I’ve been trying to get back on track with you for months now and nothing has been sticking, but knowing that EVERY DAY is just 20 minutes has made me make sure I got my workout in every day. I hope you're still at it! Keep going. Sometimes, when we can't complete something or it takes us a really long time, it demotivates us, but always remind yourself that you can only get better from where you're starting out!

@@anushree228 I'm 20 years old my height is 5ft 2 inch and my weight was 82.3 kg right now I'm 72.5 kg So i took proper diet the most imp thing The work out I did is her arm video from 3 week lean arm challenge 2 abs video from 2019 and 2020 ( 2 week shread) Any full body video for 20 min Basically I did 2 arm 2 ab and 1 full body some time i do legs instead of arm and i used to work out for like 5 times a week I started working out from January and in 3 months I lost 9 kgs but after that .....i had my university exam and ..........right now I ve started doing her random videos again from june 28 still in the way .....just stay consistent and eat good that's the key.... Never in my life did i think that i would say this about a chloe ting workout but that felt so good !! This one was a really good warm up for me, especially with doing the low impact movements. I modified the last movement. Instead of the deadlift motion, I just reached for my toes, held them, and just moved from forward fold to squat as a hip mobility movement.

Thankfully there are the no jump option xD my joints overmove so for me this is best because dislocating especially my ankles and my wrists is very easy. Thanks for the workout! Hope you keep having fun time making the videos as well!

Alright guys. Locking in. Starting Weight: 55.6kg Day 1: Today I did it and burnt around 90 calories. Day 2: I feel really sore, I did about 7k steps that may be why lol. I burnt 50~ calories, but I learned I dont do planks properly, so yip!! Day 3- Burned 90c and did like 1k steps. I struggled today. Day 4- Since she didn't post a day 4 I did kpop dance workout Day 5- I did a hiit workout Day 6- I did another kpop dance workout Day 7- I did some cardio Day 8- I did 45 minutes of dance

My legs usually get very tired as I have weak legs I assume and for that reason I try to avoid doing cardios and focus on doing upper body workouts more often but I do know that upper body weight will not go down if no cardio is added to it. Thissss is by far the best hiit workout of yours Chloe. My knees are still attached to my legs and surprisingly they don't hurt at all 😂 I'm happy thankyou for your hardwork Chloe I appreciate you a lot ❤️❤️❤️
