I recommend Emi I’ve been with her so long I was 180 pounds and I lost weight with dieting and working out by doing her exercises it took a year for me and they are really effective my weight was 119 but since quarantine started I’m now at 130 but it’s all good I love my body! ❤️

Ok so I usually never comment but I have been doing this workout everyday for the past 22 days and the results are amazing! I would have never expected that much results on my cellulite! I will continue for sure! That's the only video I have been doing for my butt/legs. I'm only doing a 7 minute abs workout everyday as well ☺️

using this for my quarantine glowup, so we'll see how it goes! edit: day 2 done, really feeling it edit: day 3! why did i do this right before dance :( edit: day 4, i've got dance today too, but i made a commitment to do this every day for 20 days! edit: day 5 done, i think i see a small difference now! edit: day 6 done edit: day 7 done edit: day 8 done edit: day 9 done! i had two 30 min presentations over zoom in two hours today and i almost started crying edit: day 10!!! halfway through. i do believe that it is working :) at least i feel more confident in myself. edit: day 11 done edit: day 12 done edit: day 13 done. i'll probably continue doing this after 20 days, but not as regularly, n i won't update here :) edit: day 14 done edit: day 15 done, 3/4 of the way there! it's definitely doing something :). also happy pride month edit: day 16 finished! edit: day 17! feeling rly good rn, physically n mentally :) stay safe y'all edit: day 18! only two more days to go, yay! i'll switch to a core workout after but continue to do this sometimes i think edit: day 19! only one more day to go. my birthday party is tomorrow! but my real birthday is in 2 days. my friends will drive by! edit: DAY 20!!!! i'm done! my bday party was amazing - i got to see my friends! my real bday is tomorrow, and i'm graduating the day after that! it feels good to be done. it def worked rly well :) i'll do legs and abs next. see y'all, stay safe!

@@aaliyahjohnson4017 i did have some, yeah! i wouldn't say it went away completely just after 20 days but it definitely decreased. i'm back here doing 25 days this time, and also doing 2 other leg workouts as well. but doing workouts also boosted my self confidence so maybe it's just me not seeing it as much.

The burn is a bit too real. The exhaustion and muscle fatigue comes rather quickly. But I don't mind because I know for a fact that it will/does work. So thanks, Emi!

I've done this routine consistently for around 3 weeks! I was sore at first, but now I can complete the whole thing holding a 10kg dumbbell without getting sore! Adding more weight tomorrow. Thanks for the workout girls!

I'm starting this exercise today and I'll update every day for 20 days! Buttock measurement: 100cm(but flat -_-') Day 1:✔ its not to hard and I also make a 30 min full body workout of emi Day 2:✔yeah its done Day3:✔ thats really hard today but its done Dat4: ✔done ! Day5: ✔yess Day6: ✔ my buttocks are more solid but I don't see the difference yet Day7:✔ one weekkkk Day8:✔done :) Day10: ✔I think I see little result ! Keep motivation Day 11:✔ day 12: ✔ Day 13:✔ Day 14:✔two week now ! my botty is more strong👍 Day 15:✔ I think I have less celulite than before,I think thats work ! Day 16:✔ Day 17: ✔3 more days to reach the 20 days of this training! Day 18:✔ done ! Day 19:✔just one day !! Day 20 : ✔ done !!! I Finish this workout ! I think thats work, my butty is more stronger and I think I have less cellulite on my butty and on my thight than before ....do it its good for you and thank you Emi !!

I'm gonna try to do this every day together with Emi's 30 min full body work out! I have quite some cellulite and although I barely even notice or care if others have it, it does make me really self concious and insecure so I'm doing this for my self confidence ;) Day 1: DONE Day 2: did it! Day 3: Yep did it! The exercises are going better and better! Day 4: didn't do it today because I went to the gym but will continue tomorrow :) Day 5: Did it! No major changes yet but my legs do feel more toned so it's definitely doing something! Day 6: my legs were hurting too much today, I couldn't do it :( I will try again tomorrow Day 7: didn't do it :( was not in a good place mentally Day 8: Feeling better today, I did my workout right away when I got out of bed :) Day ??: Hey guys, sorry for not updating. We were going through a heatwave so couldn't even think about working out. Also I will not be updating anymore because I have decided to not do one workout every day but rather several different ones spread through the week. But I wish you all the best with working out and good luck xx
