In 2020 did chloe ting 4 weeks challenge along with one plank 10 min workout video lost 20 kgs 2021 stopped doing workouts nd gained 20kgs by now nd hadd psoriasis due to weight gain . now in october 2024 started from day 0 and your workout videos!! you are a motivation which gives me hope chloe lots of love 🥰😇hope to suceed and come back in 8 weeks to edit my post

@@thebirdsareevil well I drank water at least 2 liters every day And I do workout twice a day In early morning before having breakfast around 6 or 5 Then after dinner And I eat everything including chips chocolates till like 2 or 3 pm ( but I don’t drink soda and I don’t eat any kind of bread except black bread) After 3 pm I start to reduce amount of things I eat I eat fruits and veggies more and I eat dinner little and after working out I eat nothing only drink water but not before going to bed Don’t eat or drink before bed That’s it

@@mera3132 no I didn’t do this video I did two videos of lower abs workout 11 line work out and two 2 weeks shred challenge abs one and recent intense abs workout But I started with two workouts in summer than move to one there was time where I didn’t workout for months And I also did some from workout apps too Now I do lower abs and 2 weeks shred 2020 They are good

Hiii I started the 20min Challenge, I won't be doing it everyday as it says but I will do it all, as well as instead of this some days 20min pilates or liit workout. My goal is feel stronger so I won't really measure myself, but if u wanna know I'm currently 1.57 cm and 56kg. I'm not skinny but not fat, mid size? Idk how to say it in english 😂. I understand I'll probably won't loose weight but as I said I do wanna feel stronger for this summer here in Argentina. And I'm trying to heal my relationship with my body, even though I won't do diet!!! Just excercise 🤪✌🏻
