I'm gonna try to do this every day together with Emi's 30 min full body work out! I have quite some cellulite and although I barely even notice or care if others have it, it does make me really self concious and insecure so I'm doing this for my self confidence ;) Day 1: DONE Day 2: did it! Day 3: Yep did it! The exercises are going better and better! Day 4: didn't do it today because I went to the gym but will continue tomorrow :) Day 5: Did it! No major changes yet but my legs do feel more toned so it's definitely doing something! Day 6: my legs were hurting too much today, I couldn't do it :( I will try again tomorrow Day 7: didn't do it :( was not in a good place mentally Day 8: Feeling better today, I did my workout right away when I got out of bed :) Day ??: Hey guys, sorry for not updating. We were going through a heatwave so couldn't even think about working out. Also I will not be updating anymore because I have decided to not do one workout every day but rather several different ones spread through the week. Omg I really recommend this workout if you want shape for your booty i did it for 7 days I can see big change and I recommend to do this workout with 11 line abs and inner thighs definitely you will see huge change about yourself and you will be proud of yourself after doing those workout it take like 15 days to see change keep going it will be worth it

I have 39 inch hip and I'm only 49kg. It's a big insecurities form me especially my friends always comment about my big butt. I will do this for 2 weeks together with emi's 15 mins thigh workout and I'll update you my hip measurement.
