Hey guys, I hope everyone enjoys this workout, if you find it too intense you can add in small breaks and join back in again! Remember to start with light weights and slowly increase the weight if you need more of a challenge 💛💛

I like your workouts cuz they give me hope that I won't easily give up. I'm 60 and I needed something easy enough to encourage me. Thank you soooo much. And I do feel the burn!!!!

I just finished your new workout! I used 2kg weights and the second round was quite challenging for me!! I'd like more of this style of workouts. I am 47,.mother of a two years old boy and I want to strenghten my arms!

Great arm routine to add to the end or beginning of another workout. It was perfect. Also love what you did to your hair i.e. I think you changed the color. It looks good.
