GUYS, I TELL YOU THAT THIS REALLY WORKS!! I do this set of ab workout twice, then another ab workout of emi in bed for 10 minutes a total of 30 minutes everyday. I've been doing this for 1wk and 2 days as of now. Results Day1: 27 inches (waist) the workout is so hard for me. Thighs and belly are sore. Day 9: 25 inches (waist) the "11-line" abs starts to show. I WILL UPDATE AGAIN IN D14. P.S I suggest to reduce your rice intake and drink only 1 cup of water in meals and then after 2 hrs you can already drink water as much as you want, this is to prevent your tummy from bloating.

LLENN LLENN i skipped having rice, potatoes, and sugar. I didn’t do any much dieting. Like maybe i skipped breakfast if it is considered like- i wake up at 5 and have cereals with milk at 8 or so, after that i eat only lunch and dinner. If it’s dieting then maybe😂

i’m gonna do this everyday for a couple weeks day 1 : hurts pretty bad and broke a sweat day 2 : abs were so so sore, it’s still pretty challenging which i like day 3 : THE BURN IS SO REAL !! i love these exercises, i have back problems so ab workouts can really irritate my back but these are so perfect. so excited to keep continuing . day 4: really didn’t wanna do it at all, was feeling so tired and lazy but i did it anyway and it feels so great. i didnt drop or take extra breaks ! it’s getting easier and i can see minor chances in a short amount of time ! it works day 5: lost an inch off my waist !! i was 31 in now i’m 30 :)) so amazing honestly day6: wasn’t able to do it , everyone needs a break lol day 7: feeling stronger , not much difference

@@historylover5530 hello nice to meet u well I wouldn't say that I change my eating but I can say that I did stop snacking which had helped me a lot and I drink a lot of water and a tip pls eat at a reasonable portion but please do not eat too much but do not eat too less either because not eating can slowed your metabolism. i lost 15kgs in 3-4 months and i only do this workout 4 times in a week. once a day. 😉😉 but i do deficit calories intake too ofc! so keep going on guys! stay healthy❤️

It rlly does work I’ve done this for 2 weeks I’ll show u everything I did and some tips :) Tips : If u want those results make feel better about ur self,u will have to be consistent with the workout and eat clean, and remember u can always have junk foods here and there u only live once😂 I would recommend u do this 2 times like one in the afternoon and one at night bc like who is gonna have all that energy and motivation in the early morning! For my day one : did the work out 2 times since I wanted the results to be very visible! In the afternoon I and some yummy chicken with rice and a snack like goldfish then at dinner time like at 7:00 pm I had some fish with salad it was delicious 🤤 then I did the second workout since I work out “ Afternoon and night ” For day two I had to walk my dog so we went to the park at like 12 pm I came home and made some noodles like ramen and those Welch gummy’s 😋 I did my 1st work out then for dinner I had some food sushi that my father made I then I did my 2nd workout of the day I WAS SO SORE THO For day 3 : I did only one workout which was outside I think like at 4 pm after school lol my meals were some fajitas which is like a meat,It went along with some rice 🍚 for dinner I had some soup with potatoes in it and some Pringle’s For day 4 : i woke up late for school and my day was all over the place so I forgot to work out and also since I was so sore but I made sure i walked my dog and ate some pasta salad and I had fish with potatoes 🥔😩 For day 5 : I did my first workout again and I had a enchiladas with potato’s and rice 🍚 then I did my 2nd workout and for dinner I had chicken sandwich 😁 I’m going to stop real quick my fingers will fall off bc I’m typing so much 💀 but on day 5 I definitely saw a difference and noticed my stomach was pretty flat and toned most likely bc I moved around a lot and did it 2 times and I saw a 11 Line being more visible also my height is 5’0 and I was 127 then after those 2 weeks I weighed 119 yea pls remember ur perfect the way u are,and you are the only one that can make a change in ur self ,I believe in u I’m Proud of u keep trying Don’t u dare a ever give up on ur self and I hope u have a nice day Hope my comment helped u out.💗

I've been doing this for exactly 2 weeks now, and I'm so happy that my tummy feels less bloated now! I combine this with 2, easy 10-minute cardio dance workouts, and I eat what I want (except soda, ice cream, fast food). Hoping to continue my routine for one month, and I'll be back after two weeks!

My weight - 50 kg Waist inch - 34 inches Goal Weight - 40 Waist inch -28 Day-1 ✅ my body was paining alot. i did some streching to reduce pain. Day-2 ✅ my waist was hurting. Soo i did streching to reduce the pain! I saw my waist inch and I LOST 2 inches. (I was not taking sugar) And guys remember no pain no gain! Day-3 ✅ it was paining a Lil bit but not as the previous days. Today I did 5 min streching before exercise. Day-4 ✅ same Day-5 ✅ same as day-4 At day seven I wasn't able to do it;-; Day-8 ✅ nothing changed Sorry guys I my exam started but when my exam will be over I'll come backk!!

Emi you're so great These days i can't do the standing exercises or jumping jacks because my lower back is paining so I've been doing her arm workout while sitting and I can feel the burn seriously guys but I'll wait till the end of august for my results and now I can also do this bed workout for my belly I love all her 10 minutes workout it's so intense.... 🤗🤗🤗

I've been doing your 11 line kpop ab workout with the 20 minute belly and thinh burning workouts and honestly they are the only workouts I can do. Every other workout's are too hard for me. Before: 31'5 1:✔️ 2.✔️ [Was sore from yesterday and now even more but it's easy] 3:✔️ 4.✔️[30'5] 5.✔️[had a lot of junk food today 😅😅 it becomes easier and less painful keep going guys] Guys it works I'm gonna keep doing it!! I am a person who hates working out but ever since I found emi's workouts I do it everyday...It is fun.. This is so good the burn is great and I’ll do a daily login for a whole week DAY 1: I only struggled on two or three exercises and the burn was good . This wasn’t very challenging but I want to loose weight and gain abs ( I’m also doing two more of emi’s bed workouts along with this ). So I decided to do this again later into the day and I only stopped on two exercises so I’m getting better but my abs are burning 😓🥴

Thank you so much Emi. My leg sprained since late February. My weight gain and body size increase due to sedentary lifestyle. I discovered this video during my recovering from sprained leg. Until now, I m still doing. Before that, actually I am doing ur workout too. But it is in more intense for the full body burn. But now, thank you so much to let me know that it is still have workout for me who sprained my leg and cannot move as normal. Hope u will come out more workout that is full body burn but during recovery time, I can try that too😊
