and less. Eat a lot of veggies and carbs are okay but try to eat good carbs. In germany there is a saying that the amount makes it toxic. So you can eat chocolate, pizza etc. but not too much! Try to cook your own meals instead. Never starve yourself!!! Have a positive mindset and dont be discouraged!! Every body is different, give yourself some time. Sorry i wrote a lot but there are so many things to change your lifestyle.

Before: Left- 53.5cm Right- 54.5cm Ill share my results after 21 days of the full program Sooo im on the last day of week 2 and I thought id measure and i am: Left- 52cm Right-53.5 Im happy with the progress, thank u all for the comments ^^. Ill keep goingggg End result: Left: 51.5cm Right: 52.5 (I also lost 2cm of my calfs) My legs look so much more toned and they feel more stronger and firm. For me to lose this much in only 21 days im very happy and i wont stop exercisinggg

Gonna start today with the full program! (they’re my problem area and losing fat there takes time so let’s see) Day 1: ✅ holy shit!!! This was SO much harder than I thought (compared to her old thigh vids), I like it tho! Day 2: ✅ oh god the program is an absolute killer! The two old videos combined was torture lmao Day 3: ✅ ok this really killed me. I’m proud of myself for doing the optional workout. My thighs were sore after the workout so I did a quick stretch video and it made me feel so much better!! Don’t skip stretching! Day 4: ✅ that was an easy workout! However my thighs were so sore and still are from yesterday! So sore! Day 5: ✅ this was challenging and I took a longer break between this video and the other leg workout. But I did it anyway, the only thing I’m tired of is my legs being sore all the time lol. Even tho they don’t feel sore during the workout, just before and afterz Day 6: ✅ stretch day Day 7: ✅ was a tough one phew!! Week one officially done! Day 8: ✅ easy workouts today thank god phew! I do notice a change in my legs but I’ll wait for the whole program to take measurements and compare before and after pics! Day 9: ✅ did it a bit late, almost day 10’s morning. The burpee workout was easier than I expected, I kept delaying it because I was scared I’d not be able to do it but it was fine! Day 10: ✅ easy workout session! Loved it! Halfway through the program yass!! I think I lost 0.5-1 kg since I started (along with a healthy diet) Day 11: ✅ not as bad as I thought it would be at all! HOWEVER today I messed up BIG time diet wise lol Day 12: ✅ done! The second 10 minute workout was the hardest emi wong video I’ve ever done!! Took so many breaks lol Day 13: ✅ rest Day 14: ✅ good workout! Day 15: ✅ easy one! I honestly don’t know if I see some big results but I’m seeing some. I’ll wait till the end to judge tho Day 16: ✅ I took a rest day on day 16 so this is technically day 17. The 20 min workout was challenging and I was really proud I did the plank workouts!! P.s: so far, the area I feel is being slimmed down the most is my inner thighs (even tho I wish I could see more results on my outer thighs but I guess they’re my problem area) I’m happy so far!! Day 17: ✅ done (I’ve been messing up my diet tbh pretty pad but Tom is a clean start hopefully!) Day 18: ✅ done, only 3 more days to go :( Day 19: ✅ tough workout. I honestly felt quite demotivated today and had long breaks :( Day 20: ✅ rest Day 21: ❌ I’ve been going to the dentist lately and it’s not pretty lol, need a root canal treatment, face is swollen so I won’t do this. However, I’ll consider myself done! RESULTS: The results are THERE. I can notice them when I look at myself in the mirror for sure. I feel like I have a smaller waist now, smaller inner thighs (outer thighs... not much change if at all), and the cellulite for sure has decreased A LOT! I don’t know if it’s the result I wanted (since I wanted it to target my outer thighs more, but maybe it’s just my problem area) but I’m satisfied with the results. I WOULD recommend you do it! And do the optional workouts! They really are what makes the workouts challenging and feel like you’ve put in work. My weight has not decreased (maybe half a kilo) but my diet hasn’t been the best at all. If I would’ve had a higher calorie deficit, I think I would’ve lost maybe 1.5 kilos. Plz remember, results are different for everyone, you might see better results than mine. Don’t starve yourself, your body needs the energy to do better in workouts. Just eat healthier and put a reasonable calorie deficit (-300 cals/ day is very good) for weight loss, if you just want to look more defined and not lose weight, I think it’s definitely possible too. Good luck! P.s.: I wish I could provide you with the before and after measurements but unfortunately I only measured my upper thigh before this challenge and it hasn’t budged. If I would’ve measured my lower thighs (the greatest change has been there), I’m sure it would’ve helped encourage you. So go for it, the results of my lower thighs are obvious I don’t need to measure to know! I’ll do the 4 week full body transform challenge next!

Day 1 : day 1 is hard for me my legs are shaking so much 😫 😩 Day 2 : day 2 is done i feel the same burn 🔥 that i felt on day 1 it's really hard Actually i am 14 year old and my thigh are like ( | ) 😂 SO need to loose my thigh fat Day 3 : done with day 3, it's easier than the first two days But my thigh are on fire 🔥 Day 4 : done with day 4, actually day 4 th is much easier than the day 1 but my thighs are still burning 🔥 Day 5: done with day 5 , i am so excited only 16 days are left 😅 Day 6: miss day 6 because I am not at home Day 7 : done with day 7 , now it's much easier for me to do all the exercises the hardest part is the crusty lunges and sumo squats these exercises take me on fire 🔥 Day 8: done with day 8 I still can't complete the sumo squat exercise Day 9 : done with day 9 Only 12 days are left I am so excited for the the results 😊 Day 10 : done with day 10 Day 11: done with day 11 yeah 😊 Only 10 days to go😊😊 Day 12 : done with day 12 Note : I am not following any diet Day 13: done with day 13 Today i complete all the exercises without any break i am so happy 😊😊 Day 14: done with day 14 Day 15 : done with day 15 Only 6 days left yeahhh 😊 Day 16 : done with day 16 Day 17 : done with day 17 Day 18 : done with day 18 Day 19 : do e with day 19 2 days more 😊 Day 20 : miss with day 20 😢 Day 21 : done with day 20 Yeahhh challenge completed Results : i didn't take the measurements but my thigh are little bit just a little bit slimmer I have expected that my thighs are going to like this ( | ) but no they still like ( | ) But my thigh are stronger and my 11 line abs are visible but no problem now try the new workout

hello! I'm going to try this challenge and I will update it every day. I am already an active teen, and I'm not trying to lose weight, just tone up the area (and lower my fat %). Also, I have a very balanced "Diet" (it's not really a diet, I just eat kind of healthy in general). I've been doing this workout since 17 feb. And due to my work schedule, sometimes i missed the workout but get back to it once i felt ok. Today is day 11 and I'm going to do it till the end. Some insight along the workout journey: 1. My muffin top is gone. Yay! 2. Waist line is smaller 3. My saddlbag decrease by 1 inch lost. I aim for 3 inch lost. 4. I lost weight from 62kg to 60 kg. 5. I eat the same amount as before.😀 6. I feel more energetic and good mood all day long after the workout. 17/2 - Day 1 ✅ 18/2 - day 2 ✅ 19/2 - day 3 ✅ 20/2 - rest, stretch 21/2 - day 4 ✅ 22/2 - day 5 ✅ 23/2 - rest 24/2 - day 6 ✅ 25/2 - day 7 ✅ 26/2 - day 8 ✅ 27 /2 - 7/3 - rest 8/3 - day 9 ✅ 10/3 - day 10 ✅ 12/3 - day 11 ✅ 14/3 - day 12 ✅ 16/3 - day 13 & day 14✅ 19/ 3 - day 15 ✅ Update; I have to hold the workout for quite some time because of my lower back pain. Will resume later for day 16! I'll update more after i finish this one. 😉

@@Emily_g99 sometimes i did the walking workout (approx 30 mins - 1 hour) for 5k/10k steps if i don't feel like doing emi wong workouts. 😁 Anyway i just keep myself moving even for 15 mins everyday.
