Absolutely please make more 20-30 minute challenges!!! I’ve been trying to get back on track with you for months now and nothing has been sticking, but knowing that EVERY DAY is just 20 minutes has made me make sure I got my workout in every day. I’m on the last week!!! 3 more days left and it’s complete! So proud of my myself 🥰🥳

Did you follow the low impact versions on your first week or did you push through with the normal pacing? I'm trying to get back on track but I'm scared I might shock my body.

@@dominiquesolmarin9608hey don’t be hard on yourself first few weeks follow low impact workouts and then your body will slowly get back on track. I started today after not working out for like almost a year.

Hey chloe! I started my weight loss journey with you in 2020 and i lost alot. But then things happened and I couldn't keep up but starting this year, I've completed my 4th program today and I've felt myself to be stronger than I've ever been. I’ve been very inconsistent with my workouts and I’ve gained a lot, and it took me an hour to complete this workout. My body feels sore & feels like giving up, but I won’t. I want to be back fit, healthy & happy. Thankyou Chloe for this one🥹❤️

I hope you're still at it! Keep going. Sometimes, when we can't complete something or it takes us a really long time, it demotivates us, but always remind yourself that you can only get better from where you're starting out!

SHOWING UP IS ENOUGH!! Just give each exercise a go :) even one rep, even TRYING it, is enough!! Keep going and it'll start getting easier Remember, your worth is not defined by your body. Take care and keep going. If you struggle to stay consistent just keep trying and you'll get there!! Much love

Who would've thought ten minutes can do so much? This is now my third challenge since I started back with Chloe. I want to keep consistency and was thinking about stopping due to a lot changing in my life rn, but this 20 minutes challenge makes it easy for me to stay on track. Thank you Chloe!!!

@@anushree228 I'm 20 years old my height is 5ft 2 inch and my weight was 82.3 kg right now I'm 72.5 kg So i took proper diet the most imp thing The work out I did is her arm video from 3 week lean arm challenge 2 abs video from 2019 and 2020 ( 2 week shread) Any full body video for 20 min Basically I did 2 arm 2 ab and 1 full body some time i do legs instead of arm and i used to work out for like 5 times a week I started working out from January and in 3 months I lost 9 kgs but after that .....i had my university exam and ..........right now I ve started doing her random videos again from june 28 still in the way .....just stay consistent and eat good that's the key.... Sorry for my bad english hope this helped you ❣️❣️❣️ i love you my celebrity trainer chloe ❣️

Never in my life did i think that i would say this about a chloe ting workout but that felt so good !! I did start with less intense workouts , real slow and fun to build up my stamina then i came back here and her workouts just hit the right muscles with the right intensity ❤ you've got this guys !

This one was a really good warm up for me, especially with doing the low impact movements. I modified the last movement. Instead of the deadlift motion, I just reached for my toes, held them, and just moved from forward fold to squat as a hip mobility movement.

Thankfully there are the no jump option xD my joints overmove so for me this is best because dislocating especially my ankles and my wrists is very easy. Thanks for the workout! Hope you keep having fun time making the videos as well!

Alright guys. Locking in. Starting Weight: 55.6kg Day 1: Today I did it and burnt around 90 calories. Day 2: I feel really sore, I did about 7k steps that may be why lol. I burnt 50~ calories, but I learned I dont do planks properly, so yip!! Day 3- Burned 90c and did like 1k steps. I struggled today. Day 4- Since she didn't post a day 4 I did kpop dance workout Day 5- I did a hiit workout Day 6- I did another kpop dance workout Day 7- I did some cardio Day 8- I did 45 minutes of dance

My legs usually get very tired as I have weak legs I assume and for that reason I try to avoid doing cardios and focus on doing upper body workouts more often but I do know that upper body weight will not go down if no cardio is added to it. Thissss is by far the best hiit workout of yours Chloe. My knees are still attached to my legs and surprisingly they don't hurt at all 😂 I'm happy thankyou for your hardwork Chloe I appreciate you a lot ❤️❤️❤️

I had lost 10 kgs back in 2021 doing your workouts in 8 months. But now I’m married and it has became so hard to do your 1 hour workouts but this 20 min challenge got me right back on track. I would reaaallllyyyy appreciate if you could do more programs like this. ❤❤❤

Start today 13/8/24 Daily 20 Challenge! Past 2024 Weight Loss Challenge: 77.1 KG -> 74.1 KG (Gained again to 75.0 after rest 1 week lmao) Daily 20 Challenge: 75.0 KG -> ??? Let's get it!!! (Bust: 105 Waist: 104 Hip: 115 in cm) 13/8 Day 1: DONE 14/8 Day 2: DONE Oh NOoo cause I feel busy and tired and demotivated so I just do alternate (not evry day) 5/9 Day 15 : DONE And right now I'm on 72.9-73.3 range hoho way to go :D

Have a SUPER busy December (seasonal worker/musician/entertainment) so 20 Minute Challenge it is! If I complete this I’ll be done right before Xmas! Adding on running intervals and small full body w dumbbells workouts on top of it when I have slightly less busy days! Day 1: Mon, Dec 2 ✅

I just moved to a new flat, so I don’t have weighers lol. Just will rely on my feelings Day 1: Took a longer rest in hiit. Yesterday did 38k steps, maybe, that’s why. Had some difficulty with abs workout (instead of some exercises did plank)

Working out after 23 days. I won't be following the schedule. I'll do the abs & the 10 mins HIIT everyday with the arms & legs workout on alternate days.
