Hello, i have two questions: 1. Cool shoes. What type of Nikes are they? 2. Im new to Pilates/working out. What workouts target the upper back muscles? More specifically, the lower traps and the rotator cuffs. Thnx.

Hey, I love these shoes as well, but I got them a few years ago, so I don't really know what kind of Nikes they are, all I know is that they are Nike Air shoes 🤗 and regarding the exercises - 3 great exercises to target those muscle groups are probably 1) The Saw, 2) Swan dive (even tho this is an advanced pose) and 3) swimmers. With the swimmers exercise you can also get creative, if you want to target different areas of your back and shoulders - so maybe try not only extending the arms to the front, but also lift and lower them to the side and all the way back 🤗
