This workout such a KILLER but I made it! Really really good workout, quick yet so effective! Just a small advise though: Make sure to maybe leave a few seconds between each movement so that your viewers have time to reposition themselves as the time for the next movement is already running...otherwise, keep on doing, you're doing an awesome job with your videos and you're a great inspiration :))

Hey Emi, I've been lifting weights for years but I have built a good amount of muscle and felt a bit manly. I literally LOVE doing leg workouts!! I haven't gone to the gym in two days, my legs have been sore but after doing this I love feeling the burn so much 😂 that's just me! but I have EXACTLY one month until my sweet 15 to get into shape, and this really got me wanting to do more 😆 9th one was EXHAUSTING but I promised to never give up! Im a guy, and have had problems with my joints. Frustrating cause the muscle itself is strong but cant generate the burning sensation cause my joints fail before muscles do. But thinking about continuing doing your 10min ones to hopefully build is strength in it (as you said, little workout is better than none). Thanks a lot SF&T! Xo

LOVE THIS VIDEO!!!! The editing , with the music and timer is perfect!!!! Very motivational , the exercises are easy but VERY burning and just great !! these exercises are designed for slimming and toning especially the inner thighs area (: unless you do manyyyy squats and with heavy weight, it should be fine ^^

LOL Holy shit those In and Out Squats SUUUUCKED!!! I couldn't keep up with those, but maybe next time. My heart is racing and my legs are burning! I do like how you made this work very 3 dimensional with the Hydrant and the Windmill. That's very good. Also , like someone previously said to give us a few seconds to change positions. If you can try to put in an audible (ie your voice or tone) that gives us a 3 second warning that the current exercise will be over soon and to be ready for the next change/exercise. Remember some of us are looking down (leg windmills or hydrant) and not at the time able to look up to see when the time is up, know what I mean? Other than that, another good work out tonight. I had a food baby I was trying to get rid of! LOL Joy Geen, Emi! I am going to do 50 Jumping Jacks just to be sure! ;)

omg i died with the in + out jump squat and couldn't do that whole excercise, but i did the add-on donkey pulse instead, hope one day i can be stronger T_T
