Sean, you’re truly blessed to have chosen a path that not only keeps you healthy but also inspires a global community. Not just about yoga, but also showing the world the power of persistence and doing what you love. My family and I have been following you for over a decade, and always admire your determination and positivity. Love the mat (and clip of Addie) by the way. Thank you for everything you share and have a great year!

I love the pigeon with thread the needle add-on. I'm so happy you included it in todays stretch. Fantastic stretch as usual! Thanks Sean!

Another entertaining and relevant winner from Coach Vigue in the never ending battle to avoid riding the electric cart at Walmart, and carrying your own luggage on your travels.🙂

Hi Coach. I love your work and presentation style. Other yoga videos have "the music" and some have "ommmmm", which is cool if that's your thing, but it's not mine. Chatting with my mate Sean about old movies and what the kids are doing is way better. One question boss: do I need to warm up a bit first? Do warm muscles respond better, in your learned opinion? 😊
