as somebody who’s going through a very tough breakup i’m forced into healing myself, something i’ve been avoiding for years now. this stretch allowed me to give myself what i’m usually neglected from, getting in touch with my own body and mind. thank you so much for this words can’t describe how truly healing these 10 minutes were 💕☮️

I understand the tough time you are going through, it is a tamporary mood and time, you will be okey soon. During healing time just take care of yourself in the best way YOU can. Do what makes you happy in the long run. Find your strengthnesses, Improve and develop them. Invest on yourself and believe that you are enough for yourself and your life. I wish you the best :)

Good morning Bird, thank you so much for this morning yoga. I really enjoyed the aspect of focusing more upon the arms and circulation through the hands, they're used the most and be so neglected x

I just did this video (I'm 3 days behind because I socialized one weekend lol) and coincidentally I received my COVID booster yesterday which made my arm really sore this morning, but today's session was perfect for it and it feels so much better now! Perhaps I don't need to feel so bad about completing another 30day challenge in 31+ days and sum it up as ~destiny~ lol ty for all the content! :)

Starting 2022 with some meditation, and this peaceful and calming yoga sesh with Bird. I loved the massage component of this sequence, it really helped worked out the kinks in my neck this morning. I plan on doing yoga every morning this year, and Bird’s videos have become my go-tos, so thank you! 💚🙏

This is not a workout. Its a gentle yoga class great for waking up in the morning and getting the blood flowing however gentle enough for anytime of the day. However every body is different so its up to you to decide that for yourself. Noone can tell you how it will feel for you.
