@@vaishnaviyettapu7565 I done this workout for about 15 weeks and my back has changed a LOT. I started to see results after about 3 weeks (I am doing this once a week and I exercise about 4 times a week.). I got rid off the fat and got muscles below my shoulders. You will also see that you get a much more toned back. ;)

THIS WORKS!!! I've been doing it for over two weeks now and the amount of fat I have lost in my arms and back is unreal!!! My family noticed a change only three days after when I first started. definitely worth it and 100% works if you stick to it! I'm continuing to do this everyday for the rest of the month !!!

guys i’m doing this workout for YOU...and myself. like this and i PROMISE i won’t you down (will post results) x day 1: -i don’t think i’ve ever felt my back being so tired before. -took loads of pauses especially on the superman hold -my form is terrible :( day 2: -deffo could feel the burn -still had to take some breaks. day 3: -could see some improvement from the last 2 days so it motivated me for today -my back was a little sore. -wasn’t as tiring as the first 2 days day 4: - visible improvement (even my sister noticed) -first time i got through the superman hold without breaks day 5: -least amount of breaks i’ve taken -improvement in my form and balance day 6: -took 0 breaks whatsoever but worked at my own pace ( consistent, slightly slowed down) -working at my pace made it more durable day 7: -today i felt the most burn; my back already ached from previous days - dropped down in superman hold and the swimming exercise because lost control in my breathing day 8: -did this workout after some abs exercise's increased the difficulty -tried focusing more on my breathing -got through the workout with no breaks day 9: -checked the mirror following day 8 and i could definitely see a reduction in fat. The difference isn't grand but seeing visible improvement is all i need. -found this day of working out fairly easier and elongated my body much more to increase difficulty ^ i used to not be able to do this so my form has improved immensely^ day 10: i took a rest day because i was exhausted after a long day. day 11: believe i have increased my flexibility. i competed the workout without any breaks (it was still painful feeling the burn though) day 12: it was too hot for me to workout day 13: did this workout on the morning after a 30 minute abs routine. i didn’t have as much energy but i kept pushing. with this workout it’s really good because if you do it right you can feel the burn. day 14: completed without any breaks. still had the urge to drop mid through the hold it’s been 2 weeks- i’ve definitely seen an improvement, it wasn’t as big as i’d have hoped but i’m glad i was able to see change. Now when i look into the mirror the line in the middle of my back is more defined. Even though the change wasn’t massive, i’m more pleased with how it looks now. This challenge was good because you could feel the burn, so you know it was efficient, and you could go at an easier pace if needed by extending the resting period.

@Mariana Rostam SK06c i completed it in 14 days with 2 rest days. i would recommend doing this for 10-14 days because after it won’t be that effective. if you did want to continue working on your back at home for longer than 14 days then make sure you make the video harder by adding weights (e.g. a bottle with water in both hands) and adding other videos after completing this one. i hope this helps!

It's good that you're working out! But, don't just do it for the aesthetic reasons because that'll also take a toll on your mental health. Just try to be healthy, eat well (if your family goes out to buy groceries, research good, healthy snacks!) and keep on exercising. And don't worry, you're super super young, you probably also have baby fat on you. Good luck! :)

If you want to lose weight you should do it for yourself, not because you feel bad next to your friends. And second, you should start loving yourself as you are, because if you lose weight and then you gain it back, you will hate yourself. Trust me, I had this problem, and it is not good to feel like that.

I have been doing this workout for 2 1/2 weeks straight, and I will say it really works! My back is much more toned, I feel stronger and my endurance is better. I struggled with lower back fat and ever since I’ve started this workout, it has almost completely gone away. I’ve made a decent change in my diet, but still continue to eat foods I love. Hydration is also very important! But yes this workout truly works, it can be hard and you might feel like you want to give up, but like Emi says, no pain no gain. If I can do it, you can do it. Don’t give up! ❤️

@@brittanyshantel8868 no calorie or anything defect. Just stayed below 20 grams of added sugar (preferably 15) and junkfood and drank nothing but water and tea, split up my meals in smaller sections and spread them trough the day

i have been doing this workout for a little over 6 weeks now and my back fat bulge is almost completely gone. i did this 4-5 days a week to get those results. i swear by this workout!!!!!! it is challenging at first, but once your body gets used to this workout you will feel on top of the world

I’m doing this workout for a week & posting the results as I go!!! Starting now! :) Day 1: I struggled to keep up the whole time, but still felt the burn. Day 2: definitely burned but I made it through the whole thing this time, skrt skrt. (Also I didn’t do this yesterday but I’m doing it for the rest of the week starting now) Day 3: I made it all the way through!! It’s getting a little easier, but I’m definitely feeling the burn the more times I do it. I see a little difference on my back but it’s not much yet. Day 4: I felt the burn a lot. I can tell it’s slimming my back down just a bit. Pretty much the same as yesterday Day 5: I felt the burn a lot more in my shoulders than I did before, also towards the end I wanted to give up so bad but I didn’t. :) Day 6: I feel it more in my core now. My back has also slimmed down, starting from the bottom of my back mostly. 7: I am so exhausted today but I forced myself to do it. I gave up a little bit on the towel pull, but I still did the whole thing. I’ve done it for an entire week!! Super proud of myself wooohooo!! I def am seeing results!! Nothing drastic but I feel like if I do this for a few more weeks, maybe even a month, I’ll definitely see defined results on my back. I’ll probs keep updating this comment bc I wanna keep doing this back workout!!! 🥳 (I also don’t workout on Sunday) Day 8: I did it once in the morning, but I didn’t really feel it for some reason, so I did it again at night. Day 9: I felt the burn soooo much. It’s toned up the middle of my back and the top a bit. The bottom is apart of my muffin top so I may need to do other exercises to slim that down. Day 10: I did this with my own music & felt more motivated for some reason, I was HYPED!! (I’ve memorized the whole workout & time bc I’ve done it sooo much lol.) I also did a *Koboko Fitness* back workout & i LOVE IT. (It focuses more on the armpit fat & upper back) My back is becoming more of an hourglass shape as well! Day 11: I really felt the burn, my sister also did it with me for motivation hehe. Day 12: felt the burn, I wanted to give up, but I didn’t!!! My back is slightly more toned, not much tho. Day 13: I felt the burn in the middle of my back mostly. Results are the same as yesterday. Day 14: I didn’t do it, I didn’t have time lol. Day 15: I did it, it was tough but I made it through haha. Day 16: same as yesterday. Day 17: basically same as yesterday. I’m starting to feel it in my whole back now, not just the top or bottom. Day 18: Didn’t do it, I’ve been doing other more intense workouts! I plan to keep doing this one though. Day 19: since I have it memorized, I put on my own music and did the workout. I also extended to 1 minute per workout instead of 45 seconds. I feel it a lot more that way!! Day 20: Same as yesterday. (So basically I got tonsillitis really bad & was so sick. I couldn’t do anything for about a week & a half! I’m starting to workout again this week hopefully!) I stayed dieting, I’ve lost 6 pounds! (Since the beginning of January, today is 2-11-19) I only weighed about 133 to begin with, most of it being muscle. It’s harder for me to lose weight since I don’t have a ton to lose! Even though that’s not a lot of pounds, I can really tell my entire body is toning up & im slimming down. My arms have gotten slimmer too, along with the armpit fat I had. I’m really happy with the results this workout has given me! I’m gonna keep doing it probably for a while, but it’s works great! You should definitely try it!💜

Been 3 months since I’ve been incorporating this routine into my weekly workouts (6 days a week) and let me tell you it works. I lost a big portion of the upper back bra bulge and I feel comfortable wearing tank tops again!! So I definitely recommend embracing the burn, and keeping it going!! Remember no pain no gain 😉😉!

This is the only back workout that you’ll need! I’ve done plenty of back work outs, but I haven’t felt nearly as much intensity as this one. The moves are simple yet effective & I actually felt my back muscles working! Hands down 👍🏾👍🏾

Guys stop commenting “does it work?” under every workout video. All the workouts posted do work!! You just have to maintain a healthy diet and do high intensity workouts 2-3 days a week, and strength training other days. If you follow this pattern, you will see results. So stop procrastinating by scrolling through comments and go get em’! edit: this is what works for me and keep in mind that routines vary by person. my primary goal was to lose fat, and become stronger, but not to have big bulky muscles. i started at 161 pounds and have lost 40 pounds and counting! i wasn’t obese to begin with, just overweight and unhappy. i hope this clears up any confusion.

This workout plan is very specific and isn't going to work for everyone. Every person needs a specific exercise plan and diet based around their age, height, weight, health concerns and prior level of activity. A 5'6 man weighing 300 pounds would NOT be able to successfully complete even one high intensity workout. But what people do need to do is ACTUALLY TRY instead of asking other people to try for them... (by asking others if it works instead of just seeing for themselves...)

@@ghost-fs7th yes you're right! i completely forgot about that. i was just telling people what method worked for me. but tbh literally anyone will start seeing results if they just start eating a balanced, healthy diet. even without exercise, if they follow a healthy diet, they will lose weight! it will just take a bit longer. i started off at 160 lbs (my height is around 150cm) and now i weight about 120 lbs. following this routine worked well for me, so i'm sorry if anyone got discouraged by seeing this but this is just what worked for me. good luck everyone!

motivation for everyone: today was my 5th day of doing this workout (I have done it everyday in this week) and I finally managed to finish it completely without skipping exercises or taking longer breaks. it feels good and I challenge you to push yourselves too ☺️💪🏼 ps. I think the workout hurts less when you don’t take longer breaks.

I'm gonna start this, gonna do it everyday for 20 days..... MOTIVATIONNN GUYYSSS🔥🔥 Also pls remind me 🙈🙈 I have PCOS, so burning fat and losing weight becomes very challenging, so let's see how these 20 days pass. Day 1: took some breaks, breathing was a lil hard. Pls take a 10-15 sec rest between sets, gym knowledge lol. Did it 2 times.

I'm trying to get rid of the two rolls on my back. ill keep ya updated everyday. Day 1: It was very difficult to do. Felt the burn. I did rest more than I should've but I tried my best:( Day 2: did less breaks. It did burn. Now my back is soar. Day 3: little soar but the work outs was easier Day 4: skipped a day Day 5: easier to do. The line on my back got somewhat defined:) *Let ya know every week* -line on back definedddd!!!! WEEK 3 -tbh this workout got boring and I didn’t get fast results. So I moved on to another KZbinr with a workout that was perfect for me. (Koboko workouts). Use this video has been a great way to start off and learn how to do the workouts. Had me have confidence in myself and made me feel like I’m capable of continuing working out without giving up

Finally on week 2! And I don't feel stopping at all! I am surprise her work outs are not one of those that will make you hate working out that you just quit because it's so hard, instead hers are not that hard but totally works! My body went sore on my 3rd and 4th day but that didn't stop me. Hoping to finish the whole 4 week program!

Love this! It's my second time using it, as my goal is to burn fat, tone, and condition for pull ups. I use it in combination with an upper body weightlifting workout & it's great! Love this as its easy but effective. By easy I meant no pushups or other moves that you first need getting used to. You can follow these moves from day one! As for my diet, small meals every 3hours. No special food/menu. and upto 3ltrs water.

day 1: ✅ -back was really sore -felt her boyfriend's leg posture more helpful during the swimmers (curling the feet) day 2:✅ -today hurt :') day 3: ✅ - skipped leg and hand raise day 4: ✅ -back is dead 😀👍 day 5 - 9: skipped because period 🙂 day 10: ✅ okay it hurt a lot maybe because of the break day 11: ✅ day 12: ✅ day 13: ✅ day 14:✅ okay my bra bulge actually reduced a lot i see so much difference and even the fat at the back of my neck my back overall seems thinner and i'm super happy about the results i'm gonna do it till may! 23/03/21- ✅ still hurts 🥲 24/03/21- ✅ 25/03/21- ✅ it was kinda fun today it burned a lott and i loved that 26/03/21- rest 27/03/21- ✅ hort 🥲 28/03/21- ✅ I'll update 😭

I've come back to this workout over and over for the last 4 years, I've probably done it hundreds of times. It's my favorite back workout, I like to hold 2.5 to 5 pound weights for some of the moves. So good!

Thank you for this video! It is the first of yours I watched...and I successfully completed it! You are extremely encouraging and I felt so supported while doing this workout! It was so difficult but so rewarding! I was in tears when I was done with it (but good ones, in spite of the difficulty on my body.) I've felt my self-esteem really decrease in this past year given the pandemic and have wanted some good toning workouts... and this was such a beautiful place to start.
